I'm approachable, friendly and respectful of others. I study full-time at UTS - Engineering/Medical Science. My hobbies include gym, running, rock climbing and video games. I'm a non-smoker and drug free. I keep myself and my surroundings neat and tidy.
Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.
I'm Tori, Im looking for a place to call home. I'm currently living in engadine, I'm very neat and tidy and easy going, Im very social, love to make new friends but really respect privacy and space of others. I work full time as a sales Excutive in Bondi. I enjoy a few drinks on the weekends.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old nursing student, disability support worker and small design business owner. Random mix I know but these attributes make me caring and house proud! After a place to call home for a year or so, with good company and permanent relationships being a plus. Not huge on the party scene but I'll share a drink or two with you on occasion. I love animals and will always choose them over humans, but in this case they can't split rent, so you'll do ;) I'm a real good mix of things, love the ocean and surfing, binging series and a bit of a nerdy gamer, artist and creator and really into fitness and my sport so I think I'd fit pretty well anywhere. I make a killer rice pudding, so if that suits your taste buds I'm your gal. Anything in Cronulla is preferred, but Miranda, kirawee and Sutherland shortly follow. Look forward to hearing from potential room mates!
This place is an absolute delight, I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. You will love this place if you are working anywhere in Sydney or in Wollongong, easy access public transport systems via a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or a 15 minute walk to the train station. The most to die for aspect of this property is the location to the nearest bowling club. We are talking a 5 minute ride on the shoe-lace express (once again walking) to the nearest Victoria Bitter (or other inferior fluids) watering hole. The people you will be living with also give a great deal of value to this treasure chest of a find. There is currently access to the pool located in the backyard and to 4 large Rhodesian Ridgebacks if your hands are feeling up to stroking some dogs. We live right on the bush and next to a reserve if you enjoy a spot of nature and 90% privacy. The house has been recently renovated so has a large modern kitchen, modern bathroom, open floor plan and balcony overlooking the bush lands. Photos are of living spaces and room one. Room two is of same size however is currently occupied therefor didn't take a pic. (Please excuse the mess in the photographs as the current "flatmates" are in the process of moving out).
Looking for a individual or a couple to rent a large 'double plus sized' room on the lower level of this lovely 4 bedroom house. This room enjoys almost exclusive access to shower and toilet on that level. Great house, easy going flat mates and a friendly cat. We are very relaxed house where everyone has their own space, and we don't mind a couple of beverages over a BBQ on the weekend. House has a bar, pool table, and fire for warming over the winter ahead Free wifi (within reason!!) Close to public transport no issues parking.

I love animals and the outdoors and an hoping to go to uni to study veterinary science. hey there, my name is tamer. im 33yo carpenter. currently living in Western Australia, but moving to Sydney at the end of march for a new job. im either looking to share a house/apartment with 1 other person or team up with 1 other person to apply for a new place. as mentioned above im a carpenter and the new job is a secure full time job, hence the move. im pretty easy to get along with, clean, tidy and respectful of others. would like to share with someone who shares these same simple values. due to my work nature, ultimately on weekdays would like to come home and just chill and relax over couple of beers, and would be good to strike an intelligent conversation with someone. weekends would be nice to go out and about and explore. me personally im an outdoor kind of person, love my camping fishing and 4x4, and its definitely something i would like to continue if possible. looking for someone responsible and respectful to share with but still be someone who is fun to b around and have a laugh with. im not fussed about what gender, background, religion and so on you are, as long as you are a decent person im happy with that. im financially stable, so covering my rent and share of expenses is not an issue at all, and hope to share with someone the same. i am a smoker, however i never smoke inside of any house. i do have a daughter in perth so every couple of month ill be making a trip back for a week to see her, and i do have family and friends in wollongong "im originally from good old gong" which i might disappear on some weekends to go down and catch up with them. i will be in sydney 27/02 till 11/03 to finalize some of the new job thing, where im hoping to find a place, after that fly back to perth for 2 weeks pack my things and drive back to sydney. so if you have something available or intersested in a team up, please feel free to contact me. thank you
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
I keep to myself. I clean up on Saturdays. When I stay up late watching youtube I always wear headphones. I like to go for late night runs. I don't watch TV. I'm from South Sydney. For fun I like to read a book and put on a cup of tea or take architecture city photos for instagram. I have my license but I don't want a car so I won't take your car space. I'm bi, I have a boyfriend; I'm not political. I work 8:30-5:30 weekdays and I spend most of my free time sleeping or keeping to myself. I can't remember the last time I swore. I am passive and I like peace.

About the place: This 2 bedroom unit is located near Sutherland train station (3 minute walk), quiet and very near to the shops for all your needs and caffeine hit. It is situated in a 8-unit apartment block and has very friendly neighbours. I am acquainted with the neighbours in 5 other units. The second bedroom for rent is shown in the pictures however has no built-in wardrobe. This room will be unfurnished. For the right person, I am willing to give up the master room (with a huge built-in wardrobe) at $240 per week and I will move into the smaller room. I can provide pictures of the master room if the discussion gets to that. There's a 50 inch TV with a Blu-ray player and surround system. I have a fridge but there is plenty of room for one more if you find mine is too small or don't wish to share a fridge. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen fit-outs, toilets and floorboards were all newly installed in May 2015 before I moved in in Aug 2015. Unfortunately, no air-conditioner in the unit. I am usually away at the peak of summer so I only had to survive a few hot, muggy nights per year. The unit includes a covered balcony (used to hang laundry and has a 3-set outdoor furniture), an internal laundry room, a lock-up garage (half of it is filled with my stuff) and a few covered parking spots which you and other occupants in the block can use on a first-in-best-dressed basis. There are usually spots available but failing which, there are plenty of street parking available. I myself don't own a car. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. My lease also does not allow smoking inside the unit. This household will be English-speaking only. Bills: The only bill you have to pay is electricity (shared equally). The internet (50 GB off peak / 50 GB peak) ,landline and water is included in your rent. Depending on our usage, there's a chance I might upgrade to unlimited internet but haven't had the need to with previous/current flatmates. The landline comes with unlimited calls to mobiles as well. Written Contract: As a good practice, I have a self-drafted contract for both of us to sign to ensure we both are on the same page about obligations and rights. This gives both of us greater assurance, protection and transparency. Length of stay: A minimum of 3 months (negotiable) stay will be offered so you have an option to leave if you feel this is not the right place. Ultimately, I am hoping to have someone stay for a medium to long term basis but not a deal breaker if it isn't what you are after. Once the 3 months has passed, it will be a periodic lease as defined in the Tenancy Act 2010. I don't anticipate myself moving from this unit for a considerable amount of time as I like it here. About me: My name is Ermin and I'm 30 years old. English is my first language. I have lived in share houses in Melbourne and Gymea in the Shire. I have predominantly lived with females in my history of house/flat-sharing. I can also provide references from previous flatmates on request. I moved into this unit in Aug 2015. I work full-time corporate hours. I am employed by a NSW government agency which means I've passed my police checks. I like to watch the NRL (Go Sharkies!), exercise and listen to music. I am introverted 60% of the time and the other 40% I am always up for a chat or other outdoor activities. I also know to allow others their privacy. Even though I am only renting, I care for the unit as if it were my own and I hope to find someone who is similar. About you: Ideally you'd be someone who has the ability to pay rent on time, reasonably clean esp. in the kitchen and toilet, have good share-house etiquette and respect other's privacy as required. Preferably you are able to provide two references from flatmates / real estate agents to vouch for the above criteria. If you are willing to go a step further and provide two recent payslips that would certainly help, but this is optional. Any questions feel free to drop me a message. :)
Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute though I'm particularly interested in Cronulla because beach :) . Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I'm not in a huge rush to move so I'm flexible in that way too. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
Im 27 years old and work within the Transport and Logistics sector. I'm very clean and respectful. Easy to get along with and accept people of all cultures and beliefs. Hobbies are music, sport and hanging with friends and family. Love having a chat and meeting new people. Being social really is a big thing for me. I don't smoke but love a drink socially. I would be ideal as I work full time and I keep very tidy. Growing up in a big family we were always cleaning up after someone.
I am a laid back and friendly person. I get along with most people and I'm clean and quiet. I am not big into bars or clubs and a non-smoker. I am from Melbourne originally but moved to Sydney 1 year ago. I will enjoy a good conversation but loves time to myself. I am not looking to be somewhere where my housemates are interested in partying into the wee hours during the week. I work full time (Tuesday - Saturday). I guess I'd prefer not to live with a couple but not a total dealbreaker. I would ideally like to find a place where I may be able to get a dog, but again that's only if the place is right to have one.
Tea-aholic who loves animals, discovering new bars, live music, interior design, whisky tastings, travel adventures and hiking. Extroverted, friendly and relatively clean but respectful of boundaries. Happy to make you a cuppa tea every morning. If you put up with my sugar addiction I promise I'll share! I study at uni and work two jobs (retail and hospitality / day and night) so I'm one busy gal.
Straightforward & easygoing 55yo guy, who likes to keep to himself, enjoys a beer with friends, watching sports, spending time with my grown sons whenever possible & cooking. Would like to stay in Sydney to be close to my sons, but as they are grown & I recently discovered that my g/f has been cheating on me, ending an 8 year relationship, I'm seriously looking at relocating to Brisbane & getting away from Sydney for a change. Lived there previously & love Brissy. Have lived in the same residence for 7 years without a problem with the owners & have a reference from them. I will be unemployed when I arrive, but am optimistic of finding something in the near future & have already associated myself with a recruitment agency in Brisbane, in preparation for the move. Would prefer somewhere within walking distance to trains & within 20-30 mlns to Brisbane. Happy to answer any questions you may have. Simply message me & I will be happy to provide my number so we can chat & I can answer them. As I'm currently in Sydney I understand the difficulty in meeting prior to a move north, but would suggest Facetime & may also be able to do a quick fly in & out over a weekend prior to move in date. I have moving date as 9th, but latest date would be 22nd.
Hi my name is Kim, I am looking for a rental property in the Sutherland Shire. I am in my final year of my masters course and work part time. I am very clean and tidy, enjoy red win and spending time with my friends and family.
Hi there, I am a Filipina who is new to the country. I am looking for a fully furnished place that's within my budget and near a train station. Easy to get along with. I like to have girls flatmates / housemates who also like a quiet and clean living. I jog / walk to keep me active so having a good surrounding is a plus. Also, I like watching tv so having that in the living room will bring me happiness :)
