Im usually catching up on TV shows or playing around with make up in my spare time and zac is usually gaming. We’re clean, tidy and responsible. Hoping to find others who are the same. I've also house-shared for 4+ years and am very respectful of space and communal living, and am hoping the rent will include maybe some of the bills. shoot me a message if you want to know anything else

I am studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I have a part time job working as a Marketing Assistant in Chatswood. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room plus a extra items. I like reading, movies and music (I play guitar). I would like to find flat mates who are happy to chat and watch tv shows or hang out occasionally. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
Chilled and Friendly guy. Loves fashion, cooking, movies, going out occasionally and dinners. Huge fan of the beach and sometimes gym. Design, Fashion and photography are my main interests. like open minded, caring honest people. I don't normally share my food but if someone needs an eggs or some milk thats ok. I cook my own meals. I have a fridge and some household appliances. I like socialising and having fun but also like my space when tired. I enjoy cooking when I have time and going for runs.

Hello people, I'm Mandar and I'm currently working with TAFE NSW as an IT implementation Analyst. Jocular would be the right epithet to describe me. An affable, humorous ,loyal, caring and an intelligent person who loves to read, travel, listen to music and talk. I take pride in my culinary skills and love to cook for others. I love keeping myself and my house clean. Sports is imbued in my system though I am far from being a jock. I have a penchant for mischief and to know me better, a few rounds of beer or a nice cuppa coffee could help us connect
Both short-term (at least one week) or long-term contract is acceptable. Nice location, close to Macquarie University (one stop by train), five-minute walk to Epping Train Station, 20 minutes to City. There are restaurants, Coles Supermarket, 7-11, Chemist Warehouse and Asian shops around it. It is very convenient for living. It is a three-floor building. The unit is on the third floor. Two bedrooms totally, I live in one, so you don’t have to share the apartment with many people. Both workers or students are welcome. Hope you are mature, responsible for the shared space and easy to get along with. I have a cat, so cat lovers are so welcome! Most neighbours are locals, and it is a safe, quite and nice neighbourhood, you will love it. You are welcome to inspect the room anytime, and please notice me first.
My previous Landlord has sold their property so I’m looking for a new long-term lease. I would be looking to move into a new rental as soon as possible. I’m a mature-age man in his 40's and currently a full-time Carer for a disabled person. Looking to share rent with bills included (if possible) with a group of respectful and social flatmates. I would be agreeable to setup a direct debit to ensure regular ongoing transfer of rental payments. Would prefer a room that is already funished, otherwise I can bring own items if required. A quiet place to come home to. In my spare time, I explore other cultures through books and film festivals. I absolutely love trying new cuisine / cooked dishes from other countries. I would like to think I’m an open-minded, friendly person who loves meeting new people (and their adorable pets too). I am interested in teaming up with other flatmates to share expenses, if the Suburb matches my needs. Please feel free to contact me if anyone has available rentals who need a reliable flatmate.
I am fun loving software engineer who often spends time reading books or programming but when not working, loves bowling, laser tag and many fun activities. I am good at playing Jenga, UNO and Monodeal too. So, if you are looking for someone who doesn't intrude your privacy, stays quiet but can be fun to hang out, drop me a message!

Please note: You must like dogs, we have a very cute, small, chihuahua cross called Coco (12 years old so very quiet) and a large staffy cross called Maya who is 12 months old and quite energetic. The house has a shared kitchen, stocked with everything you'd need, and you'll have half a fridge/freezer; some cupboards/shelves to store things. The shared living room has a TV, Optus YesTV, unlimited business internet (so streaming Netflix isn't an issue for any of us), and a big heater. We have a big backyard with a barbeque. Cleaning of communal areas is shared between all of us - they're only ~20min jobs each week. Our house is close to the main street (Coles, restaurants, Epping station, etc), bus stop across Carlingford Road, and 25min express train to Central. BBQs and a few people over isn't an issue, just no massive parties. We're looking for a clean and mature housemate, who's easy going and respectful. No smokers, and no pets
It is very convenient place for students and/or workers. Only 5 minutes walk to bus stop and train station. Close to Parramatta, Marsfield, Macquarie Uni, and Macquarie Park. I'm looking for clean and tidy person who is responsible for his/hers. I'm really getting annoyed when the place is messy, so please make sure to keep it clean at all time especially when you do cooking. Please clean it after you use it.
Respectful of others space and privacy. I am quite but also social. Love sports doing and watching it, so an available TV will be great otherwise no worries I will get one. I am moving to NSW for 4 to 6 months only, maybe more but I will let you within fours weeks from moving date. I do have a 4 year old Daugther that I might be picking up from Kinder until her mom comes to get her. I do quietly play an acoustic guitar to relax in my own space though. I will need a washing machine and space to cook my meals, Some days I might stay home doing some computer work.
Looking for a place really close to Epping station as it is convenient for work days, only looking to change locations because I'm too far from the station. I'm tidy and friendly, I'll always do my fair share around the house and I respect that you want your down time as much as I do. I'd like to have freedom to have an overnight guest once in a while (say once a fortnight or once a month?), but I can still promise to make sure we are quiet and respectful of the household, ideally you won't even notice there is an extra person there for a night, I know my current housemates don't notice a change :) -- I'd also expect similar freedom for my housemates in return, I'm comfortable with you having a guest overnight sometimes if it doesn't make me feel unwelcome at home. I work full-time which includes every second weekend, and on those weeks I'll have a random weekday off instead.
