I work full-time in construction and start early (usually up around 5am), so I really value a calm and respectful home environment during the week. I’m Māori/South American, easygoing, friendly and always up for a chat, but I also enjoy having my own space to unwind and stick to my routine.

I’m into the gym, love a good coffee, enjoy arts and crafts/lego, good movies and have a bit of a soft spot for plants (you’ll notice a few around).

My girlfriend currently lives in Brisbane, so I split my time a bit and she visits bimonthly but when I’m home I like things to feel relaxed, tidy and easy to live in. I take pride in shared spaces and am looking for someone who’s similarly respectful, communicative and low-drama.

During the week, I prefer to keep things fairly quiet — no parties, just a space where everyone can recharge. I’m open to living with males or females (21+), ideally someone working full-time or with a similar routine.

Cleanliness is important to me and I believe shared spaces should always be left better than you found them, with everyone contributing to keeping the house in good shape. I’m open to pets (no cats due to allergies) I’ve previously lived in a house where cleaning fell onto me both for the house and for the animal, and it’s a big reason I’m moving — so it’s something I value highly in a shared home.

While cigarettes or vapes are fine, no weed smokers please. Overall, just looking for someone easygoing, respectful and genuinely good to share a space with.
