** Please Note, I am just browsing for now and making inquiries for future reference, I plan to move out in May / June / or early July after my lease expires in May. ** I an easygoing, clean, responsible, sociable and reliable. I really like places with bills, internet, a lockable room and even possibly a cleaner included all inclusive in the rent. As I am a bit more mature ( yet young at heart ), I am looking for a more self contained style room as much as possible, with it's own bathroom, even a studio, granny flat or just the type of room ( large bedroom ) that gives you your own privacy, or even on my own in a studio style place. Having said that, I tend to work mostly afternoon/evenings, so it might work well if I shared with a normal business hours professional. Don't get me wrong, I like to socialise, but I also like my own space too, if that suits you then great. I am also considering student accommodation style places if you're ok with me staying there and the room is lockable, and preferably with the room big enough to create a self contained space with it's own bathroom.
We are a couple from Manila, Philippines. We are migrating in South Australia on April 2018. We are well organised, friendly, and easy to get along with. We are looking for a furnished private couple room for rent with internet and bills included. We are hoping to find a house that are near to the city, the bus stops, train stations, supermarkets, and restaurants.
Hey everyone, we are a couple (both 23) ideally looking to start a share house with one or two other people in a suburb close to the city. We're both friendly, tidy, positive people who are easy to get along with! Angus studies law and science at the University of Adelaide in his fifth and final year. He also works part time in the live music industry, loves going to gigs and sports. Taylor works full time in the food industry, dabbling in food writing, catering and events after recently graduating from a food entrepreneurship degree. She loves to cook and most of her hobbies revolve around food too! We both like our down time at home to relax, but also don't mind having a few friends over for drinks on the weekend to hang out. Ideally we're looking for another couple or 1-2 other people to live with in a 2 or 3 bedroom house that has enough room for everybody to fit comfortably. Our move date is also pretty flexible. If you have any questions or would like to have a chat please shoot us a message! :)
I am from Brazil moving to Adelaide on June to pursue my masters degree. I have I bachelors degree in Food Engineering and now I am going to start my research on wine at The University of Adelaide. I am going to have classes at the North Terrance and at the Waite campuses, so that is why I am looking for a place close to both of them. I am a very easygoing and openminded person. I love to try new things and to travel. I already lived in Switzerland, UK and USA. I am definitely an animal lover, I love with all my heart all kind of pets and I will treat your pet as my own. I like to socialize, to go out and have some drinks or just stay home and have some wine and watch Netflix. I would love to share all the customs from my country and would like to know all about yours. I love to cook, so I need a place and flatmates that don't mind me cooking everyday (It would be my pleasure if you wanna join me and I always leave everything clean). I don't mind the gender of my flatmates as long as they keep the house tidy and clean.
Hello! I am a young professional who works 9-5 (really more like 8-6) in the city, looking for a place within walking distance to work. I have an (aspirational) green thumb and a lovely collection of indoor plants which I hope to bring with me, live a pretty active lifestyle, love eating good food and think there is nothing better than a glass of wine or beer watching the sun go down. I'm friendly, honest and love a good laugh!
Hi I'm Carly, a confident, mature, sociable, tidy 18 y.o. female and a future medical student at the University of Adelaide. I'm moving down from Sydney and am looking for a decently sized room where I can have my own space and private time to study and relax, but also roommates to hang out/spend time with at other times. I would prefer a non smoker female only household with 2-4 housemates with no pets, established house rules/boundaries, easy (free) parking as well as convenient access to the CBD (max 20 min drive). Rent approx. $150-190/week incl. utilities and internet. I plan to be working either as a receptionist or waitress when not studying, so I will be busy, but do enjoy a glass of wine, snacks and movie when I have some free time. I enjoy reading, movies/tv, cooking, going out and spending time with friends and family. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I sound suitable for your household! :)
Hello, I'm a Geology student from the US* in my final year at the University of Adelaide looking for a low drama household to join. I spend most of my weekdays on campus and work part time seasonally. I'm a clean, conscientious, and easygoing nerd who likes to cook, fly gliders, camp, and swim, among other things. I come with most of the components necessary for a home entertainment system, a reasonable number of kitchen appliances, and the ability to MacGyver things back into working condition when needed. If I sound like a good fit for your place send me a wave :) *Just to make it clear: I am not an exchange student, I live here now.
I am a dedicated young creative individual who has shown great leadership skills, independence and a personal drive throughout high school and my part-time job in rural South Australia, I am now looking to study in the city while working part or full-time, eager to cook for myself and meet new people to become friends with.
Extraordinary Facilities, total security, Conveniently located to shops, public transport at the door. Great cooking facilities with all the mod cons. If you are into a healthy active lifestyle then you’ll love this place. If not you’ll love it anyway
The property is located in the exclusive eastern suburbs of Adelaide. 15-20 walk to the CDB through the beautiful Eastern Parklands. Easy walk to supermarkets and coffee shops. The facilities are the best in Adelaide without question. Included are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, sauna and extensive gymnasium. Theatre, world standard tennis court, Function room and outdoor pavilion and BBQ area. The apartment is modern with well equipped kitchen. great balcony with views of the parklands.
We´re a couple of Brazilian geologists: I am Laísa and I´m doing part of my PhD research at The University of Adelaide and Rafael, my husband, and Fidel, our 5 months old son, are accompanying me in this period abroad. We´re all three easy going and we´re looking for a temporary accommodation until we find out a house or we can stay for a long-term, depending on how we get along with the flatmates.

The rent and bills combined are $180/wk. The room on offer has generous built-in wardrobes, and a decorative fireplace and mantel. The room is available as furnished or unfurnished. Smoking strictly outside only. No pets, sorry! There is a visiting calico cat who may grace you with her blessed presence from time to time. The basics: – All-inclusive rent and bills – no surprises – Amazing central location – 2 minutes' walk from lush Park Lands – Close to public transport options – Spacious home – Tidy housemates – Relaxed atmosphere – Sunny backyard with vegie patch – Furnished rest of house – Huge windows – Lots of natural light – NBN available from April
This is a large, modern and well lit two bedroom apartment just out of the CBD which has been recently renovated. Its fully furbished (including the bedroom) has a lot of natural light and is only a 5 minute walk to Hutt St with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is secure parking available on site and is really easy to get around by public transport, walking or car. The WiFi works very well as does the brand new air conditioner which has been recently tested for several days running during our Adelaide heatwave. There's lots of space, the building is very secure and is really a great place to live. PS updated photos to come! these ones really don't do the place justice

I am a 23 year old, graduate interior designer, currently working full time. I am friendly, social, considerate, fairly clean and I am a chilled, easy going sort of person. I like to hang out with friends or housemates on days off, going to the beach, out for coffee and am keen to chill on the couch, with a glass of wine or go out every now and then. I was originally from the country and moved due to study 5 years ago. I have lived with many housemates and enjoy the company of others as well as respecting their privacy. Would be keen to live with like minded people.

Hi there, I am an international student and I also have a part-time job at the moment. I am responsible, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live an active but also sometimes quiet lifestyle, love to travel, meet my friends, love to do gardening, I don’t mind reading a good book or watching a good movie ... I am a non-smoker, honest, responsible, clean. I am open for a nice talk but also respect (and need my) private time, I am respectful (of course also towards other peoples stuff) and I would consider myself as a happy and relaxed person. At home I am a photographer and social worker… what else... just ask me. ☺ I get along with my current flatmates very well but I would love to have a bit more space in my room as its really small. I also would love to do a bit of gardening (growing a few herbs and vegetables), so if you have a garden and you are fine with that, that would be great. I am flexible with moving date. If you wish references from previous housemates, that wouldn’t be a problem. ☺ Would be a pleasure to hearing from you! :-) Thanks
I'm a 23 year old student from Sweden who's here for an exchange semester. Looking for a place available as soon as possible until June/July (not sure when my exams etc will be). The cheaper the better, don't have any room requirements other than that I won't share it. Would like to live as close to the university of Adelaide as possible, or close to a bus/tram that would take me there. I'm a generally friendly and social guy, although I like my privacy sometimes. I always keep the common areas tidy, which I believe is important, even if my room can get a bit untidy at times. I cook a lot at home so a nice kitchen is a plus, and on my free time I'd like to enjoy my stay as much as possible and see/do a lot of things, so if my potential roommates like to do a lot (trips, go camping, go to the beach etc) that's also a big plus! Hope to hear from you!

I’m currently living at Unley and looking to move at the end of Feb early March when my lease runs out. I’m working full-time as a paralegal in the city so would ideally love to keep close to work. I have made some incredible friends with housemates that I have lived with in the past and enjoy hanging out with the people I live with! I’m respectful and like to keep fit, but would never say no to wine and a cheese platter :)
I'ma full time student from Alice Springs (NT) and I love to play sport, listen/play music and enjoy having conversations. I'm also a quiet person, so I will give you space and actually do some study. I can also confidently say that I can cook some dishes, with or without some online help! Great to spend time with
I am a 26 year old female business student from Finland looking for an apartment where I could stay during my exchange studies (University of Adelaide). I am an open-minded and social person but as a room mate I can also respect other peoples' privacy. I appreciate cleanliness and I am quite tidy person myself but not a nitpicker. On my free time I like to do sports and travel. Gladly looking forward to meet my new room mates!

I'm a winemaking student at Adelaide Uni but am originally from Melbourne. I'm organised, tidy and respectful person and understand that in a share-house 'me time' is really nice to have. Nonetheless, I'm always happy for a chat over a coffee or glass of wine. Looking for a place close to Adelaide CBD or south (near Waite) as that is where a lot of my classes will be.

Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Hi! I’m Tuesdaii. I'm looking for a warm, homely, social house to move into in or around Adelaide CBD. I spend a lot of my time catching up with friends, going out for or cooking food, and doing yoga, but will be studying this year so will mostly be focusing on that and working part time. I’m pretty easy going, considerate and love a chat. I have lived in share houses for a few years now I so know the ins and outs of living in a share environment. After a somewhat decent sized room that has space for my bed, desk, plants and my yoga mat! Would love to be able to occasionally have meals and a drink together to unwind after big days with whoever I live with, but also get that we all also need our space. I am super flexible with moving dates as I’m mostly just really looking for somewhere that feels right. If any of this sound appealing please get in touch! Tuesdaii

No pets (although i love them), serial Netflix binger, respectful of common areas and noise levels at appropriate times, have been renting with friends and sharehouses for the last 5+ years in Adelaide, happy to provide rental references :)
Hello, I'm Maeve, a 24 year old Melbournian who moved to Adelaide last year. I have fallen in love with Adelaide- mainly due to the weather and how accesible the beach is. I am currently studying full time and the contact hours are 38 a week so I’m super busy as I also work evenings and weekends at a dentist in Parkside. Yes that means I can provide free toothpaste ;) I'm pretty chill and love to meet new people and get out of the house as I’m a melb city girl so always on the go, I get along with most people as I come from a large family and am a twin so I know how to share. Lenient with moving date, it can be whenever. Last year I was renting in New Zealand and enjoyed it, I understand when people need space for themselves or to study etc. But I really would love a place where everyone has fun, going out together, beach days, exercise and sports etc. I am a friendly person who loves to go out, dance and enjoy myself but I am very responsible with study and work too. I love being busy and working out at the gym or going for hikes or walks - going surfing, swimming and sun baking at the beach. I also love reading, shopping, eating out and binge watching Brooklyn nine nine/rick and morty. I also eat out and shop way to much for a student but it makes me happy 😅😅 I go back and forth to Melbourne at least once every 2 months or so as all my family and friends are still there. In the past few years I've done a lot of overseas travelling so I love being settled finally. Xxxx
