Warning: Long profile ahead! Hey there, I'm a 30 year old male looking for a place to stay in Sydney for the next two years (approximately, could be >2 years by a couple to a few months at this stage) as I am moving up from Melbourne for work. Will be working basically 9-5 at Macquarie Park. I consider myself to be courteous towards others, respectful of other people's private space, mature and pretty easy going. I enjoy being sociable but most of the time I tend to keep to myself when I'm at home, although that's definitely flexible (i.e. if you want to have a chat or hang out I'll probably be more than up for it!). I enjoy exercising, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hiking, movies and a board games night every now and then. I'm not a big drinker and I don't smoke, I don't really party anymore either (grew out of it). Due to jiu jitsu I tend to do laundry often as I'll be washing my gi after every class and I'll be trying to go to class about 3-4 times a week. A space to dry my gis (such as on a patio) would be awesome! Basically just looking for a furnished room to stay in. All I really need is a bed, desk, chair and probably a wardrobe of some sort. I don't have many pots and pans etc. so if I could share with housemates that would be amazing (I make sure to clean everything properly when I do dishes). I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to cooking but I'm hoping to improve my skills over the coming months. I do make a decent coffee and don't mind making it for roommates if we sit down for a catch up chat (would help if you have an espresso machine but I will be bringing an Aeropress with me). My intent will be to meal prep on Sundays once I move up, so will need the use of a kitchen for a few hours each Sunday (flexible as to what time to use the kitchen, morning noon or night is all good with me!). I'm flexible in terms of the number of roommates as well as having a shared bathroom (although I guess it would be ideal if I had my own, no biggie if that isn't possible though). I'd like to have my own space in the pantry and fridge (a shelf or two would be amazing!), and I will be driving up in my car so a car park will be essential (street parking is okay as long as the neighbourhood is fine). Internet will be a must. Mature and respectful housemates is a must. Eastwood is my first preference of suburb. Budget is $300 per week max, although the cheaper the better (to an extent haha!). I will be in Sydney early April so would ideally like to meet in person first for a chat to see how things go. If you've read all this, thanks! Figured I should be as detailed as possible.

Hi! We're a quiet easy going non-smoking couple. I'm working as a veterinary nurse in North Ryde and Ricardo is working in Double Bay. If we have time to spare we just relax and enjoy life or go crazy and spend the afternoon playing computer games together. Looking forward to hearing from you :) Li and Ric.
Hi I’m Hana, 28 yrs old, from Taiwan. Working holiday! I worked in farms in my first year, and currently I thought about my next stop for my second year in AU. After farm life, I would like to stay in cities with convenient transportation nearby. I'm pretty excited about having more interactions with the locals and people all over the world, and experiencing more different kinds of jobs which can support my life here. (Therefore, I'm also looking for a 'decent' job. If there's any, please let me know. Thanks!!) I'm kinda picky when choosing the place to stay.. - prefer a single bed to a bond bed (Private space is important.) - prefer a cozy and relaxing place better with less people (not accept ppl sleeping in the living room..) For being a good flatmate, there are some qualities of me: 1. I keep clean and tidy no matter where I stay or what I use. 2. I respect others' privacy (and need it from others, too). 3. I am real and honest with people, no stealing or lying.

I'm a Canadian PhD student moving to Sydney in May for a year and a bit. I love any sort of outdoor activity, and am really looking forward to living somewhere warm for a change! Not a smoker, and am a clean person.
Hi, I'm Pat and I work full-time. I have completed an undergrad and an honours course at UNSW. I come with a 2 Yr old Labrador. He is fully house trained, very friendly and doesn't bark. I enjoy reading a good book, watching a movie, playing video games and having a good chat. I'm a very clean person and I always make sure my dog is well behaved. I'm quite flexible with most things and as I work full-time you probably wouldn't see me very much. I have a partner at the moment, who will not be moving with me, but he would like to visit me and stay over on the odd occasion when I do move - willing to pay extra to accommodate for this :)
I’m a waitress in a restaurant and cafe shop. I come from Hong Kong and living with my friend now. I’m looking for two single rooms for me and my friend. We’re not smokers and we’re friendly, tidy and respectful.
Hi there. I'm a VNese and studying Banking and Fin, intending to move to Mac in April. A tidy, clean and respectful person, I'm really into healthy lifestyle. I love pets, gym, reading books and language. Looking for a place to stay for my time in Sydney :)
Hi there, We are Dan and Jade, we have recently got married in October. Dan is an apprentice electrician (so he's the man to ask if you need help with anything!) and I work in retail, we are both currently studying. We have a small dog Kleo, she is 7 and is very well trained, she likes to come and say hello every now and again but she also loves her sleep too! You will probably fall in love with her! We are pretty quiet people and enjoy the outdoors so chances are when we both get a weekend off together we will be off at the beach or at a dog park enjoying the sunshine! We are both originally from the central coast and moved down to Sydney for Study. We are looking for a nice, clean and peaceful environment to live in. We are very friendly, but respect personal space. We also have pretty much everything for a house as we moved out of our own house on the central coast, so just let us know! We are always more than happy to help. Thanks for the read, we hope to hear from you soon. Dan and Jade
Hi! I am moving to Sydney on March 27, 2019 from New Delhi, India to pursue my master's degree from Macquarie University. Ideally would prefer a tidy accommodation close to Macquarie University and even better if it's a share house with young professionals or students. I am easy going, responsible and good at adjusting to situations. Always up for conversations, music and exploring the city!
