Hey hey!

I’m Dean a 27 year old guy from Sydney that loves being active (soccer, tennis, hiking, climbing), playing guitar, trying to find time to learn the piano and will hopefully one day finish working on my van haha. I work full time in a 3D printing lab at UTS (zero WFH) and I’ve lived oversees in Spain and Argentina. I’m fluent in Spanish and would like to one day learn French. I’ve been living in an awesome place in Balgowlah Heights for the past year and am looking for a place in around that area or closer to work in the city.

I've lived in share houses for 8 years so I'm super tidy, respectful and when the time is right have been known to throw killer dinner parties. I'm looking for a place with a good group of housemates that appreciate a chill home environment where we can unwind and relax after work but also share a few drinks or a meal if it suits everyone. I'm not looking for a party house but I do appreciate having housemates that want to make plans and have dinner together occasionally.

Bonus points if there's a dog in the house, one of you plays football/tennis or speaks Spanish/French! Keen to meet you all :))
