Nice home, Quite spot, surrounded by bush, close enough to Engadine to walk and closer to the bowling club and the cafe. Bottle shop within walking distance if you drink to much and run out. There is a little creek in the adjoining bush if you want to take a walk and if you want to get away from it all you can pitch a tent at the bottom of the block and you wouldnt know your in Sydney. There is a pool if you want to use it. I look after it but I can always use a hand. Bush views of course best from the main bedroom. Wi Fi is available unless you dont pay your rent. haha.
$200 is my budget, inclusive of bills. I have my own bedroom suite, so I will need an unfurnished room I'm a fitter/machinist from Wollongong, who loves animals and cars. I work 5-6 days a week, 6am - 6pm, so you won't see me too often. I generally keep to myself and a bit of a homebody, but love having a conversation. I am not a party thrower but I do love to join in when my housemates have parties. I really do appreciate a tidy/clean place. I don't own any pets, but I would love to have some. My parents always had cats and 1 dog so I am 'pet-trained'. I'm after a laid back, fun and friendly household that are able to go out for dinners/drinks together, and don't mind having guests sleep over every now-and-then. Banter is a must.
Expansive 3 storey townhouse with plenty of storage (additional storage room negotiable), 2 outdoor terraces, 1 baclony, modern and stylish interior and a large communal area. Rent includes wifi, Netflix, Stan etc. Off street parking. Pictures of room available on request - currently holding another’s posessions and don’t want to publically display such things.
Hi my name is John. I'm about to start a job down in the shire so I am keen to find a nice home to share with some great people. Looking to move near the end of September. Have previously lived in the area for a few years during high school/uni. I like to cook, watch movies and have a few drinks with my housemates. I am pretty active and enjoy sport, exploring new places and catching up with friends. Been living in sharehouses for a few years so I know how to clean up after myself and respect other people. Looking forward to hearing from you if you have a room or are interested in getting a lease in the area. Regards, John
I work for myself as a dog walker and pet carer for my business Doggin' Around. I love animals and having fun but also appreciate my relax and unwind time 😆 I can be a away a little bit for housesitting and do have a dog but can make arrangements if she can't live with me. I enjoy an active life and am always up for an adventure. My idea of fitness is getting outdoors rather than slaving away in the gym 😂 I'm looking for a chilled out, like-minded roomie who appreciates their own space and some fun with a drink or two every now and then. I'm a clean and tidy individual and care for my clients homes when house-sitting as I would my own! So you can be sure I will respect your home/property and help with keeping it clean, tidy and mess-free.

Hi, I am a 26-year-old currently living in Yowie Bay. I am a part-time gymnastics coach who is currently studying Primary Education at the University of Wollongong three days a week. I am looking for a room to rent or a granny flat around the Shire.
I'm have always been a traveller. Seeing the world. I'm coming back home to catch up with my family and friends before heading off again. I love adventure stuff including mountain bike riding, hiking and canyoning. The last two I do with University of Sydney bush walking club. Currently I love my Keto diet and I enjoy cooking for people. I have a car but I'm flexible whether I park it there or leave it with my family. The only storage I need is for two bicycles. (and it would nice to bring my coffee machine if there is room) The other mandatory thing I need is a good Internet connection for my work. Being within a 20 minute walk to a railway station would be an added bonus for me.
Hello all! I am an American who is taking a working holiday in Australia to see the country and be closer to my girlfriend (who had to leave the states due to her own Visa problems). Looking for a place for about 4-6 months so the girlfriend and I can figure out our plan from there. Let me know if you have any questions! (non-smoker, nerd, no pets, clean, will more than likely be out and about and only be home to sleep) -Brian
