Our house is in a quiet spot and close to the free bus and Fairy Meadow train station which makes getting to uni a 15 minute trip, as well as walking distance to Coles and Woolies. Being in Fairy Meadow it is also a short way to the beach. We also have a parking area that can accommodate 3 cars nicely. We have 1 bathroom, a separate toilet and a little paved courtyard out the back which makes lawn maintenance a breeze. The room available has floorboards and full mirrored built-in wardrobes. The house will be furnished however, the room will not. If you are looking for a cosy, low maintenance home this is the spot for you! You'll be taking my spot and we are happy for you to move in ASAP. If you have any questions or want to see the room I'm happy to show you!
I am a French PhD student working in a unusual field, the paleontology (it's the promise of original discussions, even just to explain what I do). I am sociable, quiet and discrete (so I am easy to live with). I am not bad at cooking and I like to meet new people. I think that mixing people of different horizons around a drink and a table to share their life experience is one of the best things in the world. And finally, in few words to describe my hobbies, I like birds, scuba diving and the nature in general.
HEY HEY!!! well, I'm looking for a share house or area of my own!!! A little about me, I have recently gotten back form 5 months away in Asia and 5 months in Melbourne!! I travel every 6-12 months so I have many stories to share! I like to cook vegetarian/vegan dishes and get other people to try my creations! I love animals- so if you have a pet I can always help walk and look after! I work part time driving trucks and not full-time because in my 3 days I do those full-time hours sometimes a little less sometimes even more! I enjoy writing, guitar, singing, yoga, exercise and going for a beer at the pub! I like going out to watch live music events- but no I'm not looking for a party house! I am bi sexual so you would have to be LGBT friendly! Im a bit of a tomboy (a lot) haha so I'm easy with both genders around the house! Im going to be studying spanish also so I will be quite busy doing my own thing and I just got a surfboard so I plan to start learning to surf!!! I can provide some solid entertainment and laughs I guarantee that, but y'all must be familiar with a little sarcasm ;) anyway, I hope to hear form you all!
Student and violinist. I want to have fun too and travel around Wollongong while I'm studying Mechatronics Engineering during 6 months. I'm very clean, a non-smoker student and I want to have the same kind of people too :)
I am employed non smoking female, neat and respectful, particularly in a shared situation. I'm not a raging party person, however I do have a sense of humour, am sociable, though I also enjoy my own space. I have my own bedroom furnishings. Thanks :) Teresa
Hey! My friend and I are looking to move in together sometime during mid July and early June. We're both uni students, both willing to pay max $180 each per week, so our ideal rent in total should be somewhere around $500-600, depending on whether we find one or two other people to move in with. :)
Hey I'm Jess and currently studying Psychology at UOW full time. After a few years of living in a party house I now seek my own oasis with my ginger cat Charlie and a fellow person to share my pasta with (I can never guesstimate the portions right). I'm hoping to find a chill person to share a flat with me who isn't loud or messy. I'm looking for a modern apartment that is walking distance to the important things such as shops and/or transport. If you share with me you would get the garage/parking space to yourself as I don't own a car. I am the human equivalent of a potato and am not the outdoorsy type as I sun burn easy and the internet exists. I also like tea, burning incense, binge watching netflix, dank memes, going out for meals, op shopping, finding great food deals and having the occasional drink or dinner if schedules permit. I like to think that I am a pretty chill person as I have lived in a party house with all sorts of people for at least 3 years so hit me up if you have any questions (:
I'm incredibly easy to get along with! My son is well behaved and is happy either kicking his footy or playing the Xbox. I'm a very clean and tidy person. I lead a very simplistic lifestyle....I'm not overly materialistic either. I enjoy quiet activities such as reading about watching tv.
Great location on Storey Street, 2 blocks from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Fairy Meadow shops. The room is quite large with a massive built in wardrobe. Plenty of driveway and on street parking available. The house has a spacious living area with a big couch and dining table, a laundry, back porch, lockup garage and big backyard incl. veggie patch. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other. I have a queen bed set that I’m happy to leave for the next person for a bit of cash or I can get rid of it if you have your own furniture. Room available from the 26th, can be flexible with date.
Hi, I’m Mary, I’m relocating to Wollongong from Canberra to be near the ocean, I also love the mountains and going for bush walks. I’ve just returned from a nannying job in the UK and so I’m looking for work, but don’t worry I can still pay the rent. I’m fairly quiet but friendly and easy going, I clean up after myself. I’m respectful and considerate I like to get out and about and will enjoy exploring my new city. I live a pretty clean and healthy lifestyle, I enjoy the outdoors, but also love curling up on the couch with a good book or movie. I like to add greenery to a house with a few pot plants, I have some for outside too.
I'm looking for a reasonable size room that is close to the uni and public transport, available to move into in June. I'm a second year Psychology student at UOW, from the local area so I know my way around and have an established group of friends etc etc. I'm looking for somewhere to live for the long-term so I'd like to form a friendly relationship with my roomies. I respect other other peoples belongings and spaces, I clean up after myself and so I expect that of other people too. I reckon that I'm a pretty decent person, I'm reliable, honest, and a bit cheeky to balance it out. My free time consists of gaming, crap telly and studying. Aside from that I often go out with my mates for drinks or dinner and a movie.
I like socializing with other people my own age but respect people’s priavcy and space and would like for my own space to be respected as well. I love animals and photography and film making. I’m hoping to start study in the mental health field. Or a photography course in the mean time. I love chilling out but also going adventuring. I am clean and tidy and love helping out around the house. If you have a garden I also love gardening so can help out with that.
This unit is in close proximity to all your day-to-day needs: Free bus (55C/55A) -4 minutes by walk Leisure coast fruit market- right opposite to the unit Coles, Aldi, Woolies - 4 minutes Maccas,KFC,Subway, Hungry Jack's - 5 minutes Close to plenty of cafés to feed your caffeine and sugar rush. 10 minutes to Uni by free bus and car. Plenty off-street car parking available too.
I'm 28 years old, am studying CompSci full time at UOW and also work part time in the software industry (from home). I'm really laid back, super clean (Balkan upbringing haha) and come with one feline, so ideal place would be fur baby friendly but she can also stay with mum and dad so not a deal breaker. I'd love to be part of a social and friendly household but also understand the need for privacy, keeping to oneself and respecting others sleep schedules etc. In my free time I am an avid reader, watcher of all the same shows you love, try to craft and sew very incompetently from time to time and love to go out, explore and try new things! Looking to move July but dates are flexible.
Hey I’m Shaun, 26 years old and pretty chilled I’m a full time worker in an underground coal mine on night shift. Look for long term accomodation around the area. Also have a Webber BBQ, just saying ! - gym - adventures - beer
Hi, I am looking for a place that feels more like a home, with a garden to relax in and maybe a park or reserve nearby to jog along! I enjoy living in a house that has pets and I intend on doing part-time study in animal care or similar. Outside of work I like to read, watch dvds, jog, yoga, garden. I like to keep my living space clean and reasonably tidy, I am fairly quiet and I respect others space, I also like to be sociable : )
Looking for a room around Wollongong Area including Gwynneville/Keiraville/Fairy meadow! I work as a nurse so I spent a lot of my time at work I am very clean, tidy and respectful of other roommates privacy. I am always keen to meet new people, but I also enjoy relaxing in my own space 😊
