I also like to ride my bike, go for walks/runs, go to cafes, listen to music, and read. I like my Netflix but am not really one to watch too much TV (unless I'm sick or it's raining all day). I'm vegan -- huge bonus to vegan/vego houses! I have a pet rabbit. She's a floppy eared mini lop. She's desexed and very cute, sweet, and clean. I've been keeping her in my room which I'm happy to keep doing. You hardly know she's there. I'm quiet and like a quiet place to come home to. I'm respectful of fellow housemates and common areas, am pretty clean and tidy (but not a neat freak), and always pay rent and bills on time. I generally do my own thing but can be up for a chat! This house is frikkin' sweet! It's been completely modernised inside with a new kitchen and bathroom, central gas heating and aircon in the living areas. It's got a big back verandah to chill on and a huge rear garden with room to move and some big trees (which we love) The rear room is a 3m x 3.3m size and the middle room is 3m x 3m There are a lot of power points as with the whole house. It's fairly quiet and really comfortable. There's nice furniture and there's a lot of great kitchen appliances/utensils, because I love to cook. Also we have an attic! You can store stuff in the attic and it has one of those fold down roof hatches with a ladder so it's pretty easy to access, it does get dusty up there, so better to store your hard wearing stuff. We have Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) NBN which runs damn fast. The Coburg Hill shops are down the same street about 800 metres. There's Woolworths, Jetts Gym, A Fish and Chip shop, a couple of cafe's and a BWS liquor store. Edgars creek is right next to the house and is really quite nice to go down and soak up some nature.
