This is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, low-set house with pool. Fig Tree Pocket is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood with a rural feel, despite being relatively close to the CBD, a major shopping complex (Indooroopilly) and public transport. Having your own car is ideal, but not necessary as the bus system is good. The closest train station is Indooroopilly. The bedroom pictured is the smaller of the two options. This room is furnished with plenty of cupboard (built-in) and drawer space. It is a really nice room to sleep in. The other bedroom is also a great room to sleep in, it is unfurnished but does have built-in cupboards. There is covered parking that would suit small/medium sized cars, large cars would need to park on the street.
Brisbane born, gentle giant, introvert (half the time) but with a good sense of humour. Med-High level of cleanliness/tidiness, dependent on who i'm living with, I tend to match my fellow roommate's standards. Dishwasher is a necessity though! Super honest and tolerant. Currently living with some people in Kenmore, and the couple just got married, so are moving out. Moved in with them 4yrs ago, and we are now great friends :) I work part time from home, with a small Mobile Phone repair business. I refurbish phones for sale, and repair customers devices. This means I will have customers visiting the place to drop off, but only once or twice a day on average. I have my own doorbell, and I work in my bedroom. My current housemates have not had any problems with this, and I try to minimise the imposition as much as possible. Near cost price phone repair for fellow housemates is offered in return. :) I play tennis regularly, and volunteer at the tennis club too. Also play volleyball & golf occasionally and like trivia nights. I like playing my PlayStation too when I've got a good game, but I've got my own screen for my room. I like board games, movies, having a beer and chatting occasionally. I love animals, especially dogs (I don't have a pet though).
Hi there! I'm Korii and I'm a 26 year old female currently living in Perth. However I will be moving to Brisbane at the end of November for a new job, which I am super excited about! However this means I am now on the hunt for a place to live. :) I am very friendly, laid back and pretty respectful of people's need for space/privacy. I love good banter and bad jokes. :P As I work full time, I like to keep busy in the weekends - heading outside, keeping active, visiting and exploring new places and trying new things. I'm a huge sports fanatic - love my rugby union in particular. I'm also hoping to check out the Muay Thai/Kickboxing scene when I get to Brizzy. Would love to live with others who are like-minded, somewhat mature (but still likes to have a good time every now and then!), respectful and friendly. Definitely don't mind sharing a meal or two every now and then either - I find cooking a great way to relax over the weekends. Because I am moving from the other side of the country I would prefer a fully furnished bedroom, just to make it a little easier. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
Unfortunately one of our house mates is moving out, so we are looking for someone to move into our awesome pad. The room is one of the biggest in the house lots of storage opens out onto a balcony. Close to motorway and 5min drive to Kenmore shops, off street parking first in first served rule, 15 min drive from The city. You! Someone who is like minded to the house hold and can live easily with others, is respectful of the house and surroundings, doesn't have friends that linger round all the time haha but likes to be social, prefer a girl but guys can apply, also has a job! please send a description of yourself hobbies interests as we are looking for someone long term. And we will get back to you with a time of viewing

Hello! This room is now available for rent at $130 per week, is a 3-5 minute drive to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, and also a 5-10 minute walking distance from the nearest train station. This home is perfect for students or young professionals as it is quite close to UQ Campus, and also easy to travel to the city! Unlimited internet is available and is quite cheap as you are splitting the bill. Your share will be approx $17.50 per month. The room comes unfurnished, but if you need some furniture then mine is yours to keep including my desk, desk chair, TV, TV stand, bed side table, mattress, bed (unassembled) and solid oak chest of drawers all for just $500 :) In immaculate condition, but cheap because I need to rid of it all before I move states.
Looking for all-female house/flat close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'm potentially interested in other areas besides these - further east or north.

I am looking for a place for myself and my very friendly well trained collie. Unfortunately my cleaning puts my cooking to shame but i do enjoy trying. I enjoy a active life but quite easily relax with a beer around bbq

22 year old single male, just recently moving to Brisbane from the sunshine coast. Looking for a room/place in the southern suburbs. I work full-time, I also have a weekend job back on the coast so I wont be home most weekends. I'm a student. I don't smoke, I barely drink, I'm exceptionally clean, and really easy going. I have a perfect rental history. I don't have pets or children but I do love both. Preferrably looking for a place by the 30/10 but can work around an earlier or later date
I'm a very easy going bloke, tidy and clean. I've had a rather diverse life experience: born and raised in Cairns, studied a Bachelor of Science (Ecology and Conservation Biology) in Brisbane, worked in Singapore for my first professional job in the landscaping industry at age 21. I moved from Singapore to Sydney to work as a Bush Regenerator in the Western Sydney region. I've recently been offered a full time position in Brisbane in a scientific company as a Natural Areas Technician. I'm a well spoken individual who recognises boundaries and avoids contention. My ideal place has wooden features (esp. Floors), space, a nice kitchen, natural light and either a veg. patch or community garden nearby. Known for my chefery and humour, I love plants, gardening and animals. Exploring natural landmarks, food and just hanging out on the weekend/down time.

Need someone to rent your student accommodation over Summer? I am a college student who is looking for accommodation in Brisbane over the Summer break so I can continue working. I am an easy going person, who appreciates my own space and would be a considerate person to live with but would be happy to share a room. Please contact me if you think we could make a deal! Thank you, Lucy
We are two friends in our mid-twenties (29 is still mid, right?!), both working full time and relocating from Central Queensland to Brisbane on January 3. Yvette works as a beauty therapist and Aly is in journalism and communications. We have a small dog, a 4-year-old Mini Dachshund named London, who will also be coming along for the ride. We are looking for a third female to live with us in either a house or large townhouse in South Brisbane. The house will be fully furnished, except for your room. We are open to those who would like to be on the lease with us, or not. We are both super friendly, easy-going and love a celebration when one is called for. We are equally as hard-working, health-conscious and sensible when we need to be. In our spare time we love getting outdoors; going to the beach, exercising and hanging out with friends. We would like to live with someone who shares the same mindset as us; who can contribute to the household and get along with the banter, but also respect down-time and is genuinely honest and considerate. Ideally, we would like to live with someone who also works full time. Oh, and you must love dogs (and let's be honest, he'd be upset if he knew we were referring to him as a dog)! It goes down in the DM's - message us for more info! :)
Pretty cruizy gal. I recently graduated from uni studying public relations and media and culture. I currently work for a sustainable fashion label and vintage store in Paddington where i get to meet alot of creatives and be crafty. You'll probably find me at the beach, a gig, a market, cafe or opshop on the regular. I'm pretty independent, clean up after myself and considerate but am always down to hangout, eat good cheese and maybe down some wine on a nice porch couch. Into living sustainably and reducing plastics also!
