Hi potential female housemate, (yes I only wish to live with females) I'm friendly, down to earth and just a regular Jo (which happens to be my middle name)! My interests are veered toward artistic pursuits such as singing, card making, scriptwriting and volunteering as a FOH member for amateur theatre. I like to walk a lot and keep healthy though do enjoy a good wine! I have a lovely friendship circle spread across Melbourne and supportive family. I'm keen to meet someone who likes to chat from time to time but likes their free time too. I'd like to meet someone that I feel I can be myself with and to forge a companionship of sorts that has mutual respect, care and appreciation. I'm looking for a home not just a house that is shared and where both parties might communicate well so they both know where they stand. Basically I don't wish to feel I have to be in my room all the time or that the house really is the domain of the other person. Just someone who is kind, honest and willing to share resources would be great :) Prefer not to live with any pets.
Hi everyone! My name is Adam I'm 33 and work full time in client services for an asset management company. I'm originally from the UK but have called Australia for a long time and have recently become a citizen. I would say I'm tidy, friendly, and like to be social at home but also respect people's alone time. I love movies, art, traveling and board games. Looking to meet like minded people! Please contact me if you think we will be a fit.
Treating house like 'home', sharing and caring the common space, getting along and create a warm sociable environment with housemates. High sense of responsibility, respect for mutual needs/quiet time and eager to collaborate in keeping a tidy, well maintained space. Obviously chatting and dining together whenever possible, watching good stuff etc

Spencer hobbies include football, exploring new cities, socialising and cleaning!! Hello people! My name is Georgia but my friends call me George, Georgie or Gee. I am a 22 year old Commerce student who works part-time in Human Resources. I currently live towards the peninsual however I am hoping to move out in February to be closer to University and work. I'd like to live with interesting, funky people who are also in their 20's. I am not phased with location, anywhere in the Bayside area or a CBDish suburb would be awesome! I perceive myself as a laidback, friendly, independent, thoughtful and very clean person. I can be a social butterfly, I love sinking a few froffies and having a boogie or going out for brunch on the weekends with my friends. I also enjoy my alone time either studying or watching Netflix. Beach days, cooking and hitting up the gym is my kinda thang. If you're interested then feel free to hit me up for a coffee date or a chinwag :)
Hey, my name is Cian! I’m on the working holiday visa having just moved from Ireland. I’m looking for a room in a share house with 1 or 2 other roommates from the end of January and willing to accept 3 month to 1 year stays. I will be starting work with the insurance company MediBank at the end of January. I’ll be working full time during the week Monday to Friday and off at the weekends. I like to keep it pretty chill weekdays and go out and about at the weekends. I enjoy a party or two but quiet nights in as well. I like a tidy place but housemate(s) are important. Would love to mix and make friends with housemates but also allow some space and “me time”.
Hi. We're a couple in the age group of 25-35. We both are working a lot, but always up for something fun and adventurous when we do have time off. We are clean and respectful. Happy to be social and share a dinner or a glass of vino, but also respect your own space. Looking forward to meeting new flatmates. Cheers.
Working full time (Mon - Fri) in hospitality at the moment. Hoping to begin an internship in branding/marketing soon. Fun, sociable Irish girl who is very well house trained. I am as happy to chat in the evening over a glass of wine as I am to retreat to my room with a book or some Netflix. Very easygoing and drama free but believe everyone should pull their weight in a share house, especially when it comes to keeping common areas clean and tidy. In my spare time I like to go to gigs, festivals, the beach, the movies, catch up with friends over a few drinks etc. Respectful of the space and privacy of others and expect the same from my future housemates. If you'd like to know anything more just ask :)
On my working holiday visa, planning on staying in Melbourne February to May, easy going, funny and tidy. Enjoy working out and going out on a weekend. Insta Yorkshire.nomad
Hey! I'm Dylan and have recently relocated back to Melbourne for uni after spending 12 months working in Brisbane. I'm looking for a place for at least 6 months. I consider myself a clean and tidy housemate, so a clean place is favourable. A secure carpark would be ideal. If I'm not studying, you can find me either playing/watching sport or checking out local bars/cafes. I'm quite social, so I'm more than happy to hang-out with those I live with. Send me a message if you think I will fit the vibe of your place!
Hey there! I’m Jess a 28 year old full time kindergarten teacher by day, gym goer, wannabe artist and food lover by night. Currently in the market for a place that myself and my 7 year old pooch can call home. Would love to move into a place with other social people who are happy to have a drink and a laugh but who are also respectful of quiet nights in. I am vegetarian but pretty easy going with others eating meat around me. I love to draw, read, exercise and travel the world on crazy adventures. I have lived in a share house previously so I know what is involved in maintaining a happy household. I am super clean and would preferably like to live with housemates who are similar. I will be moving with my 7 year old staffy who is a big, soft meatball. He is super friendly with other dogs and tolerates cats. He is extremely well behaved, trained and prefers to spend every waking moment with hoomans. I'm pretty keen to move soon (end of Feb at the latest) so would love to hear from you! :)
Hi there, We’re a Norwegian couple looking for a place to live for the next two years in Melbourne. Karoline will be studying masters in tourism at Monash Caulfield, while Stian has been granted a two year working visa and will be looking for a job when we arrive. Honestly, we’re both super nice people and would love to meet up with anyone interested so that we can get to know each other. We'll arrive in Melbourne on the 24th of January, and we'll be available for inspections any time after that. Send us a message if you'd like some more information about us individually and as a couple.
I'm a 24-year-old international student looking to move to Melbourne. I will be starting my postgraduate course at Monash University in February 2019 and I want to move in before that, preferably in Early February. I'm a quiet individual who likes keeping to himself but is not opposed to the idea of making new friends and having good conversations. I consider myself a neat person, can cook a few decent meals, and respectful of other people's boundaries. If I am not studying, you will probably find me playing games, trying out new food or reading.
VERY URGENTLY Looking for a new home I NEED TO MOVE PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING CONTACT ME... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR. I HAVE A WELL BEHAVED 14 YEAR OLD DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE HAPPY AND SAFE AND HAVE A LITTLE SPACE ... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and an extra room as I do have some furniture, and offstreet parking. I am flexible with the location. I am a writer/director working on the final draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be cool, I am also studying film editing on final . I need to move as soon as possible Cheers Peita:)
WHAT MAKES ME GREAT TO LIVE WITH: I pay my bills on time. I am not judgemental and I am very understanding. I am super open-minded. I am a clean freak although I do not expect my housemates to be the same. I love good food, vibes and wine from time to time! ABOUT ME: I work in the mining industry and love what I do. This can mean long hours and working most days. Even still I do pull my weight around the house and keep on top of chores, I’m hardworking and very respectful towards people. Interested in building good friendships and a nice place to stay so we can all come home to a welcoming place. I’m very approachable so feel to contact me at anytime if you would like to discuss anything further!
I've spent the last 9 years traveling all over the world for both work and for pleasure. I'm originally from Michigan but left the States at the ripe old age of 21 and have since lived in mostly Europe for in Africa for a bit. A short list of who I am: I'm very very clean, do regular exercise, love to read and write, dance whenever possible, and roller-skate (quads, not blades). I'm a genuine people person, but also really, really cherish my 'me time’ especially at home, and in return have no intention of disrupting yours. I will be working full-time and always keep busy in other after-work activities as well as the gym. I'm only interested in living with other busy professionals in a *non-party house*. Thank you for your time and interest. My best always, Laura
I work full time and also run a consulting business. If I’m not working I’m quite often out socialising or trying (not very hard) to keep fit. I’m a Melbourne girl but have lived overseas for many years. I’d love a friendly home with room to in my own space occasionally. I’m clean, tidy and considerate and have remained friends with the majority of my previous house mates. Happy to have a chat to see if my new housemate is a good fit before meeting.
I'm Rachel, recently graduated from uni and looking for a chill place to live. I'm 24 and will be starting work as a CRT (casual teacher) once school goes back. I'm looking for a relaxing living space but am always down for the odd dinner or drink with housemates. Hobbies include: seeing friends, swimming, watching too much Netflix and petting dogs
Hi there, I am an engineer who works full time, im into reading, watching movies/netflix, concerts and music festivals, hiking, chilling, can talk shit (love the banter) but can also talk serious stuff (never say no to an intelligent conversation). I enjoy living in a clean environment, if you are messy that's cool as far as you keep it in your personal private area or you clean after yourself when using the common ones (you know, respect each other this and that). I like to have a laugh and relax after work with a couple of beers/wines. I do have to travel for work often and when we can, my partner and I like to escape on weekends for a hike, some camping, or a music festival or we go travelling, when the annual leave allows. My partner is a 31 yo geologist who works interstate (down in tassie). He works 8 days on and comes home to rest for 5, so he would only be at home part time. Look at it as getting only 1.5 housemates. He is into photography, video games and coffee, serious coffee addiction. I have a car so a garage or possibility to park without dramas is important for me. And also we are looking for a sweet home for a MINIMUM of 6 months. I am originally from Colombia, moved to Melbourne 12 years ago and love it, my partner is originally from South Africa, but then moved to NZ where he is a citizen from, and then moved to Australia a couple years back and believe it or not he does not have a funny accent. He's the epitome of chilled dude. Having full time jobs means we are pretty reliable with rent and bills and we look forward to contributing to the household to make it homey.
A spacey and light filled 1st storey apartment in Elsternwick. Located 500m from Glenhuntly Rd shops and cafes, and close to parks, trams and train stations. Your room is the main bedroom of the house. It measures 5.5m x 3.3m and would comfortably fit a king sized bed. There is extensive cupboard space, A/C in the bedroom and main living area and you have your very own en-suite! The apartment has a wonderful layout with huge north-facing living/dining, casual meals area and balcony.
