Hi! We're looking for a new housemate for our super quiet, super awesome house in Alderley! What's available is the entire downstairs area (everything pictured would be yours), which has two bedrooms (the current housemate is using one of the rooms as a study, but the second room could serve as whatever you'd like), a living room and a totally private bathroom, complete with a bath. It's pretty freaking great imo - the house is massive, so whoever lives downstairs gets HEAPS of privacy - it's pretty much it's own self contained flat! It's walking distance from the local Coles (about a two minute walk) as well as Alderley train station. It only takes 13mins to get into the city, and the trains run all the time (Beenleigh line) so it's super convenient if you work in the city. We are two ladies that moved into this gorgeous 5 bed Queenslander on 11th September. We are now looking for one more lady to share with us. The house is huge, which is why one more will not impact. The rent is significantly less with 4 people than three, so happy days for that!
