It is a good sized bedroom (3.7m x 3.1m) in our 2 bedroom apartment where you will have your own bathroom which you will only have to share with guests, as it is the main bathroom. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. It can easily fit a queen bed and a desk. There is air conditioning in the living room with a big tv, large balcony for entertaining or chilling outside on the couch, modern appliances, a good coffee machine, dishwasher, and we get a nice breeze through as it is on the second floor. There is some space in the garage where we can store extra things. There is also a robot vacuum who's name is Wall-E and the possibility of a cat in the future. The apartment is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute ride to Brookeside or a 8 minute drive down to Stafford Shopping Centre. It is also well connected to public transport as Gaythorne train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are buses that go through as well. Hartley is more of an indoor pup but she is toilet-trained, does not malt, has never chewed or destroyed anything (other than a fluffy toy), loves other dogs, and only barks at the post-man. I'm not really a party animal as such but do enjoy a few low-key beverages here and there. I was Initially country born and raised but have relocated around Aus a few times for study and work.
