I'm neat & tidy, always willing to lend a hand, friendly and well mannered. For work i do Admin Goods Recieving and also when required drive a Forklift in warehousing. I enjoy.. watching movies, cycling, console gaming, and trips to the beach. I'm looking for stable accommodation with good natured people.
Hi, I'm Pat and I work full-time 11am - 8pm for a tuition company. I have completed an undergrad and an honours course at UNSW, in theatre and criminology. I come with a 2 Yr old Labrador. He is fully house trained, very friendly and doesn't bark. I enjoy reading a good book, watching a movie, playing video games and having a good chat. I'm a very clean person and I always make sure my dog is well behaved. I'm quite flexible with most things and as I work full-time you probably wouldn't see me very much. I have a partner at the moment, who will not be moving with me, but he would like to visit me and stay over on the odd occasion when I do move - willing to pay extra to accommodate for this :)
My place is fully furnished except for your room - although I can put in a desk + chair + monitor screen if you like. The best thing about my place is the huge living room. Second best thing is having a bath tub! I am walking distance to Eastwood train station (T1) and have a bus stop just outside (515) that goes to Circular Quay via Town Hall, Top Ryde City Shopping Centre & Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre. The 545 bus is also close by (at the train station) to get you to Macquarie Park in ~20mins. I have a lock up storage space if you have anything to store and there is plenty of street parking. The place has a balcony where I am attempting to cultivate a small herb garden. I am ideally looking for someone who is easy going, clean and happy to do their own thing but also share a drink or meal after work. Becoming friends would be a bonus. Message me if you are interested in hearing more about the place or about me.
Huge yard, lots of storage, two delightful flatmates and two adorable pugs. Enough space for yourself without feeling like you live with two strangers - always happy to have a glass of wine and share some takeout or a BBQ in our huge 1000SQM oasis. :)
Hi ! We are very friendly couple ! I am Viviane, student in Macquarie University, and my partener Martin will be in Working Holiday Visa but will not be a backpacker. We are looking for a good place to live during my master degree. We are funny but very respectuful of the privacy of other. We like the shared areas are clean. And for the party ? We prefere go to the bar to take a beer with friends. We are NO smoker. So we are looking for a place not so fare to Macquarie (more closer possible) and with easy access to central. 30min to Macquarie University (by train or walking, can be by bus if it is 20min max) Our budget is $400/week all bills included (Water, gas, electricity and internet) and we cannot put more. Please be free to begin a chat with us to know a little bit more about.
I'm great to live with because I am friendly, easy-going, relatively tidy and not a party animal (non-drinker). I'm an engineer working on a construction site, so I am not at home from around 7AM-6PM each week day. I enjoy hanging out and having a chat, but as an introvert, I also need my space some times (and will respect yours). Having moved to Sydney recently (from Brisneyland), I would like housemates with whom I could see myself becoming good friends. In terms of what I do for fun, I like movies, video games, nature walks, reading, travelling, learning languages. I would love some housemates that enjoy similar things and are looking to live more sustainably. Currently based in Newtown, I am enjoying the inner-west lifestyle, but also wishing it were quieter and had more trees. That said, I am also looking for cheaper rent and probably a place along a train line to the CBD (too optimistic?). So currently I am thinking inner-west for lifestyle, further west or north for decent rent, or towards the shire for the serenity. As for the room set-up, I am fairly flexible.
