Description of the home Really comfy home in Elsternwick with a backyard about 12 minute walk to Ripponlea Station. The house is well decked-out with furniture, nice big TV. I share my dog Luna with my ex-partner. There's a shed in the backyard which I use as a workshop and spend a lot of time in there on the weekends wood working. I'm pretty handy and can fix most things around the house. The room is unfurnished but I have some spare bedroom furniture if needed (completely optional). It's a quiet family area and only a short walk to Glenhuntly Rd shops with great food and a the Classic Cinema (tight-are Tuesday $9 tickets).
I’m 23 from London and will be living in Melbourne on a working holiday visa. I will be working full time and looking for a place to live for the next 5 months. I’m a pretty sociable person and do enjoy going out on the weekends. I’m super clean and tidy, but don’t expect my housemates to be. I will be respectful of other peoples’ property, and their personal space. I have been travelling south east Asia and Austria since June so I’m hoping to settle into one place for a couple of months and hopefully make a few friends. Even though I will be working I’m not a boring person, and will most likely be spending my weekends at the beach or going out. I like going out for coffee and going to the gym and would be more than happy if I had housemates that would like to join me.
Hey! My name is Eefke, 27 years old and I'm from Germany. I love traveling and getting to know new cultures and meeting new people! After just having finished my bachelors degree in architecture at the beginning of this year, I started traveling and would love to continue this great opportunity with the working holiday visa I just received and get to know Australia! I chose Melbourne as a starting point with its grand variety in culture and city life and the ocean nearby. I love nature and exploring outside, cooking together and am into music, dance and art. Growing up with four siblings and a cat, I love company and value a good community! Nevertheless, I respect that everyone needs to take time to themselves and that a clean environment is important for an easy going living together. I am looking forward to meeting you!
I love the beach and cooking fresh organic summer foods including salads and fruit smoothies. I like to practice yoga most days and art when Melbourne's weather takes a turn to the cooler side. I work casual in the construction industry mostly week days and intend to spend weekends at the beach. I keep clean and tidy and don't drink anymore. I love inner city suburbs for the life and accessibility especially on PT or skateboard.
I'm a fun and clean person, I'm am super easy to get along with. I love cooking and going on day trips. I would like to have house mates that I can hang out with occasionally but I do also like my own space as well. I'm super easy going and I love to have fun. I love going to my favorite late night ramen place and exploring the city of Melbourne. I have shared house before.
Talkative, life experience, very reliable with rental payments, artistic and musical. I've been renting a flat in Warragul the last 8yrs and previously shared and rented places around Melbourne from Heidelberg to Balaclava and Mordialloc etc.
I am a quiet, friendly individual who is tidy and cleans up after after myself and focused on my studies and work. I currently live in by myself in Adelaide and am planning to move to Melbourne no later than the end of January. Once I have arrivied I will commencing a Cert 4 in hospitality (which I have alread pre-enrolled too) and plan to complete a Bachelor of Science with the aim of transferring to start in Feburary.
This a short term sublease whilst I am house sitting....The apartment in a fab location (rent is cheap!)....4 min walk to Elsternwick train station, buses and 67 tram, 15min walk to the beach, 5mins to cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops. Set next to the train line, no street noise, quiet neighbours. The apartment is tidy and clean...Separate toilet! My room is furnished but plenty of space for your clothes and belongings in wardrobe and drawers. I am hoping to find someone from mid December to mid Jan preferabably but could possible extend or delay for the right person. It’s more important that you are a right fit for my other house mates, reliable, and easy!
G'day, I'm Marc. I'm currently looking to move out somewhere in between my job at St.Kilda and my university. I am focusing on my studies as an Industrial Design. I'm a very tidy person and have no issue being told if I need to clean something. I'm friendly person and I like to keep to myself, though not in an awkward way. I will work full time during the summer so you won't see a lot of me then. Otherwise I will try to focus on my studies
I am a work and traveller from Germany. I came to Melbourne two months ago and enjoying it so far since Melbourne is a great city. What I love doing: healthy cooking (preferably vegetarian), doing sports especially in nature such as climbing or doing yoga, going out with friends for dancing and drinking every now and then, reading books and trying out new things in life. If you have any questions about me feel free to message me. Miriam :-)
I’m a 24 year old student currently halfway through my social work degree and loving it, so if I’m home I’ll either be studying or keen to make dinner together and have a few drinks but am respectful of everyone’s space, I’m a pescatarian (if that matters) I am very clean but not obsessive, have no issue doing lots of housework because I like a clean house. I have a kelpie x German Shepard 2 year old dog called Matilda so will need a secure backyard with grass and an indoor only cat named Effy. I like keeping fit but also spending a Sunday watching Netflix! I also own all furniture- couch, fridge, washing machine etc...

Hi! I'm Callum a 25 year old traveller on a WHV from England. I have been in a shared house for 4 months and have also has previous experience of shared living during my 3 year undergrad degree. I'm looking for a place until the end of Feb, then I'll be off to do my regional work. My current landlord requires me to move out as he is due to renovate the property. I have been given until the 05/12/2018 to find a new place. I work full-time 9-5 as a property claims consultant, so I will be fairly quiet during the week. I'm always ready to enjoy a pint or 2 at the weekend though! I am a tidy individual, and more than willing to pull my weight around the house.
Hi! I'm an art uni graduate from Poland, staying on working holiday visa. Quiet and very tidy, definetely not a party type but love to share a meal or bond over a good movie sometimes. Respectful of others' privacy too. Most time I'll be busy working or doing computer graphics. I am searching for a warm and friendly place to stay. Love animals!
Hello future roommates! I am an outgoing drama graduate (not your typical drama student dont worry) from London who has been travelling around australia for the last year. I have lived in Melbourne before, and am back after living in the outback for nearly 7 months! I can be very sociable and love a good chat, maybe over a glass of wine or beer, but also enjoy my own space. Which is why i need to escape hostel life! I think people would say im quite mature for my age so whilst I enjoy a good night out with friends, I also love being able to stick a movie on and enjoy some good food. I am tidy, respectful and just looking for somewhere to call home for the next 6 months or so. I am also looking forward to meeting some lovely new and interesting people!
