Hey 😊 I’m Taylor, I’m 20 in August. I’m looking to team up with someone to find a place to make home. I have found a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment but I can only afford it with a house mate. I’m LGBT+ friendly, smoke and alcohol friendly, really not into hard drug users, I’m clean and quiet and respect personal boundaries. Give me a message and I’ll happily have a chat and answer any questions 😊

hi there ! 🍑 i'm a plant lover with a big rescue cat that's afraid of people . i sleep late and rise early so most of the time you may be wondering if i actually sleep at all. currently just looking for a place to bunker down for a while , until things cool down at home. a place that has the necessities and a friend to small talk with or talk about cryptids with and what would piss HP Lovecraft off if he was alive today. so a place that can be called a home , basically. i enjoy simple days of relaxing but i will 100% go into a massive clean freak mode at least twice per week. i can also cook, best dish being fried rice if that's what you are into. i'm currently working at a casual job , so pay may be rusty at the start but i am a strong believer of that things just need a little bit of time and a little push 🍑
The house has a large balcony with views of the collie hills. The house is only 2 years old so is nice and modern. It has a large kitchen and pantry. Open plan living and backs onto a large park. The rooms are big with wall length cupboards. Big screen TV set up with spotify, Netflix and Stan. House has unlimited Wi-Fi. Apologies the photos of the room were taken the day after the last housemate moved out and has yet to have the carpets done.
I'm an easy going 30yr old in the retail/hospitality industry. I'm sociable, but also like my own space. I love my music(no I don't always have it booming lol) whether its going to gigs, putting them on, checking out the latest releases, playing with my band or kicking back with a concert/doco. I love a good beer, but I'm definitely not chasing a party house/someone who's always for that, especially mid week 🤨 I like my footy and cricket, like most Aussies; again I'm just your typical 30yr old male pretty much
