We have a lovely room available in our three bedroom house. The room has floorboards as well as a large built in mirrored wardrobe. It is situated at the back of the house. The property has a shared bathroom, a lovely kitchen and an internal laundry as well as a huge backyard. We have internet access as well as Netflix on the lounge room Tv. You must be an animal lover as we have two strictly indoor cats, as well as two dogs, all animals are lovely however the house would not suit someone who has allergies. House is exceptionally central, close to shops and the train station as well as bus stops. We would love someone responsible, respectful, clean, tidy, easygoing and someone who loves to have a laugh, as we are both friendly and relaxed.
