We prefer to be more central as we don't have transport, but one of us is planning on getting a car at some point so a parking space or street parking is preferable. We would ideally like areas such as Highgate, Northbridge, Victoria Park, Nedlands, Subiaco or surrounding areas like this with good transport links to the CBD.
