I'm a first year education student at Macquarie University looking for accommodation close-ish to the uni. I play a bit of netball, do a bit of swimming and do a lot of study at the moment. I'm easy-going, neat and tidy, good fun and easy to live with. I have most of my own furniture so looking for mostly un-furnished rooms, maybe with a single bed. I have my own car so good parking is a MUST, and would prefer off-street. I'm probably looking to live with other uni students, or young professionals, as I would like to be able to become proper friends with my flatmates.

I'm a neat and quiet, reliable person to live with. I work full time and I don't smoke. I'm no party animal but I still like to be social. I want to live with people around my age who aren't just looking for a roof over their head but actually want to be friends with their roommates. I would rather not live with just one couple as the third wheel =) I enjoy spending my free time split between relaxing at home and going out. I like to go shopping, to the movies, out for brunch or dinner and to markets. I love travelling and I'm obsessed with dogs (although I do not have a pet). Initially I would only like to rent somewhere for six months, which could be extended to another six months if all goes well. I'm flexible on the move date but I'd want at least a few weeks to organise everything. I would ideally like a room with a built-in wardrobe and possibly a private bathroom/ensuite in a place that is close to public transport and shops.
