Hey there, me and my girlfriend are looking for a place to rent or sublet at the moment, or potentially to move into a sharehouse with preferably our own bathroom. I have a full time job in Newtown at the moment at a place called Butterleaf, so trying to find somewhere in the area or close to my work to make commuting easier. Were friendly and open people, love playing music, often go busking. We're very clean, we don't like leaving a mess behind ourselves, as we've dealt with housemates who don't do their share of the cleaning. Hope to speak with you soon!
