Hey, my name is Sophia 24 yeats old an I'm from Germany. I will do a research prakticum at UNSW for 6 months (4th may - 18th october) and looking for a shared flat for this period. Hi, I would like to join you in a spacious house. I can afford $300 per head $20 per week on utilities like gas. Could It be an impressive place. A huge open-plan house, even a stone's throw from the beaches. Can I afford the place? In the sweltering summer heat a swimming pool or at the very least, driving distance to the beach, would be a cause for renting outright. A huge garage can mean parking for a car in the future or I can use off street parking within the premises. Let us meet at the Canary’s in Rosebery. We could grab a vegan meal or one of those "grown cultured meat". I will pay for it if we all agree. Thanks. Suchit
I respect space, I am open minded and a bubbly person and mind my own business. I’m wanting to relocate to Sydney to pursue my career goal. While I’m not currently working I do have money saved up and would find work quickly.

A friendly, clean, quiet and busy professional working as an investment forecaster seeking a medium or large size room in a unit, ideally only sharing with 1 person. A room without balcony, ideally has a single bed with good mattress, and a decent desk, or unfurnished. Willing to pay up to $280 per week including utilities and internet. Prefer to stay until September. But stay until July or November is also probable. The suburbs I am interested in are: Mascot, Matraville, Beaconfield, Eveleigh, Rosebery, Eastlakes, Botany, Kingsford, Daceyville, Maroubra, Kensington, Randwick, Waterloo, Waverley.
Hey, my names Liam. I'm originally from Geelong VIC but ive been living in Sydney for about two years now. I work for an engineering company all over Sydney usually doing about 50+ hours a week. Im a pretty easy going person, i keep to myself although dont mind a beer or two after a long day. I'm a clean an respectful person to live with. I have no problems halving bills, wifi or anything else around the place. Cheers
An unexpected move has put me back on the site again. Unfortunately my housemate is the primary renter and is moving down south very soon. I can stay where I am with increased rent (and in my comfort zone) or embrace the unknown and move somewhere closer to the city (and near where I practice yoga). I am incredibly easy-going and have a great sense of humour. I work long hours in a conflict-filled job and spend my time writing/creating on my weekends. I move between making an effort to make home-cooked meals and living on quick snacks to keep me going. I tidy up after myself and don't mind if people leave their dishes in the sink until a more convenient time (as long as convenient isn't four weeks' later - I've had that experience before and don't need to check it off my bucket list). I tend to keep to myself when I'm writing so there's a chance when you could go a few days without seeing me. I'm looking for a base and interesting people to connect with, rather than a clinical space by myself. Connect soon!
Just moved back to Sydney after 2 years in Melbourne. Working in Mascot. Play hockey on the weekends. Mid 20s, looking for somewhere that I don't have to travel a massive distance to work. Clean and tidy person, who will pay rent and bills on time.
I am very sociable, easy going, open minded, clean. I like spending time with my flatmates. I am very active. I love being outdoor, I am an adventurous girl, I love sports, nature and foreign languages. Looking for a clean flat with flatmates to share experiences with, and take the most out of my year in Australia.
