German becoming Aussie 🤙🏻 I came here to swim competitively and study at Sydney Uni Summer School, I will stay till April when I continue my travels to visit my former host brother in Hawaii. So far I enjoyed Sydney so much but have to leave my old place (student accommodation) by New Years which gives me the time to meet new people. I am in introverted extrovert which meas I love hanging out having group activities but also enjoy my quiet time. Need a location close to Sydney Uni as practice starts 5am every morning but no worries, I am quiet and there is never a fight for the shower 😉 Happy if you have something!
Hi we're an Irish couple living in Sydney and both working full time. We like cooking, having a few drinks on the weekend and exploring all of what sydney has to offer. We are easy-going and respectful of those we live with. We are also clean and tidy and always clean up after ourselves - we like to live in a clean environment. Would be up for sharing the odd drink or meal together during the week and it's important for us to live with someone we can have a laugh with. Looking for like-minded housemates. Send us a message if you reckon we could be a good match together. Cheers! Chloe and Adam
Hey! I'm currently a student in England, studying Global Development and Sustainability. In February I will be coming over to Sydney to study at the University of Technology for a semester. I love listening to/playing music, travelling, eating/cooking, playing board games, poetry, interesting people etc, and consider myself to be responsible, clean, and caring. I am looking for some lovely people to live with :) I have done quite a bit of solo travelling, including two months in Sydney, as well as living in student accommodation, so I am very used to living with new people.
I am an easy going roommate who likes to have fun with friends on weekends. I will be working full time during the week. I love sports, and I am looking for roommates who are in their 20's. Thanks!
I'm from Sydney, currently live in Alexandria, work in retail and am studying Fine Arts. I adore a good book, natter and cup of tea. I also like my britcoms, music and broad city. I have a green thumb, bake the occasional treat and frequently have pizza leftovers for breakfast. I'm down to earth, pretty tidy and keen to move asap into an unfurnished room!
I'm a clean freak, chill and easy going. I'm looking for a few weeks accommodation before heading home. Looking for anything, preferably a small share or my own room for $200 a week. I don't want to spend my last weeks living in a stingy hostel whilst I'm working. Thank you
Hey, I'm Brin and I'm a 23 year-old Registered Nurse from Newcastle, moving to Sydney to start Medicine at University of Notre Dame in January. Looking for a house or apartment with a private room ideally close to the Darlinghurst campus and within my budget ($300 max, hopefully with bills included). I'll be a full-time student but working casual shifts on the weekends/holidays. I'm outgoing, fun, social and super tidy (will clean your dishes and vacuum, also can make a mean sandwich!). Looking for a place with compatible housemates and who like to hang out for the occasional drinks/go out/cook together etc... Message me for more info if you need.
Hi! My name is Shaniah and I will (hopefully) be your newest room mate in the very near future. I am friendly, kind and appreciate the finer things in life. Those things being: terrible buddy comedy movies, good food and copious amounts of chai tea. I am a Dance/Musical Theatre student who is in dire need of accomodation for the new year, preferably close to Alexandria. I am a clean and tidy tenant that would be a great addition to your household.
Relocating to Sydney for work in January and looking for a place to live. Have been in Adelaide for the last year in a house from Flatmates! You can usually find me at work, gym or out with friends.
After working and travelling for a year I have decided to make the move to Sydney to study Science and Engineering at USyd. From my past experiences, I have become self-sufficient and capable of leaving my surroundings in an orderly manner. While I do take my studies seriously I do love a good discussion with those around me ranging from how one feels to politics and beyond. As is the case with near everyone I appreciate a good film here and there, but I also love board games and a video game here and there. I get engaged with my local community through youth programs such as Scouts and also like to play Hockey. In terms of sharing a living space, I am easy-going but respect the rules. I prefer a BBQ with friends over a rowdy party and look forward to finding people with similar values, but that's not to say I won't go to a bar on a Friday here and there. If any of the above sounds ideal then I'd love to hear from you. Thanks!
Hey! We are a young couple from Amsterdam and looking for a place to stay during Lindsay's internship in Sydney (Jan - May). We are both responsible, positive, laid back people working full time. We love to spend our spare time socialising with friends over drinks and a meal, travelling or just chilling out. We have both lived in share houses during our study, so we are very respectful, clean people and adaptable to different environments. We would love to here from you whether it is possible to arrange something! Thank you and kind regards, Lindsay and Bas

My name is Etienne, I'm a 23 yo french guy who just arrived in Sydney with a WHV. I have lived many times sharing a flat with other people, I love to travel and to meet new people. I am open minded and it has been a long time since I left my parents' home.
Helo =) Me and my boyfriend João are looking for a place to call home. We are going to study in Australia and have a part time job too. We've been together for seven years and we are an easy and nice couple. We are very clean, organized and friendly people. We are going to arrive end of January/2018. Madja - Super fun and spontaneous, she likes to cook pastries and desert, watch movies, go to beach and travel to diferentes places. Organized and very friendly. João - He likes to play basketball, videogames, watch movies and NBA games, poker, and all kind of outdoor sports and activities, likes to travel and explore new places. We are looking for nice and fun people to share a home! See you!!
Hi everyone! I am a 19 y-o student at Sydney Uni, and I moved from Spain to Sydney last year to stay for my whole degree. I am looking for a private room in shared accommodation close to Uni. I am a clean and quiet flatmate who likes to play sport, go on bike rides outdoors, and see friends on the weekend!
Hi, I'm Nicola. Currently studying - Diploma of Costume at Ultimo TAFE, i'm creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine or a G&T and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book (SciFi is my go to - i have Asimov books i have been lugging around with me for the last 20 odd years, to get rid of them would be tantamount to sacrilege!) or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going, open minded and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party (although i DO love a good costume party!), more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/Cat cuddles are the best! Still figuring out what my superpower is.
I'm a student and i will be pursuing Masters in the University of Sydney business school. I am from India but for the last one year i was studying in Manchester, UK. I am a foodie, I like to try different cuisines and I love beaches, travelling, watching movies and swimming. I'm ambitious, fun loving and calm person.
I am a masters music student in the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. I am an international student from Malaysia. I am a polite, tidy and easy going person. Most of the time I will stay on my campus but I am willing to spend time with my friends and housemate during weekends and holidays. I am not a party person and I do not smoke but I am fine with pets in my living place. I like to cook when I am free. Wish I am the perfect person you are looking for.
Working on a WHV for HelloFresh, I'll be in Sydney for 6months starting Jan 2018. Looking for fun people to live with I am easy and out going, I like to go out and do sports. I hate cooking but love doing the dishes.
About me: -Polite and friendly, especially for an American -I love to cook and bake (I can adjust for most dietary restrictions, so vegetarian stuff no problem, gluten free is doable though desserts will suffer, vegan is harder because cheese makes life worth living, and if you're a gluten free vegan then you have my condolences) -Generally quiet at home (even if I'm getting sadly drunk because my football team is losing, I don't get dramatically loud about it), but I do enjoy being social and going out. -Usually down for a drink. Work hard, play hard. -I pay my bills on time -In the event of a flood I can be used as a flotation device -Type B personality (chill, laid back, Buzzfeed quiz said I'd be a Hufflepuff) -Spent too much time in school (JD/MBA/MS Finance) -Love Pub Trivia -Work & Holiday Visa good until early August 2018 -Arya Stark is the best Stark -Currently working in an accounts admin role (nothing fancy, but it pays well enough for WHV) What I need in a room (must haves): -Private bedroom (shared bathrooms are, of course, fine, just private bedroom) -Furnished. It'd be a waste of money to buy a bunch of furniture for 6-7 months. -At least a double/full bed (I'm exactly as tall as a single/twin mattress and nearly as broad, so those are a bit cramped) -Location: must be within 1km (maybe 1.5km) of Central, Redfern, or Newtown stations What I'd like in an apartment (would be nice but not absolutely required): -Drying machine (I can live with a drying rack, but a dryer is super convenient) -Social flatmates (sit around chatting or watching TV now and again, sharing a drink, having a family dinner, being friendly, etc., I've got friends around Sydney so I can keep myself occupied but it's nice to live with people you enjoy rather than strangers you know little about, that's what makes a house a home). -Air conditioning would be amazing, but totally optional. That rent number isn't a hard cap, it's a little flexible, but I had to pick something. Let's call it a general guideline. The move in date is also flexible. I'll need to give my current place at least two weeks notice (not contractually, so I guess I don't NEED to, but that'd be a jerk move and I generally try to avoid being a jerk), but there's no hurry either if your place isn't ready just yet.
Hey I'm Holly, I'm from New Zealand originally but have been here over a year. I like to have a beer or too but not much of partyer. I'm clean and tidy but not anal about it all. I need to move out of my current place before Xmas as I'm going back to NZ for New Years!
