The place is situated in a quiet street and the room available is spacious and is furnished so would suit someone studying. It's close to Essendon Train Station and the 59 Airport West tram and Puckle St Shops and Coles, Aldi and Safeway Supermarkets. Queens Park and Windy Hill Fitness Centre are also walking distance as is the Moonee Ponds Library.
Furnished master bedroom with built-in wardrobe is available in a clean 2-bedroom unit with a small backyard. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Great Position (Fletcher Street, Essendon): 1 min walk to tram stop to or from the city. (It takes about 30 min to city, 20 min to the Uni Melb) 8 min walk to Essendon Station (about 16 min to Melbourne Central Station). The unit is located on a quiet street with friendly neighborhoods. Close to restaurants, cafes and Gym. The unit is also close to Moonee Ponds junction, where you can find Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi.
Hi Guys We’re looking for a new awesome someone in our light filled Essendon house. It’s a 4 bedroom place (for 4 people) and also has two dogs. Looking maybe for a guy just to have a bit of balance, but open to the best fit. Sorry no couples. Leah and I (who are have been here a bit) and Kate who is new, would love to find someone who loves dogs, and ideally be late 20’s to late 30’s+. We're pretty friendly, enjoy occasional drink and chats, so want new peeps that feel the same way. Looking for someone who wants to make the place a home, enjoys open communication, and also (and I know it's obvious but just saying) be clean, responsible, respectful etc... It would be great for you to want to go on the lease (hint, hint). And if you have a doggo, that could work too. The house and room: The room is closer to the back and is 4x3.5, no wardrobe but space for one and probably a desk too. The house has wood floors, high ceilings, double brick (good insulation esp in summer), hydronic central heating, a couple of extra shared spaces for extra living or creativity. There's room for two cars in the driveway, plus the hot water is gas so you always get a hot shower. Yay! We're close to Glenbervie station on the Craigeburn line; bus stops; a little walk to #59 tram; shops and cafes. The backyard is pretty big and has yummy fruit trees. The house feels large and like a lot of Melbourne places are partly redone and partly old. We have all the furniture/whitegoods but there is some space for new. Our lease started in February and ideally someone who wants to stay till the end would suit us best. The realestate is keen to keep tenants in. We have unlimited internet, and bills are reasonable. The bond is a months rent.
In search of a housemate to fill the second bedroom in a cute 1940s place 10 minutes from Sydney Rd. Room will be available at the end of July/beginning of August when my housemate moves back home to Brazil. The room is medium sized, gets lovely afternoon light and looks onto the backyard trees, and is unfurnished; would comfortably fit a double or queen bed plus a desk and drawers or similar. There is a built in robe in the room plus space in the hall closet if you need. The street parking permit is available, or the carport that I am currently using, negotiable. Within a 5 minute walk are: Puckle St with Coles, Aldi, Kmart and all the cafes and small stores you could ask for, the train station and a five stop ride to the city, the bus interchange with several bus lines regularly running to the northern suburbs, the 59 tram to the city via Melbourne Uni and only a few minutes to the weekly Flemington Farmers Market. Queens Park is also at the end of the street with a swimming pool and a pretty lake for picnicking.
Beautiful home located at the end of a quiet street. Near Queens Park, all the local Shops, Including Kmart and Puckle Street. 30 mins by tram to the CBD, 22 on the train and lots of local busses. Room is a huge 9m by 3m, King sized bed, Built in wardrobe, and Queen Anne dressing table. I will be packing my belongings up so you can place yours instead. Wardrobe clothes will remain but a cupboard will be made available for your things. Magical back garden with a bungalow that is great for gatherings and chilling.
The house is double brick, light and bright and showcases wood floors throughout, high ceilings, a kitchen with giant, modern appliances and a couple of extra shared spaces for extra living, creativity or storage. There is also space for two cars in the driveway. The bedroom available is a lot bigger then it looks in the photo. We are located close to Pascoe Vale Rd and Brunswick West. A 3 minute walk to Glenbervie Station on the Craigieburn Line and a 5 minute walk to the number 59 Airport West Tram (stop 43) on Mt Alexander Road. The Backyard is amazingly large with fruit trees and a hills hoist (almost too good to be true!) We have all the furniture/whitegoods but there is definitely some space for new and always room for you to bring your sense of style to the place. The house is large and like a lot of Melbourne places is partly modern, partly retro (our bathroom boasts a delightful lavender bathtub, retro is still cool yeah?). Despite having only one bathroom, the toilet is separate to the bathroom and we generally have no problems securing bathroom time as everyone has their own busy daily schedule. Our lease started in February and ideally someone who wants to stay till the end would suit us best. Real estate is likely to renew. The room is available now but we are looking for the right person. Ideally you would be available to move in by August 20th. Monthly rent is $650. Looking for someone long term.

In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors, going to the gym or watching the footy (all codes)! Looking for a room to rent for at least 9 months. Easy going full time professional looking for accommodation in Essendon or surrounds. Recently finished 8 months travel around Australia so I have a few stories to share. I'm pretty focused on work during the week but don't mind a few quiet drinks of a weekend. Not sure of length of stay required yet, although likely to be 3-6 months. Contact me for more info. Cheers...
I'm very clean and tidy. I like to live in a place filled with artwork and and positive energy. I tend to cook myself & only eat out socially. I enjoy the odd glass of wine but I tend of be an introvert when I come home from work. Looking for someone to move in with that shares the same level of respect of personal space, belongings and room. My current living situation is terminating in November of 2018 and I would like to be in a new place by then. Looking for somebody who is looking for a new housemate for their place or finding a new place together. I'm not picky on the suburb.
Hey, I'm a 28 yo professional who just got back from living in London. I'm happy to have a few bevs on the couch, usually up for a chat but at times I do like my own space. I'm pretty relaxed to live with but at the same time I like a tidy place. Katie
Hi I'm Jupiter, I'm 32 and trying to find somewhere chill and safe to live with my little cat. My current housemate has suddenly decided to move interstate for work leaving me unable to afford to stay on my own. I'd rather move closer to the city than find another flatmate to move in.
Hey Peeps, We are two young professionals looking actively for an accommodation to move in asap as we have to move out of our current place unfortunately ! Sweety and I work full time in the city . We would prefer to live in a quite and respectful environment. Please do let us know if you have any or we are also finding people for team ups . P.S. preffered to share with female flatmates only . Thanks in advance!
I’m a nurse working full time who has just moved to Melbourne from the country. I am busy most weekends heading home to see family but am always keen for a night in or to go out for dinner and a few drinks. I’m not much of a party goer and prefer home to the nightlife. I enjoy going to the gym and enjoy social sports. But also enjoy a pig out watching a movie or enjoy tasting delicious food! I am interested in a room to myself that will fit my queen bed and chest of drawers. I don’t mind sharing a bathroom and although I’d love an off street park as long as there is decent street parking I’ll be a happy camper! I would prefer a place with decent public transport to get to work but am flexible. Let me know if you think we’d be a good fit!
