Looking for a place in the Eastern Suburbs. Not looking for a party house, somewhere with parking (on or off street), with people preferably around the same age as me. I’m clean, respectful and reliable, working full time in the city. Please reach out if you think you have a room that would suit x
I’m from Mexico City. I study English... love the gym, I healthy. I am very neat and clean, respectful... I like the party and drink beer weekends ✌️
Hi my name is Joel. I'm looking to rent a room in a houseshare/flatshare arrangement or to team up with possible flatmates for joint rental. I am not looking to share a room. House or flat, can share bathroom, don't smoke, furnished or unfurnished. I don't own any pets. References from previous landlords. Proof of income if required. Broadband internet connection required. I’m happy to split water, electricity and internet bills equally. A little bit about me: I’m a full time student at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music studying Music Education & Classical Guitar. I work at a music tuition business 3 days a week in Penrith, I teach guitar, bass and music theory. I also sing in a choir and work with a children's choir. For those worried about sound levels: Classical Guitar is quite soft and I mainly practice at uni or work. I’d like to have easy access to Circular Quay where I study and Penrith where I work and many of my relatives live. Happy to provide a criminal record check or working with children number if you’re interested. Potential flatmates who are open to a discussion about criminal record checks may be more competitive in my considerations. This would only apply to issues that may be relevant to living together, records that may be irrelevant to that are not my concern, I respect your privacy. Contact me for further information. We can meet up no obligation and can also talk budgets and other details. Take care, Joel
I am a clean and organised person. I am pretty independent but happy to share dinner and sporadically-drinks together. I love meditation, so a quiet place is a quiet home to be. - In my free time, I spend time editing photos and working on different creative projects. Please feel free to ask me any questions. Whiling to rent for a minimum of 6 months :)
I'm fun, well travelled and a great chef! Like intelligent conversations, having a beer or two and exploring the world. Originally from Sweden but have been living the past 8 years abroad. Been living in Sydney since 2015 and working full time as an assistant manager in a restaurant in the CBD.
Hey I'm Mel! I work full time in media/advertising at a television network. I'm originally from Sydney but did a few years overseas and moved back recently. I'm pretty busy during the week with work or working out. Will socialise with friends over the weekend or spend time with family. I live at the beach over the summer. Ideally looking to live with one other person and preferably not couples (I third wheel enough in my social life). I'm pretty easy going and looking for a flat mate that I can share a wine/meal with too. I'm clean, respectful and reliable with a positive attitude; and I'm looking for someone the same. Small detail but I'd prefer to live with someone who would be open to getting a fortnightly or monthly cleaner as I think it makes for a much nicer share house environment. Looking to move after 16th June, can be flexible with the date. Ideally looking to live around Double Bay/Woollahra/Edgecliff but would consider Bondi/Paddo too.
Heya, I'm Rosie, lived in Sydney all my life and am looking for a long-term place to call home. I'm 25 years old and work full-time for a NFP company in Kings Cross. In my spare time I like to go to the theatre, eat food at markets, watch films, see bands etc. I originally trained as a performer so you would have to put up with me belting show-tunes every now and then while I vacuum on a Sunday. I also come with a low-maintenance, emotionally-distant ginger cat named Julius who is happy to chill out in the sun all day and eat whenever he pleases.
I’m an engineer and have just started a new position in Sydney CBD, so I am looking at moving closer to work. (30 to 40 minutes to CBD) I see my home as a relaxing place. I am a respectful person of other people's things and treat them as if they were my own. I also keep things clean and tidy. I lead a healthy/ fit lifestyle, so I normally go to the gym before work and I like to cook my own healthy meals. Happy to share some meals and have a chat, if you’re up for it too. Whilst I would like to not be strangers, I understand and respect the need for personal space, too. I definitely need secure parking, and I am looking to move in 21st of May (date is flexible). Please message me if you have/ know of anything suitable. :)
Hello! 25 year old Portuguese looking for a cosy place to stay for two months! I'm a very clean a tidy person that likes to enjoy some quite time as well as some party time, very well balanced in this matter. I'm a big fan of sports so it will be normal for you to see me going to the gym 7 days a week, i like to stay active! Another thing you should know about me is i'm a food lover, often you'll find me in the kitchen prepping some awesome food! That's all for now
I am very tidy and respectful. I want to find a place I can call a home, not just a room I live in. I play rugby, snowboard, and love to exercise. I'm always positive and very easygoing.
Full time professional who is big on health, fitness and indulging in good food and wine. Not a smoker, no pets and don’t do big house parties. Outgoing and happy to socialise but like my own space and quiet time. Looking at 1 flatmate and private bathroom only (2 bed and 2 bath). Ideally you’re a full time professional in similar age group (and if you’re a Crossfiter we can be best friends).

I'm a Kiwi moving to Sydney and will be working at Big 4 professional services firm. Always keen for a drink and heading out. Friendly and tidy. Was running a flat myself in Auckland before coming over - so keen to get in another houseshare/flat
I’m an Englishman and great to live with for the following reasons; easy going, friendly and social, thoughtful and considerate, clean, good fun, reliable and a great cook. I also love meeting new people and always make the effort with anyone I meet, I break the ice quickly. I work as an IT security consultant in the Sydney CBD, which requires me to occasionally travel nationally and internationally. I love to cook, read, keep active, watch movies / series, socialize and go outdoors when ever I can. Thanks, Owen.
My housemate's moved in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take her place in our art deco apartment. We're located just metres from the water. The apartment faces a foresty, secluded yard that's very private and gets plenty of sunlight. The bedroom is warm and bright. It has two large windows with blinds, and comes unfurnished except for a huge (re)moveable wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with a smart TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, etc. Busses are just outside, and it's a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross station and 5 minutes to Woollies. Potts Point restaurants and cafes are just around the corner, and Rushcutters Bay park is right out the back door. The neighbourhood is historic, residential, and quiet. I've lived here for a year and love it!
Cosy bedroom and own large bathroom. North east facing apartment, modern furnishings, clean, well-equipped kitchen, sunny balcony with daybed. Easy commute to city - walk, bus or train. Suit professional looking for short-term accommodation. Prefer 3-4 nights per week or short-term stays.
Hey! I'm Gianni. Half-Australian, half-Italian Sydneysider. Recently completed my BA at Sydney, and work as a full-time ministerial writer. Looking for a bunch of great people to live with - so long as there's a sense of humour and a friendly, sociable atmosphere, I'm all for it! I spend a lot of time out, heading to gigs and hanging with friends, but also enjoy my own company. Have lived in a share house before (for two years), and loved it. I'm partial to cooking, chatting, some gardening, but am very wary of others' privacy and keeping a clean, neat home. I believe your home is your haven, and treat mine accordingly. Am also down for the odd dinner party, barbecues and beers (or cheese 'n' wine), and meeting new people, so am pretty open to busy places. However, I often work 'til around seven on weekdays, so like to relax afterwards, perhaps a chat before spending time in my room and heading to bed. I'm a keen music enthusiast, but not a loud one. I love introducing people to new tunes, and the reverse occurring even more so. In this regard, hanging with housemates in my room every now and again to chat, listen to some jazz, soul, etc., and unwind, is welcomed. Looking for somewhere ideally within 10-15 minutes of the CBD via public transport and close to a train station (a 10-15-minute walk is cool). Would prefer two or more housemates, and have a $400 per week (max) budget. Very much look forward to meeting you guys, and hope you enjoy my company as much as I'm sure I'll enjoy yours!
