I'm a queer design student who's looking to move closer to uni in brunswick. I'm on centrelink youth allowance and work a casual job, though I will be finding a new job nearby where I end up living. I'm a comfortable mix of extroversion and introversion, love a good chat but also need alone time. I'm a creative person and will usually have a project on the go. Not a totally neat freak but I respect shared space and if there ever is any mess I shall keep it to my room! :P look forward to hearing from you!
We're a couple in our late 20s/early 30s, looking for housemates to move in with somewhere in the North. Aira works with the union and Jit is a writer for a furniture company. We are clean, considerate and respectful to live with. We are generally out and about in the day and enjoy coming home to some quiet time with the occasional drink over a nice chat and good music :) We are also looking into adopting a little kitty, so really hoping for a pet-friendly home to move into!
An IT Professional with a computer engineering degree and have experienced working with different Multinational companies and would like to stay in a peaceful , quiet place, mind my own business type but love occasional hang out or friendly talk with the housemates, love sports such as cricket, easy to get along with any gender any race any religion
Hello, Me and my friend seeking for one room to live in. I am a Mechanical engineer and my friend is a Civil engineer. We are very clean and organized people seeking people whom are the same. I am from Egypt and my friend is from Jordan. We always pay our rent on time, never late for a rent payment and happy to provide a reference if required. Thank you for you time, and we are very excited to find our new house. Sincerely, Omar.
A medium sized private room is available for rent. The room is located outside of the main house and has an adjoining bathroom that also doubles as the household laundry. The space is clean and comfortable with ample light and privacy. The rooms comes semi-furnished (optional) with a bed and frame, small fridge and microwave. PS- there is NO kitchen access. Our previous housemates have cooked on a BBQ or convection ovens. Rent is $600 per month and is inclusive of unlimited Optus wifi and gas bills. Electricity and water bills are split three ways. A bond of $600 will be required. All other bills will be split accordingly. We are a young married couple with two friendly dogs. We are clean, respectful of personal space and easy going. Smokers welcome, but we only smoke outside. We have a large garage/shed and plenty of carport space. The house is an eight minute walk to Fawkner train station and a five minute walk to the convenience stores. It's about a five minute drive to IGA, banks and post office, and a ten minute drive to Coles, Officeworks etc. Looking for someone respectful, reliable and dog loving. Cheers!
I am a diligent guy who loves peace, currently, I am doing Masters along with working as a driver in the pizza shop in Roxburg. I prefer to live with a family but if any passionate girl or boy wants to share i would love to.
I've lived in sharehouses before so I know the drill about cleaning (and worked at a hostel for a while overseas so I have plenty of practice!) I understand the importance of paying rent on time, getting along with your flatmates, just giving the place a good atmosphere. I enjoy cooking and I'm not much of a drinker so you could talk me into being designated driver pretty easily :) and I'm a non-smoker. Looking for a friendly but low-key house (not a party animal) to stay for a few months/up to a year. I enjoy travelling, cooking, crafting, yoga and getting out into nature, just came back from a year of backpacking Europe and I'm about to start a postgrad degree at RMIT. Hope to hear from you soon!
I'm very considerate and amicable, tidy and communicative. I have very eclectic tastes, play the accordion, love to cook, watch all the movies, like all the musics and am currently starting up a mushroom farm with my partner. I'm super friendly and enjoy a good philosophical yarn over a glass of wine but also appreciate my own space and time alone.
Hi There I’m looking to share house with quiet, respectful and easygoing person or people 2 max. This large size townhouse is comprised of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a large size living dining and kitchen space. My bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. I want to rent out the entire first floor to a couple or a single person who just wants to have there own space. The first floor has of one large bedroom with a walk in robe, full size bathroom and a smaller break away space/study (the third bedroom). We have a reasonable size courtyard with an outdoor entertaining area. I do have a small dog, but due to the size of our courtyard we will not allow any more pets.
Hey, I'm Alex, a third year exchange student looking for accommodation in Melbourne from Mid-February to the end of June, Studying Literature. I'm pretty chill, quite neat and don't mind pitching in with the washing up at all. I enjoy reading thick books, exploring new places, drinking good coffee and watching terrible films. Being a Pomey, I'm probably going to burn a lot and complain about the weather, but I make up for it with some delicious cooking skills and taking banter like a champ. Aside from calls to my girlfriend, I'm none too noisy either, although I do occasionally sing in the shower. If you have a place close to the University of Melbourne, or just a tram line that can get me there, send me message and I'll be in contact ASAP. Hope to hear from you soon, Alex
My name is Dino, I am a 31-year-old male Australian Citizen who works full-time in Fawkner, Victoria, Australia. I'm originally from Adelaide but have successfully worked and lived in Melbourne since 2015. I am always clean, tidy, professional, responsible, good listener, excellent rent and bill payer who pays on time, friendly, polite, happy-go-lucky and easy going. Always cool, calm and collected, anger is never part of my vocabulary and seeking a flatmate/s who has the same temperament. Knows how to adapt to the person next to me (ie when to be quiet and serious and when to have fun and be social). My closest friends tell me I'm successful, enthusiastic, generous person who makes them laugh. In my spare down time I love to keep fit through swimming, study, read books, play guitar (love my music but I know when to put my headphones on and time it so as not to disturb others around me), cook, play basketball, gym, and go out with best friends some weeknights and weekends. A big bonus if you are into the same sports, look after yourself, fit, polite, don't complain much, great verbal communication skills (you know how to help people without insulting or looking down on them), preferably educated and employed, enjoy going out whether it's travelling, coffee, dinner or nightclubbing and just overall enjoys their life with passion (we only have one life after all) and a cool person to have around. If you're also interested in the same things as me, feel free to drop me a message, I respond to every single one. More than happy to meet in Fawkner on either: my lunch break, immediately after work or weekends. I'm the best flatmate you will ever have! ;)
Hi, My name is Danijela, I am looking for a place to move into during the beginning of February. I am 45 years old, and a single woman with no pets. I am a quiet person, not rowdy and will not throw any parties or play loud music. I am looking for a bungalow, granny flat or one bedroom unit near the Tullamarine airport as I work for Qantas. I will not consider studios or shared accommodation, as I am looking for a place where the bedroom and living area is separate. I have been renting in Diggers Rest near Sunbury, where I was living in a shared house, and I am looking to move into a new place by myself. Please send me a message if you would like to know more. Thank you. Danijela

Hey Guys, My name is Stefano and i'm 24. I'm a Graduate Mechanical Engineer and i'm moving to Melbourne from Sydney to start a new job. I'm looking for a room and flatmates to live with for the next 6 months or so while I establish myself to the new city. Definitely open to the possibility of a longer stay once we've had the opportunity to get to know each other. I'll be working full-time weekdays but in my spare time I enjoy good coffee (and making it), Crossfit, cars, exploring new places and getting outdoors. I really love mediterranean cuisine and experimenting in the kitchen. Espresso coffee is a bit of a hobby of mine and I'm always keen to try new brews and blends. I'd ideally like to flatshare with professionals in their 20s who have lived in Melbourne for a while. I'm keen to find out about what the city has to offer. A couple of key criteria for the property: - My own off-street parking. - Ideally already furnished - Private room With Ensuite or Own bathroom. I'm very relaxed kind of guy. I enjoy to socialise just as much as I'm happy to respect your privacy and space. Always keen to share a drink or catch up on some netflix. I'm a tidy and organised person, I clean up after myself and know my way around a kitchen and laundry. Really looking forward to meeting up and getting to know each other.

Hi there two friends here looking to move from from Ripponlea to North of the Yarra. We recently moved to Melbourne around 6 months ago and are quite familiar with the CBD, St Kilda and Brunswick areas however we are very keen to get to know all that Melbourne has to offer. Both of us are about to start commencement of tertiary education at Melbourne Polytechnic in early February to become jewelers. The Campus is in Fairfield and makes more sense for both of us to be living closer as the course is full-time. I More than happy to have a trial period and if say after a few weeks we aren't getting along it we simply aren't right for tour place we will completely understand would be more than thankful for the opportunity. Even if we negotiated a short term agreement so we could use the time we are living in your property to find our own would be fantastic. Also if things were all good and happy we would consider staying for a longer term if offered. Two bedrooms is what we are looking for but are happy to share on a short term basis or longer if we each had are own separate leases for the room. Quite negotiable on price per week , same goes for a bond and rent in advance. Open to payment instalments ( half one week and fix the rest up the following week) as that would give us the chance to get to Melbourne quicker and easier. Both in our mid twenties we have rented several properties with great success. Kyle, been an Adelaidian my whole life but have lived all over Australia. Clean, tidy, respectful and easy going I'm so excited to start the next chapter of my life in Melbourne. Hoping to finish my Degree and put it to good use by helping to heal people. David, British/Australian lad. Was born in Adelaide and lived in England for 15yrs. Came back to Australia a few years back and itching to live in Melbourne. A healer by nature has globe trotted a few times and has lived various different places in the world.
