I'm a clean and responsible person looking to move reasonably close to Mascot I work in Social Media and normally between 8am-10pm (rotating) although on call 24/7 (Slave to the marketing team) I'm looking for a place that isn't a party house, but more then happy to have a few friends over and a few drinks, or a casual drink midweek. Who doesn't like a cheeky one!? Happy to team up for a new place, as I have some furniture.

Hi, I'm Alex and I go to uni at UNSW studying criminology. I'm looking for a private room in a share house with a backyard. Looking for a place that is dog/puppy friendly and close to UNSW. May update further if I think of anything, but to be as concise and clear as possible here's what I know so far. - Important things to share: - - not fussed on roommates age/gender/nationality/sexuality etc but it could be beneficial to be similar in age? I'm 19 btw. - I'm a private person but do enjoy chatting and socialising and if given the chance can talk for hours, so no worries about conversations. - Needs to be LGBT friendly! - Would be great if the place was within walking distance to UNSW, however, as long as it's close to transport to UNSW (e.g. within 45 mins travel) I am not fussed. - Looking for people who aren't 'party people' as such, I enjoy my quiet time but obviously small groups and family is different and this is not applicable! - Want the place to be pet-friendly! I am looking to adopt a border collie pup in the coming months. Depending on the rent price, I am willing to possibly pay an extra amount a week and/or pet bond, and pay for damages possibly caused by the puppy. I am willing to have this drawn up in a contract. I know this is probably a no-go zone but I'm putting out feelers just in case :) I currently work at Oporto near the city part time and will be attending uni just one and 1/4 day a week, the rest I'll be working or chilling in my room or with my future dog (lol). I also enjoy gaming, have a switch and a ps4 which I like to use to unwind. As bad as it sounds, I don't usually cook and eat on the go, so you don't need to worry about me hogging the kitchen, being loud, or making a mess there. Not worried about looks of the house, flexible with furnishings, all I'm really fussed with is it being dog friendly, affordable enough, private room, and close to UNSW. if you read this far and didn't baulk at the puppy part, thanks! Haha.
I'm a research student at the university of new south wales and my project is in mechanical engineering with its application in the medical field. I'm looking for a place close to UNSW because of the amount of time I need to commit to my research. I also am interested in places reasonably close to Coogee because I like swimming and snorkelling a lot.
Im a quiet, respectful and appreciate peoples generosity. I treat people how I would like to be treated. I work full time (6 days a week) So I’m home only to rest & chill really. On my spare time I don’t mind a social drink with friends.

I am an postgraduate architecture student studying in UNSW. I like to make friends, chit-chat with others, share my experiences from global views, sometimes have to stay overnight because of heavy burden of my major, one to two days, sometimes like that. I would like to find flatmates with similar rest schedule (no night working flatmates, no regular overstay please)
We are 2 french guys, 23 years old and we're currently searching a flat in Sydney. We'll go in Australia from 25th of January to June. Laura will do an internship in Vivaz dance (dance shoe company) in Rosebery. We really want to discover Sydney. It's our first time in Australia and the Théo's dream and here we are ! Bye :)
I am looking for a room to rent in shared accommodation. I am a PhD student at UNSW, and so will be at uni most of the time. Although I'm not a party animal, I would love to have some fun times with my flatmates. I've studied in London and I miss being by a beach (home is in Montenegro), so I'd love to live near one. Alternatively, I'd like to find a place near UNSW.
Hey there! I'm looking for a place to call home when I move to Sydney! I really love the Eastern beaches so would ideally like to be in that area or at least closeby if possible. I work full time, have been living in sharehouses for 7 years in Melbourne so know how to live with other people, be a housemate as well as a friend and able to respect people's space. I'm clean and tidy in all shared spaces and believe in cleaning up as you go, especially in the kitchen... This will be my first foray into Sydney living so am looking for some like minded peeps to show me the cool places to hangout and hopefully share a meal or drink with every now and again. Would love to hear from you if you have a room available or are interested in a teamup. *Not interested in any shared rooms
It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. The room is furnished with double mattress. Apartment is furnished with all basic appliances and amenities. Approx 5 minute walk to Eastlakes shopping centre (Aldi/Woolworths) 15 minute walk to the Botany Road shops in Mascot. Short drive to Mascot Station, Westfield Eastgardens, Maroubra and Coogee beaches. Serviced by the 301, 303 and 343 buses, and there are plenty more buses on Gardeners Road. The University of NSW is easily accessible by bus.
Hi there, We are a couple and live about 7-8 months in Sydney and the rest in Thailand where we have our own home. I am a renovator contractor working on my own projects scheduled in advanced for months. We don't want to rent an apartment for a year or 6 months as we are away for about 2 months every 3-4 months. We are very easy-going, clean and like to be in piece as I work 6-7 days a week.
About myself: Hello, I am a Korean veteran sergeant(SGT) who have left the force on the August 27, 2018. I have served the Combined (ROK-US) Force at the 'United Nation Command Security Battalion-Joint Security Area(UNCSB-JSA)'. Also known as 'PanMunJom(PMJ)' where Defector Incident(Nov 13, 2017) and Inter[North & South]Korean Summit(April 27, 2018) occurred recently(More infos in the News & Google). I have worked as an Intelligence Analyst(IA) in the army for 1.75 years and now I am back as a civilian but with a particular sets of skills, living & working in Australia. Team ups: I am planning to rent a newly built or modern apartment(At least a gym inc. as I like to keep myself fit) in the eastern suburbs(which is under 10 mins to central via train) and I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful & pays bill on time, much like me(no prefer gender). If you are sick and tired of searching your own room at an overpriced old messy looking houses or apartment and your budget under $300, message me here at flatmates.com.au and we’ll team up to get a modern apartment under $300 no problem(Unless you want your own bathroom, we’ll have to negotiate a new price). I am very flexible with moving out dates, so do not be concerned about my ‘preferred move date’.
