Share Gorgeous 2 bedroom warehouse apartment. I am looking for a self reliant female to share fabulous fully furnished warehouse apartment in the heart of Erskineville Village. You will be sharing with a city loving female and her Tuxedo pussy cat, Pikie. My very loved home has a huge open plan living area that opens onto a small leafy courtyard. There are industrial design features, high ceilings, good kitchen, gas cooking and modern bathroom with internal laundry. I like to keep a clean, organised, cared for home. I would be looking for someone with a similar attitude. Furniture.......... You will be moving into an established home. The bedroom is fully furnished, so you will not need to bring large items. The flat is situated close to great cafes and bars and is 5 minutes walk to King Street, Newtown. Buses and trains are also very close. There is secure locking on the rental bedroom door and Foxtel on the TV. To secure the room I would take 3 weeks bond, cleared funds asap and then all bills are shared.

Must love dogs - sharing with a large, boisterous, ball crazy GSP! I love the neighbourhood because its very pet friendly, and close to Sydney Park! It's also only a 5 minute walk to the station and great cafes & pubs. The train to Central takes 5 minutes! The place is old and not renovated, but cute and cozy. There is a courtyard where you could park a motorbike/scooter. Room is currently furnished or I can remove bed if you already have own and looking for long term place.
The townhouse is cosy and homely in two floors with a small back garden and the bedroom I am renting out is massive with its own balcony. There is one bathroom with a separate bath and shower and two separate toilets. There is your own separate lounge that you can furnish as you like however the rest of house is furnished you just need your own bed as well. The location is amazing we are literally 5 mins walk from St. Peter’s station or 10 mins walk from Newtown station and are literally just off king street so everything is at your doorstep, although the townhouse is really quiet.

Available from August 8th, but I'm flexible on the move in date (either earlier or later can work) Come check it out! this is a super convenient and spacious 2 floor unit, located 350 meters from Erskineville Train Station. There's a multitude of pubs and restaurants nearby in Erko Village but the unit is very quiet. The apartment has a very large bathroom, with shower over a full size tub. The combined lounge and dining is very spacious and the kitchen has heaps of bench space and storage for all your culinary adventures. The place is fully furnished but I would be happy to negotiate furniture arrangements if you have things you'd like to bring. The bedroom has built ins and fits a queen bed. The room itself is very sunny and has a ceiling fan. The whole apartment has great cross flow ventilation. There is a small private courtyard off the lounge room. The apartment block as a whole is very secure with friendly neighbours. I'm looking for someone who cleans without being asked, respectful, pays rent and bills on time and is looking for home not just a room.
Very easy going and fair, clean and tidy, health and fitness minded, quite and respectful professional. Enjoy socialising with house mates and helping out with everything. Keen cyclist and some experience with computer programming with 446 language. Open to learning new things.
I have worked at the heart of London Fashion for over a decade, focusing my career towards the luxury designer label sector. Creating iconic garments for both Womenswear & Menswear collections, ready for catwalks, and production patterns for manufacture. Now back in my home town Oz based in Sydney I’ve been working for the Australian Labels. A keen sportsman and passionate sports enthusiast, I’m extremely excited about the opportunity to meet new and exciting people in Sydney. Currently working in Alexandria I’m looking for a new home to meet with exciting house mates to enjoy great cooking good wine & beer and just to chill and enjoy good times together.
Digital artist working 9-5 in the city. Easy going, respectful, tidy. Enjoys regular human things, like pancakes and roller coasters. I don't play drums or like to host indoor residential raves, so that's a plus if you like to sleep. My mum thinks I'm rad and I have an excellent Uber rating to back her up. I drink whiskey and prefer to drink with other humans in close proximity, but will also drink alone until my tears drown me. I'm great to live with, because some nights I WON'T bring 20 of my mates around to practice plate smashing at 3am, unless you are into that because I'd be happy oblige. My second favourite thing to do is call 000 just to check the police response time in case I need to make a quick getaway after a cheeky robbery/stabbing, so someone who sleeps with earplugs would be great. Clearly I'm a fan of writing super serious bio's and dark humour, so someone that doesn't want to call the cops after reading this would make a great roomie. But honestly I'm super chill, like to have a laugh, clean up after myself, and will respect your privacy always. Kisses
Hello all! My name is Taylor and I am an international student from Los Angeles, majoring in psychology and minoring in gender studies and creative writing. I am clean, optimistic, social, and cooperative. I am in love with nature and all animals. I'm a published author. And I enjoy going out for drinks or some dancing every now and again. I often hike and bike as well. I love Quentin Tarantino and Wes Anderson. My favorite shows are the Office (American!), It's Always Sunny, and Parks and Rec, plus some gritty crime shows. I'm bi, hence the LGBTQ tag, but I have a long-term boyfriend who lives in Chatswood. I can't wait to potentially meet you!
Hi, My name is Artur, I am 26y old male and I come from Poland. I am a student and I work part-time. I am a tidy person. I like to clean, I enjoy the results of my work. I like to cook for me and for other people as well. I respect other people in the house, always trying to be quiet when its needed. Regards, Artur
Hey, My name is Moe; I've been living in Sydney since 2010, and I call it home. I’m a fun, clean and honest guy who gets along with everyone. I enjoy my privacy as well as chilled drinks and BBQ at home. I work full time in a recording studio and live a good lifestyle. I'm looking for a place to call home and live with like-minded people. FYI: I need three weeks notice in advance to leave my current place. I'm happy to pay more if parking available. Cheers,
Hi I'm Ruby! I'm 23 and in my final year of Law and Communications. I work 4 days a week as a research assistant and in university-community engagement. In my spare time I like to read, go to gigs, cook and go hiking! I'm a respectful and clean housemate who is always down to share a bottle of red over a house dinner. Looking for somewhere in the Inner West to call home. I have some furniture, appliances and kitchen stuff I can bring but I'm also happy to store it at my mums if the house is pretty set up!
I'm from the Philippines and I am moving soon to Sydney to do a 1 year management training in the CBD area. I am easy to live with because I have an ambivert personality and likes to keep things clean and organized. I love reading books and travelling, as well. I am hoping to find a nice place to stay for the duration of my training, preferably a single room so I can have privacy.
I am taking a career break and moving to Sydney from London! I am ready to throw myself into the culture and travel around. I’m outdoorsy and can’t wait to explore but also love a chilled night in and would be keen to socialise with house mates and meet new people. I am super tidy and also love to cook.
I’m clean and very easy to live with. Very respectful of others. Work in a hospital Monday to Friday. Some nights I get home late either studying or kicking ass at martial arts. I like to eat and am always willing to try any cuisine.
Looking to move in October 2018 with my dog. I'm a full time worker looking for a place to share, as my housemate and I are both moving out later this year (she is going to Canberra) Our current home is so run down that I'm keen to get a decent place to share. I'd like company for my dog, so ideally a place with another pooch and a small backyard. I'm a early riser taking the dog out most morning (6am) and not a late night person - so looking for someone compatible (not a rager) Currently in Arncliffe but keen on a house (or a place with a backyard) in the following areas: Marrickville, Erskineville, Tempe, Zetland, Sydenham, Rosebery and surrounding areas.
We are an easy going, considerate and friendly couple from the UK. I am a full time corporate services manager and Carl is a personal trainer. When we’re not working we like to enjoy various activities and are pretty into our health and fitness, having said this - a glass of wine with a nice meal is also right up our street!
