Quiet, spacious, private room for rent. There is a large double bed in the room and currently not much else, however if other furniture is required it can be arranged. There are pets on the property so dog/cat/bird friendly people need only apply. There is a ridiculously large backyard, private laundry, fully equipped kitchen. Photos are from just before I moved in - house is now furnished. Hopefully you have some idea about decorating because I’m blank! Any questions, please feel free to ask!
I’m 36 years old single, clean and considerate house mate who will be working full time moving from Toowoomba, QLD. Love to explore and socialize as well as have quiet down time. You will start to admire me when we will be living under the same roof😉
My name is Emily and I'm currently in my third year of university at UNSW. I'm originally from Newcastle, and have been living in a share-house for the past three years. I work part-time at a law firm in the city during my days off uni. I'm looking to move somewhere close to uni and would love to live with other students. While I enjoy hanging out and chatting with my flatmates, I am also a respectful, clean and quiet housemate. I spend my spare time going out with my friends, going to the gym or catching up on uni work. Please message me if you're interested in teaming up!
Hi, I am Philipp from Germany. I will be studying at UNSW for 2 terms in 2019 and I look forward to a great time. I study international management and will do so at UNSW. In my freetime, I like thinking about ideas and financial markets/investments. I do business consulting outside of university as well as politics and I hit the gym frequently. Besides healthy cooking and Sushi, I like good wine or whiskey. I am a very friendly and respectful person, calm and I like to work and learn a lot. I love hygiene, a certain tidiness and I also do expect this from my mates so that we all have a great and comfortable time.

Hey, my name is Mudit and I'm a student at Monash University. I grew up in Brisbane and moved down to study in Melbourne when I was 17, so I have lived in a lot of shared accomodation. I don't like staying cooped up in the house all day so I tend to go out a lot during the day, especially for a run. I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering and Computation Science (tis a mouthful) so I am indeed a massive nerd. I spend more time than is healthy watching nerdy science channels and acquiring all the cricket knowledge that is humanly possible. I'd say I'm fairly clean, don't like to make others deal with my mess. And I am a quiet person too unless we get a conversation going then I am more than happy to talk all night about the mysteries of the universe (I also did astrophysics so that statement can be taken literally). I am currently looking for a place in Sydney, close to the airport, since I'll be coming over to do work from the 21st of November to the 1st of March, so, if you have a space available, I am very keen. Thanks!
Hey there! I'm looking for a place to call home when I move to Sydney! I really love the Eastern beaches so would ideally like to be in that area or at least closeby if possible. I work full time, have been living in sharehouses for 7 years in Melbourne so know how to live with other people, be a housemate as well as a friend and able to respect people's space. I'm clean and tidy in all shared spaces and believe in cleaning up as you go, especially in the kitchen... This will be my first foray into Sydney living so am looking for some like minded peeps to show me the cool places to hangout and hopefully share a meal or drink with every now and again. Would love to hear from you if you have a room available or are interested in a teamup. *Not interested in any shared rooms
I am great to live with because I have a fulltime job LOL and I am friendly and super clean and am fun outgoing and love relaxing/chilling out and my own space but will definitely share a glass of wine or 3 with my flatmate I do have a small super house trained BEST dog in the world so it has to be pet friendly please. Am ready and looking to move ASAP

Separate renovated kitchen with gas appliances. Bathroom with a separate bath and shower Separate Internal laundry room Balcony with newly fitted pull out clothesline Your own car space Security intercom access Bus stop directly opposite building Walking distance to Eastlakes shopping centre ++
The apartment has just been renovated and in a quiet block off the main street. There is good parking on the street, and if you work in the city it's a very short walk to the stop for a direct bus to the city... Which then takes 15 minutes to get to the CBD. The apartment itself has two spacious bedrooms, huge wardrobes, shared bathroom which is brand new, a huge lounge room/dining/study room, a good sized kitchen and an internal laundry. Also, if you're into the beach it's a ten minute drive to either Coogee or Maroubra beaches. The University of New South Wales is a 5 minute drive or a five minute bus and a very short walk. There is a shopping centre nearby which is a three minute walk.

Why I write. I'm looking to rent a house, with one huge bedroom for myself, and an ensuite and +1 car space or parking within driveway of house. Things I don’t want to know. I play badminton at University of NSW, Randwick and at Victor Badminton in Botany with workmates, and at Epping Boys High School with a club. I do swimming and consider it a boon to have one at home. I like innovation in cooking - mostly healthy and only in the evening. I work at Redfern as an Accountant for a business group. I prefer to be relatively close to public transport as I use public transport to go to work and so the request for a space either in driveway to park my car or carspace. Smile or die - “pink ribbon culture failing.” I like to not come under the flight path directly or close to main roads and prefer a silent place.
