Im a down to earth guy, friendly and easygoing... tidy, respectful and consider myself as a hard working person. Occasionally I like having BBQ and a few drinks with my housemates...always down for a banter too...best way to socialize I guess, hey!! :) Cheers!!
I'm finishing my Masters at USC and am looking for a great place to come back to after uni and work. Enjoy social chats and down time for studies (not a TV person). Loves are songwriting, guitar, meditation, and nature.
I am 26, I have just completed my studies in Horticulture and am working at a landscape suppliers in Coolum. I love the beach and gardening, with a focus on food and sustainability. I am arty, kind, considerate and semi-social. I have a cat, she has lived with other cats and dogs, she's inside sunset to sunrise. Unfurnished room preferable.
I am Sky, peaceful and quiet tenant who needs a place to live for 6 to 12 months. I am very independent, can keep myself amused for hours without bothering anyone. I enjoy playing my acoustic guitar and singing, you are welcome to join in :) I am a computer tech with a mobile computer repair business. I teach computer classes at various locations around the coast. I'm not a drinker but I enjoy a social drink now and then with my housemates or friends. I don't smoke. I love animals and get on great with all of them. I like to compost and recycle everything possible so there's only a few bags in the wheelie bin. I am very happy to help around the house, I prefer a clean place to live in so I'm happy to keep it clean, ride the vacuum or lawn mower (I own both), kitchen and bathroom always clean. I need to find a place to stay immediately. I can give you $1000 cash for rent and bond, if there is any more to pay I can catch up over the first month with extra paid each week until everything is settled. Can you help me please ? If you have a place in the country or on the outskirts of town where I can use my 2 little solar panels to make free power I can use to minimise the electric bill, I would like to do that. At my current rental I use my solar power to watch TV, fix computers, recharge phone, touchpad, laptop and lots of batteries I use in lights, cameras etc. My solar panels are not connected to the house, I have deep cycle batteries I charge and use that power at night. Of course I contribute to the electric bill 'cause I still need to use a fridge, washing machine and other things. I work part time. I like my home to be quiet and peaceful just like you do. When I'm not working I am very quiet around the house. I can always amuse myself without bothering you. I am happy to repair old computers and offer them cheap to the needy. I don't make any mess or noise fixing computers. I would appreciate a place to stay for 6 to 12 months while I save up the money I need to get my own rental property again. Sometimes things don't go to plan and I need to ask for help, like now. Can you help me please ? I am currently living in Peregian Springs, my housemate (leaseholder) has decided to move back to Sydney so I have to move out too 'cause I'm not on the lease. This happens from time to time and leaves me or anyone, in an uncomfortable situation where I need to move again after only a few months. Just as you start to settle in, you're out again. It's out of my control so ... I need to ask for a hand from a generous person who can help me out of this nightmare. I'm starting to get little niggles and hassles (I'm getting the internet turned off so better hurry up and find a place) that aren't called for but he's probably more stressed than me 'cause he's responsible to the agent and needs time to clean up after I go, etc. I have selected some areas that are in the country or semi rural but I am not limited to those locations. If you have a quiet place where I can live in peace, then I would rather travel further to find the right place where I can feel welcome and share with like minded new friends :) Of course if you have something closer to where I currently live, then I can start moving immediately and you'll have cash in your hand too. Thanks for your time reading my story :) Sky

Hello my name is Tristan, currently working at Noosa Racv Resort as a chef, i have lived in melbourne for 3 years recently only been back over a year an a half now. My parents live in noosa hinterland about 40 minutes drive from my workplace, makes it difficult to live so far away with my work hours, so i now have lived on the sunshine coast close to work for over a year. looking at moving into a nice one to two bedroom property with either one other person or by myself it has been tough to find something suitable, not looking at living with any party animals and want to have a peaceful home to come home from work to, I'm super flexible to live with, clean and get along with a majority of people. (:
Hey my name is Tyla, I'm a friendly and clean, well mannered person and generally keep to myself. I'm looking to flat as I am moving over from New Zealand and need a place to stay for a short while. I will have a job lined up before I move over. Cheers!
I’m an incredibly responsible, respectful and tidy person. I’ve not missed a rental or bill payment in my life. I’ve been living solo for the past 5 years and feel it’s time for a change. And to save money! I’m Buddhist and vegetarian but totally non plussed by other people’s beliefs and eating habits. It’s just how I roll. I’m a very outdoorsy person, LOVE coffee, enjoy making shared meals and good philosophical banter but also respect we all need quiet time to ourselves, me included. I drink alcohol moderately and not all that often. I’ve got a few fun card games and like to get people together sometimes to play (phase 10, Uno, cards against humanity, Gin Rummy). I’m an ex journo and self employed, plus part casually employed in a cafe. My business is in public relations (storytelling) for social enterprises and start ups and this year I’m contracted to a local politician to make some vids.. exciting times! I expect the people I live with to take responsibility for their behavior, to communicate well, to share the burdens of any joint cleaning and to clean up after themselves - to respect the space & each other just as I would be expected to. Heavy drinking households or any sort of drug taking or regular partying in the place wouldn’t be a good fit. Scroll on groover.. scroll on.

Hi there, so am planning to move to your beautiful part of the world from Victoria. I wish to rent for a year before buying to get to know the areas. I have horses and will be agisting in Pomona so would like to be no more than 25 mins away from them. I do have 2 well trained, sweet outside dogs that will be coming with me. I work as a disability support worker and also used to chef. I am easy going, non smoker, social drinker and considerate. Am looking for either a whole house to rent or to share with others. Looking forward to moving towards the end of Jan -Feb and discovering the Noosa trails, enjoying the beaches and getting to know the area. Thanks for reading my long message. Cheers Katharine :)
Friendly and easy to get along with. I’m tall so I can get the plates off the top shelf for you. This will be my first place out of home so I’m super keen to make a good impression. And I have a cat which is pretty cute.
Brand new architecturally designed luxury self contained studio in the heart of Eumundi with incredible views. Fully furnished, self contained studio with private entry. Its all yours .. no space to share as I'm your other flat mate, and I have my own self contained unit and entry so no need to interact unless you want to. You will share the laundry and clothes line and if you want to help yourself in the great food filled garden. You can unwind on your private deck and enjoy the views or share the large outdoor deck at the rear of the property. Carport car space, or the use of small car negotiable if you need it. Easy stroll to the Eumundi village, shops, pub and markets and just off the Bruce Highway. The studio has a fully appointed kitchen, full size fridge, coffee machine, oven and induction stove. Tastefully decorated with original art, and an extensive library of predominantly food and art books and a very comfortable king size bed, which can be made into two singles. Quality towels, and luxury linen can be arranged at an additional cost. Available until February 2019 and possibly longer for short or long stay ... and i am open to negotiating the price for longer stays. Great for someone looking for a creative retreat or a luxurious temporary home for what ever reason. Price negotiable depending on length of stay.
Walk to the Eumundi Markets! Approx. 5 minutes, depending on hustle.... ...Other than that, the only good thing about this property is the town its located in. I've lived in Eumundi for a year and it’s pretty rad. Beautiful town that has retained the village feel and the locals are mostly awesome! Some of the enduring features of this timeless home include a kitchen (see photo), limited edition Ron Burgundy curtains and original slate floor tiles. Some are missing and I will need help lifting up the rest for the Reno I may start in 2019/2020? The room comes fully furnished and is approx. 4m x 3m with a double robe, heaps of room. I can put items in storage if you're hauling gear. Fairly flexible with terms/rent
We have a beautiful home on 2 acres surrounded by rain forest. The bedroom has a queen bed and cupboard with TV and Netflix. We have a retreat style pool, tennis court, open fireplace, movie room and wrap around verandas. We don't have any fences so can't accommodate any animals sorry. Ideally we are looking for a female working full time who is easy going and relaxed, enjoys a laugh and will fit in with the family and also happy to enjoy their own time and space.
