$300/week•25 year old man
I'm a 25-year-old guy just moved to melb from NZ. I'm a landscaper and applying for jobs but can pay rent forward if that's a concern. I enjoy running, hitting the gym, watching movies, and going off for weekend camping trips. Im looking for somewhere chill and friendly as I'm new to the city and wouldn't mind meeting people in flats. I don't smoke, have pets or anything like that. I'm not a drinker but don't mind a couple if everyone else is.

$290/week•47 year old woman
**No sharing houses or time wasters. Read below profile before messaging me. I'm a 47-year-old woman who works full time and 2 tuxedo indoor cats Rocky and Celine (medium fur). I work from home mostly doing phone sales for a well known health insurer. I enjoy photography, reading, swimming and going for walks in my free time. I’d like to find a place that is clean, and quiet. I work well with having my own responsibilities so I don’t mind a cleaning roster. I have 2 indoor cats, i hope you don’t mind the presence of a litter box, cat food and toys, and own a couch you don’t mind claws on. I’d like a peaceful, non judgmental space where I can relax and be myself. I am quite independent, though I do like watching tv/movies together at times too for some social time occasionally. The main thing is you are a person whom is easy to get along with, you are flexible and helpful and not passive aggressive and you help with cleaning the main areas and you are willing to close doors behind you so the cats don’t go outside. Windows with security flu screens are a must. I do like taking one of my cats outside on a leash so some greenery around or back yard is needed too. Security and safety of myself and my cats is my top priority. Hoping to find something relatively long term if the fit is right. Prefer going a lease or at least a written agreement signed by you of when me and my cats are moving in as we don’t want to end up homeless during the 30 days notice I’m required to give at my current place. *I do not own a car so needs to be close to a good public transport system. **I have my own furniture including bedroom furniture, fridge, washing machine, recliner. Would prefer a place with storage and queen bedroom (preferably) that is empty so can use my own bedroom furniture. I work from home so I need desk space and fast speed NBN or Cable internet connection.

$285/week•47 year old man
I’m a 47-year-old, easygoing and respectful guy living with two small hypoallergenic dogs who love people (my boy would charm anyone lol) No children or naughty habits. I’m clean, self-reliant, financially responsible and enjoy AFL, basketball, good eats and relaxed nights at home. I’m studying part-time online, on DSP and setting up my small business. I’m looking to team up for a calm, friendly home anywhere north of Melbourne (preferably but open to most areas within 30 minutes drive of the north side) in a 3–4 bedroom place with a little space for my rugrats to sunbake. Happy to contribute $280–$300/week plus utilities. I have some furniture, whitegoods, and a home theatre projector/AV system — perfect for movie nights or watching the footy together. Not much of a drinker and prefer no big parties at home (though I do enjoy a good social catch-up). Open-minded and not fussed on gender or sexuality — just after someone kind, respectful, and ideally a dog lover. Looking for something long-term (12 months+). If I sound like a good match, I’d love to hear from you.

$250/week•25 year old woman
hellooo! I'm Clydie ! I am 25, and a nursing student 🩺 Due to the construction of the metro tunnel, there are several bus replacements on my train line over the next coming months, so I am looking to move out of my current sharehouse before I start clinical placement. My budget is up to $250 per week incl. bills. But the cheaper, the better, of course 🤭 some reasons you'd (hopefully) wanna live with me ! – my mum is a green thumb and has a huge garden which is her pride and joy; so whenever I visit her I can bring back some goodies for my housemates and I! 🌱🌻 – I've been cooking since I was young – and love cooking – so if we do dinner together sometimes I could cook some yummy food. 💃 – I love keeping my own room organised and also appreciate clean shared areas - I have almost 5 years experience in sharehouses. I'm not pedantic about it so don't worry, but I clean up after myself so you won't have to worry about me being messy! 🙆♀️ - I'm quite a bubbly person, so I would love to hang out and spend time with my housemates every now and then. But I also appreciate alone time ☺️ - I am sw, 420 and lgbtq+ friendly ✨️ if you have any questions or think I would fit in a house with you, i would love to hear from you!!
