Happy and humorous woman who is very clean and tidy, responsible but fun, mature but still youthful, enjoys the company of younger, happy and fun people. I'm more of the quiet type, but also like to be social without intruding on other people's privacy. Am passionately into Asian culture and food, a big foodie who loves exploring new cafe's and food. Love to cook and bake, especially into Asian food and sweets. Dream of having a dishwasher. Currently learning to play the Chinese Instrument Guqin in the Sydney CBD. Work casual in a cafe but need some temporary accommodation while looking for a second job. After that I will be searching for permanent accommodation with a higher affordability. Non smoker, non drinker (ok, you might tempt me with a Japanese plum wine on a special occasion) For the temporary accommodation I don't mind sharing a room with another female but ideally own room. Only want to share with a max of 3 people in one place. Must be a short walking distance to a train station (under 10mins) Need a parking space. IDEAL POSITION IS STRATHFIELD or close to.

I am a 26 year old civil engineer recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for housemates! I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy, who's clean and tidy. I love pets but don't have any of my own. When i'm not working, I enjoy music, reading and gym. I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months).
Just graduated from Uni, looking for somewhere to live up to July/ August while I save to go travelling. Clean and respectful of common areas but also generous and social. Work normally 5 days a week bartending.
-The house has like, 6 million parks nearby, including one just across the road. The only downside to this is sometimes kids play on the creaky-ass swing early in the morning. Last christmas day we were all drunk and decided to try and WD-40 the swing, but it still squeaks. -Its about a 15-minute walk to the station, but keep in mind I have long legs so it might take you longer. I am unsure of my exact leg measurements but can send at request. -Close to Marsfield shops, Macquarie uni and shops, Epping shops, Eastwood shops and Top Ryde. Good location. -There is a small front and backyard with a hills-hoist (those dope ass clothes line things). -I have a washing machine, gas oven, and dish-washing machine (that currently being used as a glorified drying rack at the moment). NOTE: I do not have a microwave or drier. I am not against them I just haven't felt the need to replace them since my ex moved out. Yes I re-warm leftovers on a fire outside -I am currently paying the rent in full and while living alone is fun, I would also like to afford food. Please bring some food, I am hungry. -I clean the whole house weekly, which I will continue to do because I have a routine and I am quite efficient. Also I don't trust other people to clean. (except for your room, unless you want to exchange food). I also\will mow the lawn when it needs to be done + take out the trash. -On some Saturdays, the neighbours little yappy dogs wake me up really early but I haven't heard them recently which is good. -I cook once a week and have the bare minimum utensils. I only cook vegan food but don't care if you eat / cook with meat. (As long as you don't leave gross chicken in the fridge for months :> ) -Only one toilet (which is separated from the bathroom at least). Its also on the opposite end of the house. -Theres a lounge with 2 couches and a TV. I bought it to watch shows and movies but I've only used it once in the last 6 months. -Dining room with a table and chairs, because eating in front of the TV is for plebs. -I am genuinely surprised if you have made it this far, well done!

I'm Chinese from Hong Kong. I'm going to study a master degree in Macquarie University in the early 2017, approximately 1.5 years. No worry, I speak fluent English though I'm not native and I study Translation. I'm talkative and out-going.I like meeting new friends. I have a strong sense of responsibility and am willing to share all the housework. I can live anywhere not too far from MU as long as my flatmates and I agree
Hi I'm Ben, I'm 22, employed full-time in the transport industry and looking for a place in the broader Ryde area. I'm a pretty relaxed, easy-going guy, who enjoys some quiet downtime and can keep to himself, but I'm also quite happy to have a chat and socialise with other housemates. I'm a reasonably clean, tidy person, I do my share of the household duties and can help with basic home-maintenance as required. I have a car I use every day and so will need a pretty reliable parking spot, but this doesnt have to be off-street. I don't have pets and am easy with furnishings - can provide as necessary or if the room is already furnished that's fine too.
Hi I'm Zac! I'm currently studying full-time and am looking for nice place to live with friendly people. I'm a friendly, relaxed person who likes cooking, reading and binge-watching any TV show that catches my attention. I'm generally pretty quiet but always up for a chat. I moved to Sydney from the country about five years ago and I've spent years living with all sorts of people so sharing a place won't be a new thing for me. Seeing as I spend a lot of time studying I'm looking for a place that isn't too rowdy but am still always up for fun. Look forward to meeting and getting to know you!
