Hello, my name is Joshua Petersen and I'm a polite and sociable person who works full-time as a heavy vehicle mechanic. My current lease expires on the 19th of January and am wanting to move preferably on the 11/12th of January. I'm very good at keeping the house clean inside and out. I have my own lawn mower and other gardening equipment and love maintaining the landscape. I have a fair bit of mechanical equipment (not too much) which I will need some storage space in the garage or shed. A tool box and few 100L tubs. Bonus is I can repair or diagnos your motor vehicle with my very extensive knowledge, without the charge of labour (just parts) and will do it to more than a professionals standard (by the book) as I enjoy doing it. I'm single with no pets but absolutely love all pets and wild animals.. I currently own two cars but am trying to sell my 30yo vehicle second as priority calls. I also have a housemate that has not found a place yet and would be honoured if you would consider him as he is 45yo and one of Australia's top swords craftsman who works from home. He is a smart, intuitive and empathetic man who has endless things to offer. I'm happy to meet with you on your preferred time and date to discuss in more detail. Thank you for resding this description

I'm looking for somewhere in the Brisbane area for myself and my 6yr old Kelpie Bessie. I'm 22, and work part time at a cafe. I'm originally from NSW but moved to Queensland 4 years ago for the lovely weather! I have all my own room furniture including kitchen items (I also have a dope little coffee machine which I'm happy to share). I've rented on my own for 2 years and flat-shared for a year with a few different people. I do also have some furniture in storage (couch, fridge, washing machine) that I could bring with me if you wanted! My flatmates are moving in the first week of Jan so I'm now looking for somewhere new Asap! I enjoy going for walks with Bess, yoga, playing xbox games, op-shopping, cooking, road trips to the beach, reading and also volunteer weekly with the RSPCA at Wacol so ideally looking for somewhere not too far of a drive from there. I'm friendly, quiet and clean, and also respectful of personal space. I can be a bit shy at first but once I'm comfortable I love a good chat over a glass of wine! I'd love to find somewhere I could become good friends with my housemates! Bessie is a rescue and as such is very timid to begin with. I hope to find somewhere it's okay for her to stay inside as she is most content to be curled up on my bed when I'm not home, although she often comes with me if I'm not at work. She gets along with dogs of all sizes but unfortunately has a phobia of cats. I'm looking for somewhere with a secure yard as Bess is flighty and if a gate is left open she will bolt and not look back. She is very well toilet trained and I have never had her make a mess inside in the 3 years I've had her. Once she feels comfortable she is very friendly and loves a good pat!

My name is Jo, I am 31 and a Primary School teacher. I have a 3 year old chihuahua, Bambi. Bambi is very friendly and house trained but needs a secure yard because she is tiny. I am clean, I love a tidy house, I am respectful, easy going and get along with everyone. I like keeping active, visiting family on the Gold Coast on weekends and I prefer to cook my own meals. I am looking to rent a room in a quieter share house. Preferably no more than 3 people. I am open to areas, looking mainly in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Mount Ommaney, Riverhills, Westlake, Graceville areas.
One female, required to share early 1950s house with two women. Must be house trained, prepared to share cleaning tasks with other tenants and a non smoker. House is not fancy but has heaps of character and large leafy garden with lots of established trees. It is located in a quiet part of Fig Tree Pocket, close to Lone Pine Sanctuary and extensive Park Lands along the Brisbane River. The main living areas are modestly furnished. One bedroom is available. It is not furnished but has two built in robes that give generous storage. All tenants are asked to mow lawns close to house as required. Mower provided. If you have no car, a regular bus service is close by with access to the City or Indooroopilly Shopping Town. Fig Tree Pocket has no shops but there are diverse services available in neighbouring Kenmore, Indooroopilly and Jindalee. NBN available but you will need to provide your own router. Room is available for about 6 months.
Come January I will be a full-time HPE Teacher in the Western Suburbs and a football coach in the Northern Suburbs, so I am looking for a quiet place in-between. I enjoy going to gigs, listening to music, and getting around the sporting scene. Due to coaching and work, I'll only really be home in the late afternoons and night, then gone all day, so you basically don't have me there. I'm looking for somewhere that I can go about my business, whilst having a good chat with the flatmate providing a respectful sharehouse.
I'm a final year Electrical Engineer Student at UQ and working part time. I like quiet and my own space to study but also enjoy hanging out for a drink. I like to build all sorts of things so you might find me in the garage most days.
Hello, I'm Zac, I am 27. I'm very tidy and also meticulous about cleanliness, very respectful of other people's personal space and property. I am a quiet individual but I also like the opportunity to be social and indulge in a cheeky pint of beer every now and then.
I run an Educational Design team at UQ. I have lived and worked in 5 states of Australia and spent 4 years overseas. I enjoy travelling, nature, walking, tennis and cooking. Looking for a clean home with an outlook, either a view or pleasant yard. Happy to share cooking although mainly pescatarian. I like privacy but happy to chat as little or as much as house chums like. Looking for 3 month to longer term share house.
