I have one big room in Eastlakes. It only takes1 min to Eastlakes shopping center (Woolworths, Aldi), 1 direct bus to UNSW, 1 direct bus to CBD. We're looking for a person/couple to share the property with us. The price is 220 for one person, 300 for two persons (All bills included) The room is full of furniture with a built-in wardrobe and the property has 1 parking available.
Hi guys, Im a shiftworker looking for a share house with similar minded people in roughly the same age bracket. Hobbies: - Surfing, when its warm enough. - Making near unpalitable home brew - Learning to swear in other languages - Pub Crawls - Video games - Attempting to prevent a beer belly by sporadic gym attendance Im fairly easy going, only real thing is my shifts and having house mates who understand I have to sleep during the day/ early nights. Clean up as you go house mentality is sought after. Looking for housemates who go out on the sauce together and explore town rather than people who just live in the same house without much interaction. If I fit your bill let me know!
The flat is in Eastlakes so a great compromise between the city, the mountains and the beach. It has easy access to the university too and bus links. It's also just next to the shopping centre so easy to get food and stuff. The flat has just been renovated with a new kitchen, cooker, bathroom, and wardrobes. The room is large with new wardrobe and room for a large bed and desk. I'm currently furnishing the flat but will have a sofa, dining table, TV, NBN internet, Netflix, coffee machine, juicer, all cooking things. Great opportunity to live in a quiet clean large place. Internet is 65 a month split between us and we split the gas and electric too.
I'm a clean and responsible person looking to move reasonably soon, although the move date is flexible. Not wanting a party house, however happy to chill and have a friendly drink or shared meal or a few friends over occasionally. Cards against humanity included. I work full time in social marketing, usually in the afternoon/night time. Preference is to team up as I have some of my own essentials, however due the right place, I'll happily join in on an existing lease. Car park not required, however the bedroom does need to be unfurnished as I have my own bedding.

I am looking for a quiet non party house house, close to the airport and CBD, in my spare time I enjoy a weekly game of golf with friends. I am a software engineer looking for friendly, easy going flat mates. I will be at home with my family most weekends so you will have a free house over the weekend.
Hi, my name is Yuna and I am from Japan. I go school once a week and work 3-4 days a week. I'm very quiet and tidy. Currently I live in Rosebery, but I'm thinking of moving out because some flatmate is too messy and it bothers me😥 I'm only looking for a clean place and organized house which all flatmates follow cleaning roster etc😓
I'm Brazilian. Student and work part time with a busy life (school, work, gym, outside activities). Looking for single accommodation for one person only (not share) and with own bathroom (I don't like dirty share bathroom) in Mascot and Alexandria region. It is essential that it be a CLEAN and TIDY place. With Flatmates who respect individuality, privacy and rules in the house. No drugs. Friends are welcome at social parties and common sense overnights.
Hi there! I'm from Melbourne and currently a student at the University of Melbourne. I am looking for a place to stay for the duration of my 3 month internship over the summer. The date of the internship roughly aligns with the University summer break so I'd be the perfect slot in for a gaps between tenants over that period. About me: I'm tidy, relaxed individual who is easy to get along with. I make sure to keep common areas clean and not let my own things get in the way of others. I'd be working 9-5 weekdays. I'm generally sociable and wouldn't mind hanging out with roommates from time to time but I also enjoy my own space. I'm not looking for a party house at all. I'm a non smoker and would prefer roommates who are also non smokers.
Just started working at a racing yard in Randwick and looking for a room preferably within 30minute walking distance. Ideally a private room, but don’t mind semi private so long as there aren’t any bunk beds! I start work at 4am some mornings (hence the private room preference). Must be clean! I cannot stand messy people and won’t tolerate living in that environment. I’m a confident, friendly character with a sense of humour. If you think you have something suitable drop me a message! Thanks
