We love outing, dinning, cinema, music, sports, gym and long drive. We would like to live in a house or a flat that has separate room and bathroom. We have two little kids (age 2 and 4 years). Our kids are little. Hope they will play with you. You will enjoy their company. You don't need to worry. they spend most of the time in their room. Cheers!
Hey! I'm Liv. I'm currently working and about to start studying. I moved to Melbourne about 2 months ago from Tamworth, NSW. I'm super chilled, I cook, I clean and I can provide quality banter. I don't drive so I'm preferably looking for somewhere close to public transport. Don't be a stranger :)
I'm a new kid on the block to Melbourne and will be looking to move into a place from the 16th July. I'm 33 and like a good balance in a flat - knowing when to be social/interactive and knowing when to enjoy having chill time. I'm clean and tidy and pretty relaxed. I like cooking, music, gardening, travel, camping - (outdoors in general!), the beach, animals and chilling out with a vino :)
Originally from the UK, but have lived in Melbourne for 10 years. I work full-time in the city as a Marketing and Business Development Manager at a law firm. Pretty active with sports - running, badminton, swimming, gym, pilates, yoga and barre, which I usually do after work (or in the morning if I am awake early). I currently live on Chapel Street so I am keen to stay within the area. Brunching, hiking, reading and binge watching TV are also regularly on my agenda. Always up for a glass of wine. Also - clean and tidy because that's a thing.
Very quiet person with two playful cats in tow. I work during the week and then spend my weekends writing and exercising. I am very health conciliation and like to eat organic whole food. I love yoga, barre and pilates.
Hello, I'm currently working in the film and Telly industry and work long hours. I won't be home much expect over the weekends. I don't smoke or drink and enjoy running, swimming and keeping active.
Im an awesome cook, im good with tools-a miss wannabe fix-it!, im a bit of a bloke in the sense that i like to do the mowing, happy to do garbage, maintenance type jobs..im fairly quiet and keep to myself but it would be nice to share a meal or watch a game once in a while. Im wanting to get back into fitness so a positive gym buddy would be great. My most important thing that governs any decision i make is my dog. He is big, very big purebred rottweiler! Super friendly, great guard dog, he is still a baby..16months..and has to be allowed inside. He is toilet trained..stays on his mat..but just love's being included. I can only live with people who will accept him as a housemate too and will respect and be kind to him. If u have no experience with dogs or are scared of them its not a situation i would consider. He loves to play ..can get a little rough but he's young and still learning..currently teaching him to close doors behind him! So its a package deal. he is all i have left ..i will not get rid of him for anything.
NOTE: WE ARE NOT A COUPLE so we will need TWO SEPARATE ROOM!! Hey my name is Jacob. I'm a 21 year old contracted electrician but looking to get out of that industry and move into realestate. On weekdays I tend to spend my time either working, going to the gym or just kicking back and watching some tv. On weekends I usually just chill out and hang out with my housemates, go out and have a beer somewhere quiet and chill or go on an adventure. I am a non smoker, I don't own a pet and Im very considerate of other housemates space. Id also like to add that even though I am still young the party life is behind me but if there is a special occasion I will crack a beer and join in on the festivities, but I’d much rather be in the kitchen making an awesome as meal or going on an adventure and experiencing life. please feel free to contact me to find more about myself and my interests. looking forward to hearing from you, kind regards; Jacob Hey there! I'm Katelyn, I'm 22 and originally from Surfcoast, Victoria! I'm a chef so I work pretty hectic hours, but when I am home I love to be in the kitchen, keeping myself busy or I'm super chill, love to spend time with whoever's home, as well as being the occasional hermit (you can blame Netflix). I'm fully house trained I promise so I love to make sure the house is clean and tidy. I'm respectful of everyone I live with so I'm sure we'll get along great!! And would love to have the occasional drinks if you're up to it! I have been living in Melbourne for the last twelve months. I love it here and can't wait to find some awesome new housemates to enjoy it with too. As well as myself, I come with two very cute additions!!! Two five month old kittens that will do anything for some cuddles! NOTE: We are not a couple so we will need two separate rooms.
About me- I'm twenty years old, currently working 2 jobs in hospitality. One of them is full time (5 days) and the other is 2 nights a week. So you won't find me at home too often, in between work and my social life. I also practice makeup artistry in my spare time and draw a lot. Other than that I like to keep my room/surroundings tidy and will be more than welcome to chip in with chores. I'm quite easy going but will respect your space and am punctual with payments/bills etc. That's about it and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Sacha (-: P.s. i love dogsssss
Hello potential future roommate! I'm in need for a place to live ASAP! A bit about myself… I'm a Gemini who loves chocolate and tea. I graduated high school last year and chose to go on a gap year with the intention to study further in the future. I’m receiving Centrelink payments and will look for a job if I do get chosen for the room. People say I'm effortless to live with as I clean up after myself, respect the people I live with and their belongings. I also find myself confronting problems when it arises. I describe myself as a very clumsy easy outgoing person who loves company but also likes time alone. I love being outdoors and up for anthing. At the moment, I work as a model and do singing every weekend. If you would like to know more about me or suit to what you are looking for feel free to message me.
I am a friendly, clean, and respectful person to live with. I am an English student who is over here on a work placement for 5 months. I will be working a lot but I want to make the most of my spare time by seeing the local attractions and enjoying the Melbourne lifestyle.
We're a travel-loving, international couple (Aussie/French) who moved from Germany->Australia in March. Kellie is a physicist and Emilie is a translator. We're both from massive families (we each have a parent with 10 siblings!) and have lived in sharehouses of all sizes. We're neat, love cooking, and enjoy having housemates with whom we can interact on a less-awkward level than scuttling around in the kitchen and avoiding in the hallway. Kellie just got a job in Melbourne starting mid-June. We're new to the city so would love to meet new people. We're not really party animals (anymore) but are always up for wine/dinner/movie nights. We have zero furniture and will be arriving in Melbourne from Sydney so a furnished place would be prefered.
Hey! I'm Eloise, I'm 22 and looking to move into a clean and tidy household located somewhere close to the city via public transport. I'm an actor, photographer and writer, and I work part-time in insurance, so I'm almost always busy doing something! When I'm at home I love reading, binge-watching television, cooking, and enjoying social drinks occasionally (bonus points if you love tequila!) I love live music, comedy, theatre, and exploring new areas and restaurants. I am looking for a working female housemate who has a similar workload and also enjoys their own space, and definitely someone with a great sense of humour and laid-back personality. Favourite Music: Milky Chance, Marina and the Diamonds, Melanie Martinez, Lana del Rey, Twenty One Pilots, Panic! at the Disco, HAMILTON the musical, Kate Miller-Heidke, Fleetwood Mac, Regina Spektor, Florence & The Machine, anything 80s Favourite TV Shows: 30 Rock, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Orphan Black, The Nanny, Stranger Things, FRIENDS, The OA
Hi I'm Ethan, Your average friendly, neat/tidy and easy to get along with 25yo originally from New Zealand but have spent the last 6 years in Perth. I've been in Melbourne since June 2016. I work full time 11 hour days Monday to Friday and the odd Saturday half day. On top of this (call me stupid) I will be starting a full time Uni degree in July. I am outgoing with new people and consider myself easy to get along with. I'm judging this on the ease of moving to a new country and then state and making lifelong friends along the way both through work and housemates. Although it is high up on my priority list to make friends with my housemates and have a great time in a place I'm proud to call home. I am also very housemate courteous and spatially aware. I will be working or buried in study the majority of the 6 or so month stay. I do have an awesome German girlfriend Anni who is also super easy to get along with, super tidy and we spend nights throughout the week at each others apartments depending on what's on and where we are. So there will be nights where I stay at hers and visa versa but this will also be a courteous arrangement and not her living with me full time as some couples do without mentioning in these descriptions. Truth be told this is more often me spending nights at hers. My reason for finding a new place is that my current housemate is moving back to Adelaide and lease is up start of July. I look forward to finding a room in either an established flat situation or apartment living, I'm easy just need to find the right place with the right people and the rest will be history. The room can be furnished or not as I currently have furnished my bedroom but can sell the bed etc if the room is already set up. Look forward to meeting my future housemate(s)!
Hey I'm Sally, I'm 20 years old (21 in June so I might age while this add is up haha) and I'm a very outgoing and chilled out housemate. I'm very clean, always willing to share any household jobs, and generally pretty easy to live with. I'm always keen to hang out or have a chat with my housemates, but also happy to respect privacy if you're wanting some alone time. I have two little pups, a cream coloured male chihuahua and a black female toy poodle (the female has been desexed so no risk of babies!). My dogs are both less than a year old, house trained, and primarily sleep outside in a kennel. They're both well behaved and surprisingly don't seem to yap a lot as their breeds might suggest, they only need a small yard to keep them happy as I take them for plenty of regular walks and spoil them with lots of toys to keep them entertained. In the house that I am living in now I take full care and responsibility for them both and always clean up after any unexpected incidents, and I will continue to do so in my new home. Now that I've covered my main stress of having pets, let me tell you a bit about myself! I'm currently living in Adelaide but looking to move over to Melbourne when my rental lease ends in September. I already have employment locked in for when I move, I will be working night shifts as a dancer at Spearmint Rhino. Also looking into checking out The Men's Gallery and Centrefold Lounge once I've moved. Obviously being okay with my line of work is a must for any potential future housemates. I will generally be working 3-4 nights per week. I am very quiet when I come home and usually sleep until 2pm the next day, but I don't expect you to have to be quiet for me because I am able to sleep through basically anything! I am looking at commencing study once I've moved to Melbourne, most likely a course in makeup/beauty therapy. I've actually written a lot more than I thought I would so if you've made it this far then congrats you are probably capable of putting up with my bullshit! Sling me a message if you're keen to test out being roomies.
I am in my mid twenties from Ireland. Working full time as a Gardener Monday to Friday, no unsociable hours. Like to keep clean and tidy. I am easy going, laid back person, respect privacy of others and a non smoker. I like keeping busy by being out and about. But like to come home and relax in a quiet, chilled atmosphere. Would enjoy an evening with my housemate, having a chat and a beer or two. But also respect them and their space. Have been living in Melbourne over a year now and settled here. Have lived in shared houses in Ireland, America, New Zealand, Melbourne can provide references. Looking for a place preferably in Hampton, Highett, Elsternwick, Prahran, Windsor or surrounding suburbs. Looking for a clean place, dont mind sharing with a couple, would like a furnished room if possible. Available to move anytime, preferably as soon as possible.
Hey guys! I've moved to Melbourne about 4 months ago, and I'm looking to move in to a cosy place that I can settle into reasonably long term and call home. I'm super relaxed, friendly and outgoing- I'm always up for a cheeky wine! I love jogging, yoga, hiking and I've been learning to rock climb, so it's a massive bonus if you want to learn with me! Give me a message if you want to know anything more! :)
I'm currently a full-time student at Monash university, working around the area. I'm originally from Sydney, lived in Singapore for most of my life, moved to melbourne at the end on 2014.
Neat and tidy, I prefer to keep to my own room but also would love to have a house where I can be social with the housemates! Working full time in the cbd. On my days off I'm out hiking or exploring the city.
I'm a Brazilian and moving to Melbourne in July to start my Master in Monash. I'm an actor and events producer. I used to live by myself when I was doing my college at Unicamp in Brazil and I already shared dorms too. I know how to cook, I don't smoke, I'm very clean and organized. I like to talk and meet new cultures and people. I'm easy going guy and very friendship. In my free time I like to be in touch with culture trends, watch movies, discover new places at the city, go out and see the nature and I was Dj, so I like to dance and listen to music too.
