Meaning no couples, but friends can stay on the odd occasion as long as the flat mates are well informed. One of the biggest benefits of this room is the massive three door wardrobe and how light it is during the day. Room cost is $200 per week which does not include internet ($5 per week) and electricity (approx. $7 per week). Their is plenty of street parking which we never have trouble finding, but limited visitor parking. In saying that the garage will be yours for use. Non smokers and long stay preferred
I am quite an easy going person. I am an engineer and quite busy with my weekly schedule. A neat and tidy person . I would expect a minimum tidiness in the sharing areas. Not that I would lose myself on uncleaned situations lol. Also I am a vegetarian but don’t mind with any sort of meat cooking. I have a car so I need a car park as well.
I am looking to stay closer to work in Macquarie park so I can spend less time travelling. I know this sounds cliche but I am a very considerate flatmate that likes cleanliness in the common spaces. You'll be joining three of us housemates; Filip 32, Callum 26 and myself, Brittany 27. Filip is a producer for SBS, Callum is an engineer and I'm a psychology student. Ideally we're looking for someone aged mid-20s to mid-30s but open to younger. We’re all friendly and get along, but not often all home at once as we have busy lives. The house is furnished, but your bedroom will not be. The bedroom is approximately 3.4 x 2.7m and I have a free standing wardrobe and tall boy available to borrow if needed. Bills will be split evenly. Internet (unlimited) is included in rent, and water and electricity are about $20 a week. Our house has really lovely furniture (none of that cheap uni share-house stuff) and a kitchen with good quality appliances etc. We also have a Weber BBQ outside, fire pit and plenty of outdoor furniture if you wanted to have friends around. I have a small friendly 8kg dog that comes everywhere with me (he's a medical assistant dog), and a friendly cat. Unfortunately I cannot have other pets.
