G'day everybody! My name is Kathleen and I'm a Hufflepuff. I'm 22 and I work full time in the western suburbs in admin. I pretty much live and breathe Harry Potter, Netflix and PlayStation. I am quiet and clean, mostly because I'm hardly home due to work. I'm looking for somewhere I can relax and put my feet up at the end of the day, preferably in the Northern Suburbs like Glenroy, Oak Park, Pascoe Vale, Essendon, Tullamarine or Greenvale. I'm looking to move in the new year, so I can start the year closer to work. If I sound like a fit for you, message me and we can talk! Cheers, Kathleen.
Hi everyone! I am working full-time in a manufacturing company close to Campbellfield and I am looking for private room ensuite accommodation in Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Fawkner or Essendon. I am friendly, calm, tidy and funny. I am usually quite busy with work on weekdays but always up for a chat and a very outgoing person. I love working out and a big foodie who always likes to experiment with different cooking styles :)
I am 49 yo female returning to the workforce, my husband (who will be staying at the farm) and I own a home and small farm outside of Shepparton, we run sheep, cattle (occasionally), chickens, goats and a goofy German Shepherd. I am pretty laid back and very easy to get along with, enjoy a chat or private time, I love cooking, football, motor racing and enjoy good company and a glass of wine (occasionally). I am reliable, respectful, clean and tidy. Would prefer to find a furnished room as makes life easier for me rather than relocating furniture.
Just finished Uni and now am looking for field of study work. I'm laid back a team player and also a social person . I'm looking for quiet place as i'm not into party houses. I'm respectful of others and not nosey. I'm into the gaming scene and addicted to tv series. Would love to meet you soon .Thanks for reading

Hi, I'm Aleks! I work full-time in Coolaroo and on my working days you won't see me much cause my working hours are 6.30 am - 6.30 pm. In my free time I like to cook, do some fitness, go for a walk, read. Most of my free time I spend time with myself. I'm tidy and responsible and respect other people privacy. I do not smoke and am not planning to :-) I'm looking for a safe place to call home long-term where every housemate lives responsibly and is friendly. I need a furnished room with rent + bills up to $160 a week. The closer to Coolaroo the better. I promise to keep the room tidy and well-maintained :-) Thank you. p.s. I will be happy to provide references since I have a solid share-house living experience.

The boring stuff- Im 29, a non smoker, American, work full time on nightshift. I'm reliable, tidy, and friendly!
I own a gym and am a PT. Am willing to trade services for a place if your interested? I am fully domesticated. Lived on my own for years and with others so am very accomodating with others lifestyles. I own/manage a gym so work long hours so won't be around very much apart from weekends as working during week. I do enjoy all sports.. mad Richmond supporter (don't hold it against me :)) and into many TV shows. Always up for a chat too
A friendly introvert. Once I get to know, respect, and trust people I open up. I like to be personally clean and tidy, and I do believe very much in a tidy kitchen where you clean as you go. Makes it easier to cook whenever you like! I'm currently very much a computer game player or bookworm, and my favourite transport is a relatively quiet motorcycle that I've had for some years. While I'm not LGBT+ myself, I am also a fringe lifestyler though you wouldn't know it to look at me because I don't need to show off. As a result of who I am and what I do, active clear and willing consent is important to me, both in being able to give and in seeking and receiving from those I play with and those I live with. Also I'm told that I really am a good man, and that when I relax I do have a good and quick sense of humour. And did I mention that I'm an introvert? :) Regarding the move date: There is flexibility but I do need to move on to make room for my current flatmates expanding family. Congrats and best wishes to them :) Regarding length of stay: At least six months.
I am clean, tidy and very respectful. I am a social person who loves cooking and physical activity, very well rounded, knowledgable and very easy going. I have a large respect for personal space, and consider myself very easy to live with :)
My names Clarissa. I work full time after deferring uni for a year. I don't live a party life style rather just hang out with my friends on the weekend. I'm down for reality TV and a wine or cider after work if that's what works for you. I am very respectful of people's space so can understand if you just wanna be chilling in your room. I'm not really home that often as I would be either working or at my parents house where they live just out of Melbourne. I like to keep fit awell so if you like to do the occasional run I would be down. I have all my own furniture so unfurnished would be ideal. Definatly looking for a ensuite although if it was just me and another female I could consider sharing a bathroom. If you have any more questions please feel free to message me here or on my mobile.

Our home is warm, bright and cosy, with plenty of sun coming in our lounge/kitchen with private outdoor area that gets all day sun too! It's only a short 15min drive to airport or walk 15min from our place to the Glenroy station which will take you into the city! There is also George Jones Cafe 20min walk along golf course which has awesome brunch and coffee. The house is modern and only a few years old. The bedroom is cosy and fully furnished - we can provide bedding and towels too. It keeps quite cool over summer with a big window and aircon/heat (please ask first if you want to run aircon all night though ). Generally quiet neighbourhood with no street noise so very easy to hear the birds especially in the morning. $220pw Pricing is for one person - couples definitely welcome and $250pw. Price includes Wifi/Netflix/Gas & Power (reasonable usage) - but if your a power lover you will need to pay extra hehe - ie using aircon all day or having super long showers). Bond is flexible and dependant on duration of the stay. Available from 20th December.
Rent is $700 per month. Gas and electricity, water and internet are to be divided by three. Bond is one months rent and will be returned to you when you leave. The room for rent is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, large wardrobe, 2 bed side tables, big desk, gas heater, air-conditioning, linen (including quilt), chair and tallboy. It also has a television point if you choose to have your own TV. The room itself is bright, has floorboards, high ceilings and is furnished with a large rug. About the house: The house has 3 bedrooms (one spare), a seperate study, living room, laundry with high efficiency 8KG washing machine and 9KG heat pump dryer, kitchen (with all utensils including pressure cooker, kitchen aid, bread maker, dishwasher, rice cooker etc) and dining area (with four chairs). There is also a 960 liter fridge/freezer with two shelves and one fresh vegetable drawer for your use. The freezer is of equal size. The house has one bathroom with a separate toilet and laundry. There is a big backyard boasting a large grapevine, lemon and apricot tree. Our home has character and is not new. Despite this, it is clean and functional. Important: There is a cat in the house, she spends most of the time outside and does her own thing. The cat is up-to-date with all injections and has regular visits to the vet. She is very well behaved, and if you like pets can be very cuddly. All areas in the house are cleaned at least once per week. Every three months the fridge, kitchen drawers and cupboards are also cleaned. The gardening is done on a monthly basis (you don't have to worry about this). Although general household cleaning tasks will be shared on a weekly basis, it is expected that everyone tidies working spaces in the kitchen after use, places their utensils in the dishwasher and sweeps/mops up hair and water in the bathroom and other shared spaces. It is also important that food and other perishables are not kept in rooms for extended periods of time and private spaces are aired and vacuumed on a fortnightly basis. One key works for all external doors in the home. Bus stops are a 2 minute walk (just around the corner). Route 513 towards Glenroy Station or towards Coburg Station and Night Bus 951 during weekends. Also the house is 2 blocks away from a 7/11, IGA, post office, cafes, shops and restaurants. The gym is 10 minutes walk. If you drive, the house is roughly 30 minutes from the CBD without City Link or 15-20 minutes from the CBD using City Link. If you cycle, it is roughly 35 minutes on a good day to Bourke Street Mall along the Upfield bike path. If catching a train to the city via Merlyston or Oak Station the train ride is roughly 30 minutes + a 20 minute walk to the station.
Hi! I'm Taner, I'm a very active and outdoorsy person, I cycle, climb, play tennis and a bit of soccer and other activity I can join. I also like time indoors, with board games, a doco or movie, books or practising spanish. I've lived in share houses before and know how to be clean, tidy and respectful, and can be handy when it comes to fixing things or gardening. It would be nice if the house is a friendly one where there are (ideally meat free) shared meals and other social time and where the occasional visitor or couchsurfer is welcome. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers :) Ideal housemates would be active and happy people who like to socialise, have a few drinks, that join and suggest activities, and who are responsible enough to clean up any mess they make.
Hey, I am looking to move in somewhere suitable for me. I wouldn't mind doing teamups as well. I really respect and value privacy and take that very seriously. I love helping out with the house chores and cooking. Hit me up if you wanna know more.
I am from Auckland New Zealand and this is my first time moving out of home. However, I am house trained, and like to keep things clean and tidy. I enjoy company but also like to work hard on my ballet and studies. I am moving from NZ to study Ballet full time in Australia.
I'm a bartender originally from Sunbury, and I enjoy screenwriting and watching TV in my spare time. I'm fairly tidy and like to clean up after myself, and I'm up for the occasional party or night out.
