I am looking at relocating to the Greater Melbourne area, with my collection of orchids and tropical fish tank, to seek work before commencing a Bachelor of Science in 2026. I am an avid gardener, with a deep passion for all living things, and a keen sense of adventure going bush at every opportunity I get. I have autism, so I'm a very quite person by nature, not a party person, prefering the quite company of a book, and birds. Ideally, looking to rent a self contained studio, granny-flat, bungalow, or apartment with small outdoor area for growing plants.

I’m a full-time professional with a stable income, working partly from home and partly in the office. I’m tidy, respectful, and take care of a place as if it were my own. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and I value a peaceful, quiet lifestyle. I live with my cat who are strictly indoors, very well-behaved, and has never caused any damage. She doesn’t go outside, so there’s no impact on wildlife or neighbours. I have most of my own furniture, though I’m flexible if a place comes furnished. Outside of work, I enjoy playing chess, reading, movies, music, and going for walks. I’m looking for a long-term rental (12 months or more) and would be a reliable and considerate tenant. My preference is a whole a property.
