Hey there! I’m an Australian moving to Sydney from Adelaide around mid January 2019. I’m flexible with move in dates but I would ideally move in by 27 January at the latest. I'd like to live in a non-smoking, social house/flat where we can host dinner parties and BBQs here and there, but I also value quiet nights. Having flatmates who are up for the occasional outing or hanging out will be nice too. I’m 23 and work full-time in the finance industry. When I’m not working, I like going to dance classes, going to the gym or just taking it easy at home. On weekends, I like discovering new places, going out with friends or going to beaches or parks. I also love travelling, wine, gin, trying new healthy recipes and art! Being bubbly and easy-going, I enjoy spending time with my flatmates but also respect the need to have alone time. I’m tidy, clean and reliable when it comes to chores and bills. I'm looking for like minded people who are tidy, respectful and fun to be around! P.S. I'm allergic to cats :(
I'm moving to Sydney to start a new job in January after having lived abroad the last few years. I'm originally from QLD and enjoy spending time at the beach, cooking new things, travelling, and binging Netflix. I am clean, quiet late 20s professional looking for another professional to share with (maximum 2 other housemates). I've done the sharehouse thing many times before over the years. Though I mostly keep to myself, it's nice to be able to have a friendly chat and to share glass of wine or meal here and there. I will be travelling quite a bit for work (for example will be away almost 3 weeks in Feb) so looking for somewhere can come home to relax. Looking to move in in late January/early Feb until around June/July and ideally looking in the Eastern suburbs (though both of the timing and location can be flexible for the right place). If this sounds like a match please get in touch!
I am a Construction Site Manager and ex carpenter, who has relocated for experience abroad therefore not a student or backpacker. I like to cook and look after myself, although also like to go out and party. I have had my own property in England before therefore can be expected to clean etc. and know what is expected. looking for sort term or if the property is right then long term.
We both from France and we are here for one year. We are easy going people, nice and tidy. We both work full time and we enjoy to go to the beach on our free time. We don’t spend a lot of time at home but we like to feel comfortable 😊
Hey there i'm an easy going person working full time in the CBD for a medical company. Currently in the north shore renting but wanting to be closer to work. Enjoy kicking back and relaxing, hanging with friends and going for walks. Happy for chats and drinks, but also enjoy spending time alone binge watching netflix.
Hey there I’m Hannah! I have been living in Sydney on and off from California for the last three years. I am looking for a place to live long-term for 6 months to a year. I will be studying full time and working part time so I’m mostly out of the house but would love to share a glass of wine or a meal whenever convenient! A little about me: I am 21 years old, I live a healthy lifestyle, I’m clean and tidy, I enjoy going out occasionally and you can always find me at the beach. Ideally I’d like to live with people I have good chemistry with, I love making new friends! I’ll set up an automatic transfer for rent so you never have to worry about that. If I sound like a good fit for you feel free to send me a message. x Hannah
Hi! Gokhan here. I'm a 29-year-old human-being who tries to have a minimalistic life. I decided to take a break from Sydney after living there for 3 years and moved to Melbourne 5 months ago. Now I'm going back home to Sydney; mostly because of the weather in Melbourne which is quite unbearable even in summer as we all know -no offence Melburnians :) I am currently up-skilling myself in the field of Artificial Intelligence, so most of my time is dedicated to my computer and codes; it might sound a bit nerdy; not that scary though, trust me! I am a physically active, non-smoker guy; I regularly go to the gym (Fitness First), cook my own food, eat healthily and rarely have a glass of wine or two. I don't expect much from my prospective flatmates. We are all grown-ups, so I know everybody knows how to treat each other, and just because we are humans, we are likely to have conflicts every now and then. Still, I believe people can solve any problem as long as they are able to communicate. It is sad that I am not available for face to face inspection as I am currently in Melbourne and I will be back in Sydney on the 5th of February; however, we can arrange a Face time call or something else. Statistically speaking, 60% of people don’t read until this point. Now that you are reading this, special thanks to you for not being one of them to increase the percentage. :)
A young financial professional looking for a room close to work. Easy and social person who likes to exercise. Coming up from Melbourne, looking to settle before the 24th January.
I have always had a considerable interest in architecture, teaching and travel. Love to make new friends :D Simple, fun and understanding. :)
I am a 29 yr old professional female - relaxed, considerate and sociable! I have spent the past three years in Canberra and am now looking to move to Sydney (originally from WA) - can move in immediately!
I'm a clean friendly 25 year old guy from Scotland. I work as a surveyor in the construction industry in Sydney so am busy with work during the week and like to chill out at the weekends with a beer and socialise with friends. I’m looking for an apartment with parking available and a gym either in the building or one near by.
Hello! I am a Brazilian, 36 years old, temporary studying and working in Sydney. Looking for a PRIVATE ROOM preferable with own bathroom (no sharing room), where I could have some privacy. I love arts, music, movies, tattoos, travels around the world. :) Best regards, Carol
Pays bills on time, loves a good wine and cheese night, past the party phase, keeps the place tidy, can cook under pressure... if not ready to commit to me as a roommate, feel free to introduce me to your brother.

I'm a young professional, in PR + communications relocating for work to open our Sydney based office in the next 6-8 weeks (yikes!). While the timing is March 2019, I'm open to something earlier if it was the right fit. I spend a lot of time working as it is, so imagine that life might be pretty similar once I'm up there. When I'm not working, I'm eating out, taking mini road-trips down the coast, catching up with girlfriends or otherwise cooking, drinking red and watching Netflix (sometimes all at once, haha!) I'm a bit of an old soul, so past partying and late nights but love low key drinks... wine and cheese, out to dinner and being in good company. I'm lucky to have a couple of friends in Sydney already, so would love for them to enjoy our place here and there. I'd hope that my future flatmate would do the same, and feel comfortable to hang out with friends/partner there too. I'm the type of person who needs to open the door at the end of the day and come home to a gorgeous place, one that's neat and feels like home. Hoping to find a flatmate, or team up with a couple that: - Can commit to a 6-12 month lease - Are neat, tidy and respect the space we share together - Reliable and trustworthy - Laid back and happy to hang out occasionally - Respectful of privacy - Won't hold it against me when I need to decompress and chill in my room. I'm looking for a 2-bed, preferably 2-bathroom flat/apartment in Sydney's eastern suburbs. A car space is preferred, but not essential. Would prefer to live with a couple, or one other person (male or female) Don't be shy, say hello!
Hey! April and I are looking to team up with a 3rd house mate to make our duo a trio and find our own perfect 3 bedroom home. So with that said if you are a friendly, fun & an outgoing individual with a great work ethic.. plus a required weekly wind down, Friday arvo banter, vino in hand...type of gal. You have come to the right place. A bit about us, I am Paige (right), born and bred in Sydney, have dabbled in the Central Coast life a while back for a couple of years as well. I work Mon-Fri 9-5pm as a Graphic Designer at the Australian Turf Club, obsessed with dumplings and pizza, in attempt to ensure I can still indulge in these cravings I get out to the gym, runs at Centennial Park or currently enjoying a weekly game of Oztag with work pals. My boyfriend Aaron will also be staying with us between his work in Sydney and the Central Coast, he is a relaxed, social and easy going guy. Aaron will also contribute to shared expenses such as electricity & gas bills etc. April (left), is a gun freelance photographer, doing what she does best. April is from the Central Coast, but relocated to Sydney over a year ago and never looked back. We are both keen to start a new adventure with a change of scene. We enjoy keeping active when we can be bothered, love a good movie but just as happy to watch questionable reality tv. Despite being great friends we also understand and respect the need for down time. We have both lived in flatshare for the best of 4 years and understand the basic fundamentals of a happy household - cleanliness, tidiness and respect of each others space. It's a no brainer. Ideally we are looking for a female housemate who is also social, of similar age with the shared values above. If we sound like your type of people and you would like to team up with us. Please contact :) Budget: $325 each Cheers, P & A
