I'm clean, friendly and sociable, and would love to live with people who want a home rather than a party house. I like have a chat whilst making dinner, or a catch up over a few wines on the weekend, but I'm also respectful of personal space and enjoy time alone.

I love animals, so furry friends are always an added bonus (also fine with them being in the house).

I'd prefer to have my own bathroom if possible, as well as some storage space in a garage / shed for boxes and gardening equipment. I also have kitchen and laundry appliances if needed.

Flexible with stay length, preferably at least 6 months.

Having lived with lots of different people over the years, I've found that it's best to live with people who want a similar vibe in the home. I'm looking for someone who is kind, considerate, values open communication and wants a peaceful, happy environment. I'm past the stage of wanting to deal with sinks full of dirty dishes, chasing up bills or having to ask other people to contribute to basic household tasks - I'd like to live with someone who knows how to adult and keep shared spaces clean (nothing over-the-top, just basic cleanliness).
