Hello! We’re Elle and Evan, we are a couple who works full time. I have an office job in Sydney CBD and also wfh (2-3 days pw) and my husband works full-time as a head chef. We’re both easygoing, tidy, and respectful, and we like our home to feel comfortable and relaxed. During the week, we’re usually busy with work and on weekends we (when it’s his rest day as well, you know - hospitality industry) enjoy trying new food spots, or meeting up with some friends for some activities or a catch up, but most of the time, we also just stay at home for chores and to watch Netflix or Prime and having a quiet night in. We also go to the gym in the arvo or night most days in the week. I also do some pilates, yoga and a little bit of dance. We both love travelling to different countries or states, that’s where we spend our annual leaves usually. We value and respect privacy and quiet time. We don’t usually have friends or relatives over, but might occasionally have some for a meal or catch-up or when there’s a special occassion(we’ll inform you if ever). We are okay if our flatmate/s would have some friends or relatives over too (as long as it’s not too many and we are all safe) as we like meeting new people too! ☺️ We’re also keen on wine/boardgames/movie/series nights with flatmates (if we have time and only when interested). We are non smokers. We do have some furnitures and appliances already that we can’t let go of. We’re looking for clean and considerate flatmate/s (or couple) who values respect, a peaceful home, while being friendly and easy to live with. We have recently been doing inspections and got approved with some properties (2 bedrooms) to rent and we are also still inspecting 2-3 bedroom apartments and are looking for some flatmate/s to share it with. Estimated sharing rates depending on apt we get approved at (excluding bills, bills split fairly): 375-400 - bedroom with wardrobe and desk space but no window / natural light and shared toilet & bath 450-550 - bedroom w/ or w/o wardrobe but has windows and shared toilet & bath Bedroom with ensuite will be ours(if available) as we will be paying higher rent and providing the furnitures and appliances as well. You can also bring your own furnitures / appliances (just let us know to see if we’ll have space) If interested, we can also add you as leaseholders if you prefer.
