Hello! I'm a 27 year old from Canada coming to Sydney to complete a Masters of Public Health at the University of Sydney. I would like to find a house or apartment which has a separate bedroom. I am very clean, easy-going and responsible. In my spare time I like to hike, go to the beach and explore the city. My program begins March 5 and I would like to move in around Feb 28th. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am a calm, amicable and friendly person. I am starting my full time master of commerce this 5th of March at the Uni of Sydney. I am a bachelor of Economics. I’ve worked in bars, interned as a financial mediator and worked as an invigilator and supervisor for Cambridge exams (yle, ket, pet, fce, cae and cpe). I am from Italy and speaking both English and Italian. I am also able to communicate in French.
I am from Europe and my background is mixed like whole Australia. I am use to living with sociable also tidy people. To share a flat with me means with a simple guy who like s to work, cook and surf. I am respectfull, emphatic and grow enough to take the privat space of everyone serious. I am definiteley not a rockstar, but nice enough to feel comfortable with. I prefer tidy people, please.
I am Alice and I'm moving to Sydney for work from regional NSW. I'm interested in anywhere within a 4k radius of the CBD. My family live over 5 hours away, and I would like for people to be able to visit me every now and then, so I don't mind paying a couples rate, and would definitely be prepared to pay for my own bathroom if one is available. I am super tidy, with a hospitality background so the kitchen is always treated with love! I would often travel back to the country on weekends as I'm renovating a property. I'm a graphic designer with a big workload so can often be seen hunched over my Mac, but I also love to have fun and always have time for a beer - but I also respect other's need for privacy. I have no animals, but I LOVE dogs. Although no longer being paid to be in the kitchen, I still love to cook and entertain! PS I would prefer the rent price to include bills and internet, just helps me to budget.
Hi there! My name is Artem. I am 30 years man from Russia. I am going to study masters in Property development and project management at UTS for the next two years. I am in construction business. I like to work out in GYM and swimming. I am looking for accomodation in CBD or close to it. I prefer to stay in clean quite places, not smelly. I am social, easy going and responsible person. Recently I passed detox program. As a result, I started to like healthy veg food. It would be great to meet a person with veg cooking skills. I am interested in a full furnished sharing property with a person, who has similar behaviour and wishes. Of course, I am not boring person. I like to have a party sometimes and go out somewhere as well as to get a refreshable sleep, it is essential.
Hi I'm Nicky, I'm 24 and about to be studying agriculture full-time, looking for a place near Sydney Uni with students and professionals. I love the beach and trying to surf, play the guitar and love going out to do activities and be social with my friends. I would love to find a clean homey home with lovely people.
I am Vincent, a student from China and will study in the University of Sydney during semester 1, 2018. I am friendly and love making friends with people from all around the world. I am tidy and clean.
Hi there! I'm a very sociable person who's looking to live with housemates that enjoy spending time together. At the same time, I have a lot to do in terms of studying and my music career, which will involve a lot of in-room writing and producing. I love to cook healthy meals, and have about 10 fruit-bearing plants to bring along with me. I like to stay active and adventurous, and am neat, focused and driven. I've travelled a load, living in London for two years. Looking for a place with character, modern is definitely not a necessity! Hope to meet ya'll soon :) Rhi
Hi everyone, My name is Dario and I moved to Australia 4 years ago, looking for a long term solution. I've been living in Balmain for the last 3 years, but it's time for me for a change, and want to try the inner west are surrounding Newtown. Being a social and communicative person I'm looking for a chilled and sociable place, happy to share meals, BBQs and spend time having a nice chat etc. :) I'm in my early 30s and working full time as a software engineer in the city, therefore preferably my ideal place would be with people in mid 20s -30s, working 9 to 5, but I'm flexible on that. :) I love animals, therefore if you have a pet for me is a plus. In my free time I like to do rock climbing, cooking(being Italian I do amazing pasta), art(starting doing clay sculpturing), go for gigs, events etc. Would be amazing to find friends other than flatmates and share good memories. :) Wish best of luck to everyone, find the right housemate is a tough job, same as find the right place! :P Cheers!
I'm Ash (short for Ashton) a full time professional looking for my next home. Friends would call me easy going, mature and sociable. Self proclaimed foodie and amateur guitarist. I enjoy playing basketball and footy to keep fit. I'm someone who is always up for a good laugh/chat and also respects personal space and privacy. I'm clean and organised (not to the point it's OCD haha) so looking for like minded people in that respect. Not looking for a party house but I do enjoy a couple drinks on occasion. I work night shift from 7pm-7am on a 4day on 4day off roster so I'll be in and out of home at different times. Some nights you'll get the place to yourself, other nights I'll be home getting some R&R. I'm open to living with people of different genders and sexualities. As long as you pay your rent on time and clean up after yourself we're going to get along quite well. I'm flexible with pets and if you have a dog that would be awesome! *Flexible with the move in date- Mid/late March to early April* If you have questions shoot me a message and I'll get back to you. Cheers.
Just beginning my first year of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine course at Uni of Syd, after having done Masters in Animal Science and ugrad in Zoology. About to start working casual at SASH after resigning from two vet nursing jobs last week. Currently staying with a mate as I've only just arrived from Melbourne and looking for my own room preferably with a double bed (or at least the room to fit one). Pretty laid back although I'll no doubt be stuck studying a great deal of time. Parties are welcome but not everyday because I find assignments difficult to complete when I'm drinking or on rohypnol - must be one of my crazy quirks I guess! If you're too serious you'll bore me, but if you're never serious you could potentially bore me. I'm a fairly average human, but if your standards are low you'll think I'm terrific. Interests: Rick and Morty, Mighty Boosh, travel (so unique right?), photography, videography, public intellectuals like Hitchens who love to be assholes, the ego boost you get when wrestling smaller people than yourself, and friendly people.
I'm from Sydney, working 9-5 Mon-Fri . Starting my Masters in Media Practice at USYD on March 5. Love Game of Thrones. I'm a cat person. Love traveling, recently came back from Indonesia. Love making videos, I make YouTube videos too. Looking for 2 new girls to fill in the 2 rooms at my newly approved place in Petersham.
My name is Jesse and I'm a 28 year old male studying full time Masters of Physiotherapy and working Part time in the CBD for Government Health Policy. I'm very clean and have been living in a variety of share houses for the last 4 years so pretty flexible with adjusting to house dynamics. I cycle for transport, Surf when I can, meditate daily, learning music production (making). I'm vegan, don't drink or smoke or do drugs. Happy to live with those who do, so long as housemates smoke outside and everyone is open minded. Happy to answer any more questions.
I'm pretty relaxed and like to chill out, cook and have a nice wine when i'm at home. I have lived in share houses previously and am respectful of others and will always clean up after myself/pay bills on time. I'm working in a few different roles in mental health that make up a 9 to 5, Monday through Friday working week. I like to keep my weeknights pretty relaxed, with the exception of playing social sport (badly) twice a week. On the weekends I like to keep busy and socialise - my interests include going to the park and looking at other peoples dogs, catching up with friends and going to gigs or movies.
I go rock climbing a lot and I'm really easy-going. Clean and quiet but always up for a pint or two at the end of the day
We are pretty easy going couple We both work in the social justice arena We are a happy mix of introversion and extroversion We love having friends over occasionally We like to cook and have the occasional movie night We lover playing boardgames and having long rambling conversations We are pretty passionate about ethical issues We like action movies, West World, Bojack Horseman and David Attenborough
Hi, I'm looking for long term accommodation in Sydney as I am beginning studying at UTS full time in March. I will be at UTS 4 days per week. I am also learning to speak German as I plan on travelling abroad next Christmas holidays. I require a private bedroom but I'm happy to share a bathroom as long as it is clean. I work part time in the music industry, another reason to move to Sydney. I love the Sydney music scene so I will spend many nights out gigging, attending concerts and live music around Sydney, but I am not a reckless party-goer, drinker or smoker. I love animals and am happy to help take care of any house pets. I am vegetarian and prefer to prepare food at home as it is often cheaper and healthier so I'm happy to help with some cooking. I am a clean and hygienic person and I always clean up my own mess. Coming from the Central Coast, I love the beach and lead a decently active lifestyle. I generally consider myself to be positive, friendly and hard working. I would like to live somewhere where it is okay for me to have occasional sleepovers with family members or friends who come to visit me from home or with my boyfriend whose family lives in Sydney.
Hi guys, Originally from France I am a permanent part-time educator in childcare and an international student in Diploma. I have been living in Sydney since 4 years now and I really enjoy this city. I'm looking for a 12 months stay and I will be able to move in early March. Ideally I'd like to find a private room around Glebe/Central station as my work is on Glebe Point Road and my school in Central station, but more than happy to consider other places My budget is $250-300 max. Not interested by a share-room. I am very organised and don't like mess so please consider it or we might not be able to live together. References can be provided. About me...Well I guess I'm a smiling person, friendly and responsible. I love travelling and photography. During my spare time I used to go out spending my time with my friends, going for a walk and on excursions. I love comedy movies and sometimes horror movies (in English). Also I do love my job, I am a nanny but I will work as a permanent part-time educator in early childhood (start 5th of March from 7:30am to 5:30pm) and I really enjoy spending time with children so always in a good mood. Wednesday and Friday I am going to school (Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care) from 8:30am to 4:30pm. In my future accommodation I will love to live with someone I can be social with but who can also respect my study time (week days). I like quiet place and don't do parties on the weekend. Don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested to meet me :)
Hello! My name is Chan Jong Lee (or just Chan) and I am a South Korean born in Dubai but raised in Spain. Quite a mouthful right? Now with that out of the way. I will be 24 this year and finished my Physics degree in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology but it turns out Physics is not for me. So I will be studying Architecture (my true passion) at the University of Sydney. Since I already lived with different roommates in Hong Kong, I have a pretty good grasp of living with other people. In general, I am a clean person that can look after myself. I like to keep myself busy with work and other activities but I’m always down to share a meal or a couple of beers with the housemates. I am trilingual so I can speak, English, Spanish and Korean. My hobbies include playing the ukulele and photography (I am a freelance photographer)
I'm a classical violinist and am looking for great people to share a place with. I enjoy living in a fairly clean and tidy environment. I like to be social with housemates, a glass of wine or the occasional dinner. I love cooking and will enjoy making dinner for my housemates occasionally. I've lived in Europe for 5 years and still travel on and off for performing but am enjoying life back in Sydney. I respect privacy and am always open to the needs of those I live with. It's important to me to be able to contribute to a really comfortable home environment. Looking forward to chatting and meeting new people! Thanks Matt
