Brand new flat with ceiling fan in bedroom and air conditioner in living room. We also have a 'courtyard' which is actually a good sized grass yard and balcony space. Shower and a nice sized bath. Dishwasher. Secure property with buzzer entry. Bedroom has ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.
The house is in a nice quiet neighbourhood in Fairfield with lots of parks! It is close to Coles supermarket and other speciality stores. There's Snap fitness gym near the house if you have membership. The house is also close to transport, you'll have easy access to the city, South Bank and West End. UQ is only a few minutes away via UQ lakes, great option if you will be taking summer courses. The only rule is no parties that will disturb the neighbours :-)
Hey, my name is Jay. I work full time within the events industry so on weekdays I'm never around and on weekends.. well it's pretty much the same. I enjoy playing sport, dining out with friends, going for jogs and walks around my neighbourhood and plain old adventuring! I'm a mature, friendly, funny (at times), borderline OCD workaholic. I am looking for someone or more than one someone to live with.. at the moment I live in a two bedroom apartment in Annerley and my housemate is leaving to travel the world. I am currently unsure as to whether I want to stay here or move somewhere else, I'm open to anything really. :) Chuck us a message if I sound at all appealing.
I am going overseas so I am looking for someone to fill my room. I am looking for someone for preferably for a six or 12 month lease, with possibility of extension. The room comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a bedside table. It can also have either a bookshelf or a desk. The furniture is different to that pictured. My roommate Coral is the tenant you will be sharing with. She works full time and is in her early 30s. Coral is a great housemate who likes to keep the unit clean and is quiet. Coral has her own ensuite, so your bathroom is all for you, except the laundry end. The fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car unit with large balcony comes equipped with new fridge, washing machine, microwave, stereo, as well as a clothes drier, dishwasher and TV/DVD player. The living areas are air-conditioned and the balcony is spacious and flows straight out from the living areas. The electric lock-up garage has room for a vehicle plus room storage. The apartment block also has visitor parking bays as well as easy on-street parking. Water is included in the rent. High speed internet, gas and electricity will be determined based on bills. The unit is only 500m from a train station and shopping centre with Coles. Its a short walk to the PA hospital and the Green Bridge connecting to UQ and is less than 15mins from the city by train.

I am clean, respectful and friendly. Due to start a degree in Medical Laboratory Science at QUT in 2017 and I would like to find a place where I can study but get along with other housemates. I am very laid back and wouldnt mind if there were parties, as long as I can have my space when needed. Would prefer to live with people close to my age who are open minded and easy going but also responsible.
Working part time and pursuing a career in Film and TV as a production designer- promise to always decorate things (wether thats a good thing or not is up to you ;)) I love animals and will recommend you good tv shows. Looking to move out Nov-Dec this year but i'm flexible.
Hello! I'm a teacher and work Mon-Fri in the city. I'm looking for somewhere with easy access to city transport and a place to park my car. I'm friendly, love to have a chat and a laugh, and always do my share of housework etc. Due to my work I need to go to bed early and get up early, so I am looking for somewhere that is chilled and peaceful where partying flatmates/booming music won't keep me awake. I go out socially on weekends but never party at home. I guess at my age I've outgrown that whole 'party house' thing, but I don't mind a good dinner party every now and again. I'm happy to live with men or women, but prefer to live with only 1 to 2 others if possible, preferably aged 30+. I am LGBQT friendly. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats so cannot live with a cat :( I also cannot live with smokers as it is the one thing that gives me asthma. I'm a musician and play guitar and bass, but always through my headphones - you would never hear me! I'm very respectful and considerate, and am looking to live with someone who is also respectful and considerate. I'm into healthy living and go to the gym etc. I have my own bedroom furniture so need a medium-large unfurnished room. I'd like to live in a nice house/apartment that does not get searing hot in summer. I have to give 4 weeks notice at my current place, so would not be able to move for 3-4 weeks.
Hi I'm Caity & this is my partner Sam. I work full time as a digital/graphic designer and Sam is a Registered Nurse (works part time) and is also studying to become a paramedic. We cook & clean and are quite social when we're home, but don't want to live in a party house. I'm a vegetarian, but I'm not an arse about it - Sam eats meat and we're happy to hang out and have a shared BBQ or a quiet drink etc. Our dog, Buddy will be living with us so we need somewhere dog-friendly (fully fenced) where he can come inside when we're home. Happy to have another friendly dog sharing too!! We are both waiting out our current leases and are looking to move in December/January. Cheers! Caity
Will be new to Brisbane, working in Logan but keen to live on the south side of the city. Looking forward to coming home to relaxed environment. I lead a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy cooking (and eating!), reading, exercising and travelling. Keen to meet some like minded, interesting people. I'd prefer an ensuite/own bathroom
Don't let my age deter you.. I'm not your stereotypical, over 40's gal. I love being active and creating things, so very rarely will you see me slothed in front of the tv for example. I have a little pug and a cat who are very important to me, so I'm looking for a fenced property to move into with other people who love lots of cuddles (from them of course, not from me!) :D haha!! I much prefer hanging at home on my days off now, where I'm making my wooden projects, pottering around in the yard and doing the markets on the weekends. I survived my bender weekend Valley years.. *shudders at some memories/or lack thereof*.. and am happy to report, I made it out the other side where now the sounds of cruisy music, sipping chilled wine & getting a waft of the smells from a barbie, are so much more inviting than that 4am cold, soggy maccas meal that you can't even remember buying, let alone remember where you live and why you only have on one shoe!
I am a 19 year old full time qualified Butcher , I will be relocating to Brisbane start of November for work, I am from Mackay and I currently live in a share house , I'm a shy ,quiet and easygoing person that loves the outdoors , very mature an a non smoker .I'm very clean an tidy and respectful and can provide 2 REFRENCES from my current house mates.
Own room in a share house of lovely girls, and one guy. All in their early 20's, such a big house you'll barely see anyone around! Your new room has an ensuit, aircon and lots of cupboard space. Built in wardrobe. The lease ends on March 15 2017, however the lease could also be extended when it ends. If needed, you can move in earlier. There is a bus stop 100m down the road that will take you to the cultural center, QUT or Indroopoopilly (Route 104 & 105) so public transport is right at your doorstep. Coles and 7/11 is just an easy 600m walk up the road as well, with the 196 bus stop there as well. Internet is about $10 a month and electricity is about $20 a month each.
Hi, we're Gabby and Jess and we're looking for a third easy going person to join us on a house hunt! We both studied at UQ, Gabby has 6 months left of her post grad in Dietetics and Jess is starting a full time civil engineering job in Southbank. We're both really clean, chill, respectful, reliable and always up for a chat. We enjoy hanging out as a group but also appreciate the need for solo time. Always up for some fun on the weekend, whether it be casual drinks or a fun night in. We're looking for team ups for a 3 bedroom townhouse close to public transport, and both have cars that require covered parking. Hit us up if you want more info! :)
Hey there future housemates! I'm moving up to Brisbane at the end of the year/ early next year (depending on finding a place) and so I'm looking for a room! Would prefer something in an existing share house with something big enough to fit a double/ queen bed. I'm clean and organised so keeping the place tidy is no problem for me I'm often the one picking up after others! I mostly keep to myself and will respect others' space but wouldn't mind a drink or two and a chat every now and then! I'm generally pretty laid back and relaxed (not about that drama) and looking for likeminded and social housemates. Please don't hesitate to message me for any questions or find me on Facebook! Thanks in advance!

Hi! Thanks for stopping by. I'm Andreas, a friendly and cheerful guy. I'm respectful of other's privacy and possessions. I like my home clean and tidy, however I'm not ocd about it =). I'm looking to rent for 4-6 months. I use my home to relax and re-energize, and is not looking for a party place, but I do like socialise, and have the occasional glass of beer or wine. I keep active, I go to the gym. After a hectic day at work, relaxing in the couch and watch a good movie fits the bill. I'm a terrible cook, but I enjoy eating out, Yelp is my second most used app on my phone. Tech / IT / Entrepreneur by trade. Originally from Sweden and have permament residency. Looking forward to hear from you!
Hi guys, we're a couple looking to move to a location close to public transport as we both begin uni next year. We've house shared twice previously and have been doing so for the past 3 years. We enjoy travelling, outdoors, spending as much time as possible at the beach, going to the markets and watching movies/tv shows. We love food and finding new cafes and bars over our weekends. We're looking for somewhere with enough room for everyone to spread out to feel comfortable without having to be cooped up in their room. Also hoping to find somewhere with a comfortable space for entertaining friends and family. We enjoy drinking socially with friends, though we don't want a 'party house', purely to avoid unnecessary mess and noise. We already have stove top cooking equipment, a couch and a tv. We're clean, open-minded and happy to live with all walks of life. If you like to have a chat, or if you like to keep to yourself, then that's completely fine with us. Pets welcome, so long as we have a suitable yard/house. We have two cars, though we don't mind parking on the street, so long as council requirements permit. We're looking to spend up to $150 a week each. Must be within walking distance to public transport.
Hi guys! Currently studying full time as well as working part time. I am a very sociable person, love a good Sunday BBQ, but also need personal space and respect privacy. I am a clean person, and love to cook and stay active! Excited to hear from you potential room mates!
