Hi! I'm Max, Around my friends I can seem very extroverted but around the house it is very much the opposite, I tend to spend most of my time in my room. I grew up in Brunswick and was raised in a multi-cultured environment with all walks of life to learn from. I'm currently living in Mill Park with a female grade 3 primary teacher and we get along really well! I'm a mature aged apprentice Cabinetmaker and love what I do! Family oriented and tend to visit them every chance I get. I like playing sports of all kinds. Although if I had to pick one it would be mixed netball. After work I usually hit the gym or do a home workout and then veg out in my room. Weekends are pretty much my free time to get out and be active seeing as work takes up most of my energy of a week. I usually go out dancing with friends every 2nd weekend. I also like going to music festivals and hitting the beach any chance I get. (beach more often because festivals are expensive!) I don't smoke and I don't drink too often (once every 2 weeks on average).
Hi! Me quickly: I need a backyard and housemates that love dogs. I'm super easy going, love sport (i play basketball competitively and local football), family and friends are the most important things in life, I love travelling and always coming home to my 11 month old puppy, Harlow (who loves all people and other dogs). I study science, majoring in animal biology, and work part time as a relief additional assistant in kindergartens for groups of children with extra needs. I am a super social person so want to be able to entertain/host friends and like going out or even staying in with a beer and a game. However, I also need my downtime and will respect yours. I want a home, not a house, and I want friends, not un involved housemates.
Hey guys! I’ve got a room to rent in this fantastic place. It’s right on the boarder of north coburg and only a short 10 minute walk away from Merlynston train station (upfield line) and walking distance from the number 19 tram. At the end of the street you’ll find the Merri Creek trail and on the block behind us is a huge reserve with walking trails and a dog park so you can get your dose of cute dogs whenever you need. The place is only a few years old and has a great outdoor space to enjoy summer nights with some food and a drink outside. Your bedroom is big (3.5x3.1) and has a built in wardrobe and air con!! The house is furnished but your room is not. Downstairs has an extra toilet and there’s a study space upstairs too! I’m looking for someone clean who wouldn’t mind sharing a meal together sometimes or sitting down to watch bachie with a glass of wine. We can’t have pets though, sorry! Reach out if this sounds like a good fit for you. I’m looking to have someone in around the 15th of December.
Hi I’m Alycia, I’m looking for a nice granny flat to live in with bills and internet included. I don’t want flat mates as I like my privacy so a private granny flat would be perfect that’s in good condition. I work a lot so I’m not home a often, I’m very clean and respectful and like to keep to myself...but I’m friendly too! I have 2 female desexed kitties, so a garden space is important because they like to relax in the backyard during the day.
Love to have a laugh, love all sports like to have alittle fun on my days off, I am quiet and respectful, easy going. I try to find the positive in things, Life is to short not too. I love the occasional beer and music BBQ's
I am HS teacher but looking for work as. move back to Melbourne. I am collecting government benefits right now until I get back on my feet. I am quiet and respectful, easy going and non judgmental. Hi, I'm Lisa and I'm 21 years old. I've just completed my bachelor's degree in Business majoring in International Hospitality Management and Human Resource Management at Victoria University. I work casually at a hotel in the CBD, mainly working 'graveyard' shifts. I plan on pursuing a career in the hotel industry, one day hoping to be within management. I'm originally from the country and grew up on a farm. I've lived in Melbourne for the past three years, first in Footscray and currently in Coburg. I'm an animal lover, I love to cook, read, explore my surroundings, and catch up with friends. I'm a quiet homebody, who is shy at first but once you get to know me, I'm a real chatterbox. I'm not really a club person, I much prefer bars, or even just catching up with friends in general. I have recently taken up going to the gym with some friends as well. I'm straight and a non-smoker. I don't really care what your preferences are in these areas, although I would prefer to live with someone who did not smoke indoors. I have a car in Melbourne so will be looking for a house with a parking spot. I also hope to find somewhere close to public transport, within 30 minutes to an hour distance of the CBD. I'd love to team up with someone ideally, rather than move into an existing lease. However, I'm open to options at this point. My ideal housemate(s): · Looking to rent for at least a year and go on the lease. · Willing to contribute towards furniture. · Clean in our shared spaces. · Working/able to keep up to date with bills. · Happy to have a puppy dog around. · Isn't going to be throwing house party’s all the time. · Someone who is looking to make a new friend 🙂. Food/meals - I mainly organise myself in terms of meals and food. I am however not opposed to shared meals/outings if you like. I eat meat and have no other dietary requirements. Whilst I respect all eating preferences, I would like to live in a household where we can accept one another. Eg. You don't mind that I eat meat and I don't care what you consume (so long as it isn't my food aha). I don't really have any furniture in Melbourne with me, all the places I've lived in so far have come furnished when I moved in. I will be bringing along my own bed/mattress, desk, bookshelves, dresser and tv, but that's about it. I could also potentially buy some furniture off my current flatmates as well if needed. In saying that, I am of course more than willing to contribute to the purchase of furniture. I'm not fussy and am happy with second hand, but well-maintained items. If you have any communal furniture to bring along with you, that would be great! Ollie is my 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier x Fox Terrier puppy. He is house and crate trained, fully vaccinated, and desexed. He can shed a little bit, but that is easily kept on top of with regular grooming and vacuuming of the house. However if you have an allergy to dogs, probably not the best match. He is a playful and sometimes mischievous puppy, but he also loves to curl up on the couch next to you and sleep all day. Ollie has a 'dicky' leg, which means he limps and can't fully extend one of them. This doesn't affect him in any way and he will often get the 'zoomies' to prove it. He has a great temperament with other dogs as well as cats, along with most people in general. He has been around many animals on my parent's farm, as well as socialising at the dog park and dog beach.
