Must love dogs - sharing with a large, boisterous, ball crazy GSP! I love the neighbourhood because its very pet friendly, and close to Sydney Park! It's also only a 5 minute walk to the station and great cafes & pubs. The train to Central takes 5 minutes! The place is old and not renovated, but cute and cozy. There is a courtyard where you could park a motorbike/scooter. Room is currently furnished or I can remove bed if you already have own and looking for long term place.
I am a fun, easy going and respectful gal. I work and am out a lot but would love flatmates I can call mates and could have some drinks with! I'm at uni and have 2 part time jobs, I like to chill out, watch movies, read books, listen to music etc.
Hi, I'm orginally french, but I've been in Sydney for 6y, 35yo. I'm transitioning to a new career, and either work from home or from a co-working space. When I'm not working, I love to have dinner with friends, go to yoga, for a swim or read a book. I'm as happy socializing around a glass of red or going to a gig, as I am reading a book or meditating. I'm clean and tidy, looking for a clean and tidy place with respectful flatmates.
I am English, 43 years old and been living over here for 16 years or so. I am a relaxed, easy going and a clean and tidy person. I love socialising with friends, but also happy to chill out at home. I am looking for a home, not just a room to rent, so would like to share with someone who would like to occasionally socialise, share a glass of wine, but also be able to respect each others privacy.
Hey I’m Abbey. I’ve been living in Newtown for a few years and am looking for a new place in the area. I work pretty long hours during the week and I’m generally out with friends on the weekends. I definitely enjoy a casual wine and Netflix binge from time to time. Looking for laid back, clean professionals to share a home with. I don’t have pets but sometimes look after a very cute cat named Gus, so would be great if he could come and visit from time to time.
I'm a young, enthusiastic worker who's focusing on my career and my life as a whole. I currently work full-time and spend the rest of my time chilling out with friends and listening to music at gigs and at home. I'm hoping to find a courteous and open-minded living situation as I would fit right in. I'm good for a chat at all times, but I can also entertain myself with billions of podcasts so no pressure.
Hi, my name is Monica, I'm from Sydney and I am 28 years old. I am a qualified interior designer currently working in the property styling industry full time. I am respectful and tidy and love to make the space I live in beautiful (thanks to my job!) I am punctual and pay all my bills on time so you won't have to worry about me at all. I mostly like somewhere clean and quiet to relax after a day at work but can be quite social so would be happy to have a chat and share a beer or wine after a busy day. I’m not big on parties but don’t mind guests as long as they are respectful. I am currently renting a studio and have all the furniture required to furnish a living/dining area plus cutlery and appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, microwave etc so potential flat mates do not need to worry about organising these items - I have it all!
I'm a construction project coordinator full time, and studying full time, so I'm certainly not a party animal! I'm tidy, clean, organised and respectful. Enjoy keeping fit, cooking, travelling, reading. I get along well with all sorts of people. Would like to be in a household of young professionals, with similar lifestyle (not interested in party houses, although up for the occasional house party, or dinner party). Feel free to get in touch if you think I suit the brief for your household, or if you'd be interested in teaming up to start up our own place!
I am a merchandiser for Coles all around Australia but am based in Sydney and I work night shifts and day shifts. Looking to move closer to work and enjoy less of a commute. I like to explore Sydney as I am still new from New Zealand and I love surfing, swimming and gym. I'm looking for some chill, friendly and tidy people to live with.
I'm moving to Sydney (from Melbourne) in mid-late January to start postgrad med school at USyd, so I'm looking to move into a place for the long-term. My budget is approx $200/week. I would like to live in a place that is clean and comfortable, and to enjoy spending time with my fellow housemates. I'm sporty and active (play rugby union and love hiking), travel lots (currently live in China studying Mandarin), cook heaps, love a night out with a drink and a dance (now I feel like I'm writing a tinder profile...). A place with a garden would be awesome. I have a car, so any kind of parking is good - street parking is fine. Proximity to public transport and to Usyd is also key. If you've got something that would suit me, and think I would suit you, let me know!
Hey we are a couple looking to team up with another couple or individuals to find a house! I’m a ceramicist and Jack is a photographer. We are clean, respectful and easy going. Looking to move in the inner west.
Recent Finance graduate from Newcastle, working full time in Barangaroo. Clean and quiet, very sociable and easy going, like staying fit and eating healthy, will be working Monday - Friday. Looking for a room to share with a great hard working people. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
Hey there, Lucie and I are currently flat mates looking to move around Newtown. We work full time and love our own space. But we also love a good after work movie or a cheeky wine and cheese night, sangria is our specialty. We’re like to keep the house tidy and equally pitch in! X
I’m 28 years old, a soon to be admitted solicitor. I've been focusing on my postgraduate studies over the last two years in Sydney. I’d like to think of myself as someone who is friendly, always happy to share a meal, enjoy a good laugh over conversation yet also mindful of the need to be respectful of others space and as goes without saying, I’m clean and tidy. I’m also a foodie whose hobbies include reading (fantasy in particular: The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Game of Thrones etc) and playing PS4. In case you’re wondering, I’m not a total couch potato, I frequently train Brazilian Jiujitsu during my free time.
I would like to talk and interact with other people and always love to mingle with all culture, my previous room mates say I am easy-going and sociable guy whom u can trust like a family member.
Originally from Brisbane, Looking to move to Sydney. A friend (female) and I are looking for another person to rent a place with us. We are friendly, social, in our 20's and easy going.
My name is Monika, I am 30 years old and I am from Sydney. I currently live out in Camden and I am wanting to move closer to the city where I work full-time for a financial company Monday - Friday. On weekends I am normally out and about doing something active and catching up with friends over lunch or dinner. I love exploring our beautiful world and have travelled many countries extensively. I also consider myself a foodie and discovering new delicious cafes and restaurants is one of my favourite hobbies ;) Keeping fit and active is also something I enjoy and I am often either at the gym or out in nature. I consider myself a thoughtful and respectful housemate - I am up for a chat and an occasional shared meal but I will also respect your personal space and I really value my own quiet time at home too. Living in a clean and tidy home is also very important to me and I will always do my bit to keep the house this way. I am looking for like-minded housemates that I can share a comfortable, tidy and warm home with :)
Heyo, I'm Annie from the US. I'm a bartender and server at two different places here in Syd. I work in Ultimo and Glebe so looking to live somewhere around those areas. I'm real easy-going and clean. I'm studying online and working about 5 days a week so I keep pretty busy.
I'm looking to start a new share house or jump on a new lease with people who've already found a place. I've got a friend moving back to England who's going to sell me her fridge, very nice new sofas etc (there's a bed too if anyone needs one!) and so I've switched to looking for a new place that I can fill with artwork and plants and call home in the long term. I'm looking for a place in the Camperdown/Newtown/Stanmore/Enmore area for a two or three bedroom house or apartment. My budget ranges from $250-$300 depending on the right place and people. Happy to live with couples too if enough bathrooms but would want that to be a three bedroom place so not third wheeling. Originally from the UK, I'm moving to Sydney after five brilliant years in Brisbane. I am easy-going, creative, love my music and really looking forward to getting involved in what Sydney has to offer once I start my new job at USyd in Autism and Mental Health research. I like to live with people who all put together to make a happy household and share in the cleaning, the occasional meal or drinks together as well as sitting down to watch a good TV show or movie at the end of a long day every so often. Looking to live with people who eventually become friends. I'm considering getting my own old rescue cat or dog or would love if you have one too.
