Hey I’m Sara. Just looking for a nice & friendly place to call home :) I am very respectful & neat and tidy . I work full time in real estate , weekends I am always out & about. Travel sometimes for work interstate. Very neat and tidy. Very active , Live a very healthy life style and travel as much as I can .
I love where I live! Its central to everything. I live on a beautiful street, the very famous 'St Georges Rd" of elsternwick. No need for a car, the shops, train station, trams are all within walking distance. The building itself is a beautiful old Edwardian mansion and my unit is the only one with a courtyard. As I am a keen gardener, I have created a beautiful oasis for myself an anyone else that can appreciate it. I love nothing more that to chill out in the courtyard on my hammock with a glass of wine in my hand. Recently an air conditioning unit was installed which makes the hot and cold seasons a lot more comfortable.
Full time nurse looking for a furnished 1 bed unit for 6-12 months in Melbourne. Flexible with location and length of lease. Also happy to take over a lease from someone. No pets and will keep the place spotless. I am not looking for a share house or another person to share an apartment with.
A beautiful four bedroom house located in Elsternwick. We are a 10 minute walk from Ripponlea Station, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The street is nice and quiet, creating the perfect balance between close proximity to everything you need and a spacious and relaxed living environment.
Hi there, I’m a 31 professional female and have moved from Adelaide to Melbourne for work- originally from NZ. I work full time in the sports/events industry. I like to keep fit and healthy. Pretty social, outgoing and enjoy meeting new people. Im low key during the week with work and the gym most nights. Like to see friends and be social in the weekends and happy to sit down with house mates over a wine and a chat :) Easy going, clean, tidy and respectful of others. I like to live in a clean and tidy house and also pull my own weight around the house. Looking at finding a house share or starting up a new place (lease takeover) as I have some furniture, so looking for an unfurnished room. Would prefer a car parking space off the road. Would love to hear from you :) Cheers,

Hi. I'm looking to live with one or two females aged 35-50 ideally. I'm down to earth and earth friendly neither a vegetarian or a carnivore but leaning more toward the veggies (ie happy not to cook meat at home if that is your preference) I like to write, sing, play the guitar (just a beginner) speak French (a little) and visit the sites and delights of Melbourne. Hold a special interest in theatre and music and enjoy discussing this interest with others. Listen to community radio mostly PBS, RRR, RN, INNER FM, JOY and watch very limited TV as there is not much on free to air that interests! Enjoy listening to Podcasts of Science shows and new Musical theatre in particular. Looking for a place that really feels like a home where I can relax, unwind and share a cuppa or something stronger from time to time! I'd like to live with a non smoker who has no pets (allergic these days) Working part time and looking to compliment this with a second job. Move date can be negotiated. Have references from current and previous housemates. Look forward to meeting you. :) Thanks
Hi, I have just moved into this stunning Edwardian residence in Elsternwick. We have a large double sized room available with its own entrance. The house is close to trains, buses and trams - yet idyllic surrounds. It is a bright and sunny house. I am a professional full time working female in her forties with two gorgeous dogs - Hudson the 11 y.o. Golden Retreiver and Hank the 9 y.o. Bichoodle. Set in magnificent landscaped gardens, the property has a wonderful sense of scale and spaciousness. Coupled with the super-convenient ‘lifestyle' locale; only 3 minutes' walk to Elsternwick Station and Glenhuntly Road shopping precinct and movie cinema. If you like gardening there is a spacious rear garden with citrus trees and vegie patch. Beautiful deck. Air-con in lounge and ducted heating throughout. Utilities are $30 per week. If you feel like the place suits you feel free to contact me.
Hi, I moved from New Zealand in March to be near family. I work full time in the travel industry. I live quietly, socialise a little bit during the week and spend time with my family in the weekends. I do not have any of my own furniture but happy to purchase anything needed. I do not smoke, and my favourite drink is a good cup of tea. I do not like dogs and enjoy cats.
*October flexible moving date* Hi there, Ana and Luis here- a Ukrainian and a Brazilian. Australian citizen and perm. Resident. Ana works at a charity and Luis is a business consultant. Ana been in Oz since 2009, Luis- since 2017. Clean, considerate, non smokers, experienced in housesharing and reliable with rent. Multilingual and multicultural. We have own bedroom furniture and home appliances but happy to put appliances in storage if not required. We have own internet via data on the phones. We are looking for a 6 months stay until we can afford to rent a nice house with ease and start a family. We have an awesome outside dog who is very smart and also friendly to people she knows😊 She needs a backyard or a courtyard and she gets walked a lot. Barks seldom, mostly sleeps during the day and looks for possums at night. Medium size. She's almost 9 y. O. A perfect pet. We are emotionally balanced and physically active:, respect and appreciate privacy but are friendly and open to a chat if you want. Ana loves cooking and gardening. Luis appreciates movies that score low on Rotten Tomatoes. Both love outdoors, cycling and trying out Groupon gym and yoga deals. LOL Questions welcome. We are a bit flexible with the movong date. Best would be the first week of November but may as well move in October if a great place finds us. Will consider one big room for the two of us to share. Shared bills OK, no internet required. Suburbs flexible too, east preferred, close to transport or bike trail. Thanks! Ana+Luis
I work full time Monday to Friday as a Food Rescue Driver so super keen to live close to work because I can be driving most of the day I'm trying to limit long commutes as well. :-) Currently living in studio room (airbnb) in Port Melbourne. Would prefer close by (on street within shortish walking distance) or off street parking. I would prefer not to have to pay for internet as I have stacks of data on my phone and my Mac has never been able to connect to WIFI for some reason. I have a good rental track record from share situations, living alone as well as owning my own home and being a semi-professional house sitter since end of 2017 just before I moved from Adelaide. Happy to provide references. Have lived on my own a fair bit but am now keen to move for financial savings and try our living in share situation with one person. I am quiet, clean, tidy, love cooking and chat over a meal together. I love reading, walking, market going, mosaicing, movie watcher, and happy to contribute towards looking after a garden or veggie patch. I am a pescatarian but am not anti anything as far as other people's choice of food - I just try to eat as healthy as possible and am looking forward to being able to cook in a proper kitchen again (currently living out of a bar fridge, microwave, toaster machine) I don't smoke, and don't want to live with smokers. I enjoy a nice glass of wine once in a blue moon over a meal but am not a party girl or come home drunk every weekend type of person. I am more likely to go out to meet up with friends. Love people celebrating and enjoying being and bringing friends/family home but don't want to live in a constant party house. If it's a home with space to have people over for a meal I would do that every now and then and am more than happy if my housemates like having friends over for dinner or just hang out together etc. I believe I look out for and care for people I have lived with in the past and open to sometimes do things together but also totally respect the need for space and privacy (am used to and need fair bit of time to myself to recharge) I am very allergic (constant hayfever) to cats but love dogs from being a bit of a part time professional housesitter since moving here to Melbourne in February 2018 I have gone between housesitting and living in airbnb's.... but looking forward to trying a share house again. Any questions, just ask :-)
