Elliot, Cassidy and I are looking for three separate rooms in a sharehouse or for someone to team up with us in a new home. Our limit is about $140-$170 per bedroom each. Holly, 21, working in Horticulture full time. I have a beautiful Kelpie x Border Collie called Sam. I'm extremely relaxed and enjoy a drink or two, but also like a tidy house and to feel comfortable and at home. I like having mates over but am also out of the house quite a lot as I like to keep myself busy. Elliot, 25, full time chef. We lived together about six months ago before I went overseas. He enjoys his privacy and is clean and tidy like myself. Cassidy, 20, working full time in carpentry. She is from my hometown and we’ve known each other for a long time, we’re both extremely comfortable and friendly. We're looking for one person to start a house together somewhere in the Bayside area, they must be okay with dogs and not mind a bit of social activity around the house at times as we will have friends over to go out and stay every now and then
Kaan - A creative lad into ethnic house music, visual arts and soccer. Talented cook with bunch of recipes from mom, and always keen to share. Working FT as engineer and volunteer for an animal shelter. Basically I'm looking for a cozy place but absolutely tidy and clean (some peep have a different understanding of cleaning) and also good friends to share the place I can call home. Stay length, dates, rent, bond, bills and everything else is just a detail and I'm very flexible with most of them. Please drop a message if you're interested
We moved into this place on the November 1st and now we are looking for the last person to complete our squad. It's a decent sized three bedroom apartment, with a large lounge, big kitchen with a table and chairs, balcony (accessible via lounge) and separate toilet and bathroom. The apartment is the perfect location for commuters, as it is close to Elsternwick station with trains, busses and trams being only a few minutes walk away (1 min walk max). Shops (Coles), gyms, Officeworks, Post Office, restaurants and cinema are also in walking distance. We have air conditioning and central heating. Parking is available on-street, with the option to get a parking permit. Furnishing is flexible. $645.30 pm for the rent and $21.50 pm for wifi, other bills are not included (no information as of yet because we have literally just moved in). Bond is one month's rent.
🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 Hi, I'm a 22 year old Canadian Uni student (University of Victoria) and am trying to find a place to live in Melbourne for a few months on a WorkHoliday Visa. I have been in Brisbane since September, working and travelling. I am hoping to move to Melbourne in either late December or Early-January I like sports, video games, music, chilling outdoors and going out for food/drinks. I'm looking for some young/fun roommates who are down to go out and explore the city in their free time. Feel free to message me if you are looking for a roomate/tenant, eh.
Hello, we're a tidy Colombian girl and Canadian guy looking for a nice clean place to stay at least 6 months as part of our migration process to Australia. It is very important for us to have our names on the lease of the property in order to meet the Australian requirements for our process, hope it doesn't bother you ;) We're very easygoing people, love cooking, traveling and socializing with other cultures.
To give abit of background on myself, I am in my late twenties and have taken a career break from London working in the fashion industry to come over on a WH visa and experience life in Oz, good people and beautiful landscapes. I’m not really a party girl and prefer dinner and drinks (good wine) with friends or a good Netflix series (if it’s cold outside). Having lived on my own in London I am clean, tidy and respectful of my surroundings and enjoy living with like minded people. I’m looking for a private furnished room in a shared house for myself from December 1st until end of January.
Hello! My name is Dominique! I am looking to break my lease soon and are on the hunt for a great bunch of people to move in with. I like to think of myself as quite the extrovert, but truth be told you’ll most likely find me reading a book under a table or tree somewhere. I am very respectful of people’s privacy, like to keep things clean & tidy, and can pay my bills on time. Also really good at cooking up South African doughnuts. If I sound like I’d make a good fit for your humble abode, please feel free to shoot me a message. Thank you kindly
I'm 23 and working full -time in the CBD.I’m a pretty easy going guy! Quite tidy, honest and disciplined . I’m pretty social and love others company and also a great cook! I enjoy hanging out with friends, catching up for food and drinks as well as going on adventures. Ideally after a housemate that’s like-minded but also respectful and quite sociable as well.
Currently just chilling in Fairfield - flexible with move in and move out date - just need to give my housemate 3 weeks notice. I enjoy trekking, going to the gym, going to the beach. My interests include movies, cracking hilarious jokes, science/history, wine/beer, sports - I love a good game of ping pong. I have just landed a new job in Parkdale (Podiatrist) . Preferring a homely place to stay 6+ months . I am 28 years old. My expectations from my housemates would be to be reasonably clean + mutual respect/honesty. Having housemates to have good chats with is also a bonus.
My wife and I are looking for a furnished Granny Flat (or suitable apartment). We live 6 months in Amsterdam and 6 months in Melbourne and both work part-time. Our previous accommodation in Melbourne has been sold by the owner and so we are looking for another place we can use every year for 6 months from around mid-November. We are keen cyclists, so we are an active couple and not what might be considered usual for our age. We are very quite and clean tenants who prefer our privacy and respect that of the landlord. We need space to keep our bicycles in a secure and ideally dry area. We will be buying a vehicle, so we will need nearby street parking for that also.
