Prefer a female flatmate or gay male, aged late 20s to late 30s. Definitely no couples, sorry. I'm in my early 30s, work full-time in Healthcare, and am usually off doing something on weekends. I'm pretty easy going, originally from Hobart. I don't watch that much tv, prefer to turn on the radio while I'm cooking. I enjoy 'experimental' cooking, and have my fair share of disasters and successes! I'm just searching for a flatmate who is nice and normal really! All the usual things one wants in a flatmate, e.g. does their share of cleaning the communal areas, not too extreme in their living habits, happy to have a chat if we're cooking dinner at the same time rather than shuffling around each other in awkward silence, maybe even have a wine or two sometimes! Rent does not include bills. All utilities are split equally. Rent is $942.50 per calendar month, paid monthly. The bedroom is pretty big, previous flatmate had a king sized bed. It is hard to tell the size of the room from the picture, but it's the master bedroom. Layout of the flat is great for two people sharing, bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area.
Hi everyone!! I am an Italian student who's currently undertaking a Master of Design at Monash Uni - Caulfield Campus for the 1st semester. I'm really respectful, clean and tidy and I do respect privacy. I had been working as an aupair in Sydney for 6 months so I do not mind cleaning or cooking. I am a really outgoing and openminded person: I like to socialize, have fun, go out for a drink or for a live concert. I love any field of art and I am always excited for organizing trips during the weekend. Although I am still focused on studying, I really want to take the chance to explore Melbourne and Australia. I need a private room from the 10th of May till the end of July. Contact me on 0416045430 :)
I am a recent graphic design graduate, an artist, and mixed martial artist of ten years always striving to learn as much as can to benefit other people around me. I have lived in Los Angeles and Zimbabwe meeting many people from all walks of life, and I have just the right bunch of hilarious stories to tell about them. I am very easy-going, jovial, and respectful of noise and house etiquette, with an active sense of duty when its time to get things done. I would love to share a home with like-minded people who are independently motivated and positive. I have an extensive knowledge of great movies, and I always teach others martial arts skills free of charge for fun and exercise. J
We are fun loving, sociable and mature. We cook, clean and like to keep a tidy home. We are both hard working and great communicators and love having a chat over a glass of wine. We are both sensible and would love to share with people who enjoy some wine and cheese and a chat at the end of the day. We would be looking for a room each.

I'm friendly and easy-going, I love music, art, reading, being outdoors and exercise, and enjoy doing different things around Melbourne. Hey, I work full time in the city so I spend most of my week working. I like to have a chat as I am very outgoing however after work I just like to relax in my room watching things on my Mac. I am not looking for a party house just somewhere to relax although I do like a few glasses of wine at the weekend. :)
I work full time with the government. I love a good chat, beer and wine, relaxing and having a good time. Hoping to live with like minded people so it's an easy comfortable homely environment.
