Hey! 👋 I’m Ashley, 28 and originally from New Zealand. After spending the last few years living and working in Melbourne, I’ve recently made the move up to Sydney and I’m looking for a lovely place to call home.

I’m currently in a sublease until 26 September, so I’m ideally looking for something longer term/permanent from around then. That said, I’m also open to another shorter furnished sublease if the right place comes up while I continue getting settled in Sydney.

I work in tech and I’m social, friendly and always up for a good chat over dinner or coffee, but I’m also independent and really value having a relaxed, clean and respectful home to come back to. Ideally, I’d love to live with people who are friendly and occasionally hang out together, while still doing their own thing.

Outside of work, I’m pretty active. I love running, fitness classes and getting outdoors. I’m also into reading, travelling, finding new restaurants and coffee spots, wandering through markets and museums, and occasionally catching a show or exhibition.

On weekends you’ll usually find me out for a run, trying a new brunch spot, exploring a different part of Sydney or having a slower day with a coffee and a book.

What I’m looking for:
• Available from around 26 September
• Ideally something long term/permanent
• Also open to a shorter furnished sublease
• Furnished room preferred
• Good access to the CBD/public transport
• Friendly, social but respectful household
• Flexible on suburbs — mainly looking for somewhere that feels like a good fit 😊
