I’m looking to move to Ballarat for work around the 6th of July. It’s a permanent FT (optometrist) position that I’m moving for, so I am looking for something long term, accommodation wise.
I’m planning to go back home to Melbourne over the weekends, and maybe a weeknight midweek as well.
I like to think I’m a pretty conscientious person and housemate, being respectful of the space and person/people that I live with (I’m 33, and I’ve rented with girls and guys in the past for a good 8 years or so, and so it comes with both age and experience I’d say haha).
I also don't smoke or own pets ….
A little more about me: I moved across the ditch from Auckland, NZ in 2015 for work, and now straya is home! (Although I still haven’t gotten into watching the footie. To be fair, I’ve never watched a full game of rugby in my life either; just not really one for watching sport lol). I’m a fairly extroverted and friendly person, who likes to hang out with the housemates for a chat or a shared meal or board game etc every now and then (or not, if that’s the other’s preference), but also like my own space, and really value a clean, quiet and peaceful home, and friendly and respectful housemates.
