Looking for a place anywhere in wollongong not just specifically wollongong (work @ Unanderra). Move in date is flexible, anytime after the date listed. Rent budget is MAX $200 but would prefer cheaper. I work full time as an animal attendant so I would be happy to live with other pets just as long as mine was welcome too! Bean is a 10 year old Maltese x shitzu who is friendly towards humans and fur babies (loves cats), an inside dog who is house trained and doesn’t shed a lot of fur if any. When I’m not working generally i’m pretty quite and will either hang around at home and relax watching a movie or something along those lines, take the dog for a walk or explore the area by myself or with my boyfriend. I’m currently in a long distance relationship so my boyfriend would be visiting regularly (Friday’s -Sunday’s)... but we take it in turns and try to see each other every 2 weeks so you’d not see much of me on weekends as I work one weekend and generally go to Canberra for the other. I’m not a big party person anymore but in saying that I do occasionally enjoy going out with the few friends I do have. I generally keep to myself and can be shy at first but I’m open to creating new friendships as I’ve only just recently moved so I don’t really know many people! I’m respectful of privacy and space and I tidy up after myself. I love the outdoors, road trips long or short, food (eating not cooking ) and animals! If I sound like someone who would fit into your home please contact me ASAP!
*I’m looking for an upgrade from my own 2 bedroom apartment that I’ve been renting. I am independent, honestly quiet, respectful, reliable with rent, expect to pay bond as I know I’ll get it back at end of lease. I also know how legal tenancy, additional occupant, receipts work. I’ve got a legitimate good rental history. Practically a non drinker, only social, and never to excess, I believe in ‘Quality not quantity’. I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs doesn’t interest me, as I’ve grown out of the party scene. I’ve previously been an Airbnb superhost, I’ve seen it all and there’s a reason my budget and expectations for a property are higher. I have an eye for detail, cleanliness, and maintenance. I learned maturity and necessity for domestic duties in the military (Army). I study a bachelor of Nursing at UOW, and spend majority of my time away from the house. I’m also a dog walker for a Siberian Husky, so I can live with and know how to handle and look after animals. I notice a lot of flatmates bullshit you, tell you after they move in they have a freeloader partner or friends always dropping in, you’ll never find another one like them, are alcoholics or immature, and don’t pay rent or bond on-time... well I’m in a strong position to say I’m unique. I’ve seen every walk of life, I have empathy for people’s plight, no empathy for the tight arse who wants everything for nothing type, but I steer clear of strife, and hanging with the wrong crowd. I’m looking for peace and quiet comfort, I’ve lived life, I dislike dishonesty and discomfort. I have no preference for male or female flatmates, I’ve lived with both, as long as the place is kept hygienic, I don’t care how scenic it is. I’m not wanting to move in with the intent to pickup. Believe it or not I’m a comfortable single straight cis male, with no hang ups or a need beyond decent, respectful good company (self inflicted excessive partying is not my thing) and my apparently ‘boomer’ friends. Definitely not pc, neither am I naive, although I’m very easy to get along with, so much so I’ve been trusted in some very interesting circles, currently a p.a. for a very high profile & private person. So you can see I’m far too busy to play games with flatmates.
Hi all! Greg and I are moving to the Gong for work after living in Broken Hill for 3 years. I'm a pharmacist and Greg is a nurse, and we both work full time. Greg is already in Wollongong in short term accommodation and I'll be moving in mid July, so any move in date between now and then is doable. We're both busy people who work all hours. We're clean, tidy and respectful, can keep to ourselves or be social with flatmates. Whatever works! We love chilling and hanging out, as well as hiking, team sports and having a few beers on the weekend. We're keen to explore what the Illawarra has to offer! We also have a bouncy 2 year old desexed kelpie/lab called Bonti, who gets along well with anyone and everyone, including cats and other dogs. Shoot us a message if you think we'd be a match!
Howdy, I’m Tabitha Hudson, I'm 20 years old, not crazy i swear very social and enjoy a laugh but somewhat hermit at the same time, and great to talk to except when I’m tired from work which is most nights not going to lie. I am very interested in renting out a room in the next 6 months. I am a personal trainer working full time hours in central Wollongong so i will only really be using the room to stay in at night time as i will be at work most of the time. I have been living alone renting by myself for the past 2 years and just looking to reduce expenses by finding a flat mate. I currently already buy all of my own necessities and groceries so providing for myself will not be an issue. I will be able to provide my own furniture for a room as well, I'm looking for a length to stay from 3-6 months, i am able to provide you with my references details immediately so please let me know in the case of an available room you may have.

Hi! I'm an easy going and a chill person, presently studying at the University of Wollongong. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle and like to play soccer regularly. Love to travel, hike, attend road-trips, and discover new things on the weekends. So usually like to spend weekdays at home or Uni and be out on the weekends. I also prefer to be independent and so my own space is important to me, but also like to socialize and get to know those I live with. Last but not the least... always up for coffee and couple of beers :P
I am pretty chilled and flexible. Student at uow. Don’t mind my housemates making noise because I am a deep sleeper. Most of the time i m in the library studying or out with friends. I sleep late at night and mostly cook after 10pm after finishing my studies. Come back home after 10.30pm. I love to visit new places. I would like clean housemates who don’t store the rubbish and clean immediately after cooking or eating and help me to keep the house tidy. Sometimes my friends come for good foods or group study. My housemates can do anything they want, I don’t bother but I am not so fond of pets. Cheers!
I'm a postgraduate student at Wollongong University, I'm looking for a place to stay in Wollongong with my fiancé - who is going to travel back and forth to visit me, he has his business in our home country, he can only spends 1-2 weeks with me every time he pays a visit, so I'm on my own most of the time and not alone some times. We are from Vietnam. We are young, friendly and quiet shy, also we are workaholic, we don't really like partying or hanging out, we would spend most of our time at Uni or in our room working on our laptops, so we are surely not going to bother anyone. We do respect others' privacy. We love cooking dinner at home and keeping the place clean so we expect to find flatmates who love cleaning as well.
I am a creative individual who loves a good musical or two! I'm doing a Bachelor of Performance at UOW so I can be a little noisy but otherwise I love a good chat and won't say no to a drink. I can also cook and I love to bake, so expect cakes at really weird hours! I'm just looking for somewhere cozy and close to uni or the shuttle bus at least to call home! For my Harry Potter fans, I'm the biggest Hufflepuff you'll ever meet
