Seeking mature, chill and respectful house mate for 2 bedroom home in Elsternwick. Massive room with bay windows. Big enough for queen bed, couches, desk, TV set up, yoga corner and still room to spare! Ridiculous amount of storage and cupboard space in there too. Great, big yard full of plants and fully fenced. Lots of privacy and we have no neighbours. 1 car space in the fully fenced in driveway. (I don't have a car so it's all yours). Outdoor laundary with all amenities (it's cute as)! Close to GelnHuntly Rd and all the The shops along there including cinema, gym, yoga tree and numerous cafes and restaurants. Move in date end of May. I also have 2 adorable small, senior dogs and a cat 🐱 🐶🐶 No backpackers or room share please.
This is a really nice and spacious place with a lot of natural light and a great location! Easy 5 minute walk to Elsternwick Station and a 2 minute walk to Glen Huntly Road which has plenty of great shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as a 24/7 gym, library and probably many other things which I have yet to discover. Also only a few kilometers away from Elwood beach (about a 7 minute drive or 25 minute walk) and only a few train stations away from Chapel street. Usually takes about 17 minutes to get to the city by train (there is also the 67 tram but that's usually better for shorter distances).
We have a room available from the 1st of June in our 3 bedroom apartment for a single person. We have a puppy dog in the house as well so you must like cute dogs. Located next door to BWS Liquor and Elsternwick Pub. 7 minute walk to Elsternwick Station and the tram to the city is out the front of our apartment. The apartment has gas heating and air conditioning. All bedrooms have double glazed glass keeping them nice and quiet from Brighton Road. We have an extra storage unit out the back for a few items you need to keep, along with lots of street parking spaces if you have a vehicle. Again, the bedroom available does not come with any furniture, has double glassed windows for keeping extra noise out, and a large closet. Bills are all separate. Internet is $12 a month with wireless reaching all corners of the house. Bond is $867.
Hi fellow future Elsternwick-ers! An exciting new chapter is about to begin! I recently bought my first home, a ground floor, 2 bedroom, light-filled apartment in a great location and would love to share it with you. We will be close by trams, trains, cafes, restaurants, bars and a massive Coles they are building around the corner. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Elsternwick Station. Our future home has a gas heater in the lounge, hard wood floors, gas cooking and a separate laundry. The bedroom for rent is currently painted blue but I’m planning on painting it white…unless you prefer blue? There are built in robes, a wall mirror and a west-facing private window looking out onto some greenery. I'm still in the process of sourcing some furniture/household items so if you have some, that could be great! I don't have access to the apartment until the 24th May, so can't show you the inside. But I'm happy to meet up and do a walk by if that suits you.
Available room is an inside main room. Large wardrobe full width of room. Room measures 4.5m x 3.6m. Carpeted. We have a second inside room available, smaller and cheaper by $100 per month. Furnished. A nice homely vibe in this Brighton house. Well connected with public transport. Elsternwick train station, trams, busses, Glen Huntly rd cafes, Elsternwick park and pub all within 5min walk. A quiet street, stand alone house with grass and gardens. Two sleepouts, one which is yours, one which is taken. Who you will be joining- 1 x kiwi guy, an english guy and an australian. Our age range is late 20s to mid 30s. All quite focused on work. Most have travelled, and spent time living abroad. We try to keep things quiet around the house, having a good balance, but do like to have a sneaky drink and bbq on occasions. The Elsternwick hotel is a stonesthrow away and a nice place for sport or a pub meal. I love this area, it has everything. An abundance of coffee shops up Glen Huntly. An easy 5min walk to the beach, a walk to Elwood and Saint Kilda, or catch buses from the corner. An easy train ride into cbd, a great park on our door step. I am looking for someone who has done this housesharing stuff before. Who understands that many hands make light work, who contributes, who is concious, who takes charge of resposibilities for the greater good of the house. You would have to love dogs. If you dont like animals or just tolerate dogs - this place wont be for you. My 12yr old dog will have you onside within an hour. But I have had flatemates in the past who havent been brought up with animals, and take frustrations out on her. She is an inside dog, has her own bed in the lounge and my room. She spends her day time outside with the job chief of security, which makes for a safe house. We have a good thing going here, so welcome. Please send a message through flatmates my phone number will not be available for now. Netflix Stan Internet

My home is my quiet space so no massive parties from me though am restful when I do come in late. I’m available by the end of June with only a bedroom full of belongings. Maybe a meet and greet over wine would be a nice way to say hi. Sorry I can’t live with animals - I’m highly allergic
