Easy going, friendly and a social person with a sense of humour. Though I mostly keep it to myself , I do like a little chat at times and binge watching Netflix series. Have been a uni Adelaide student and now with a full time work, have been in Australia for more than 4 years now, so have a wide range of experiences (in a positive way) living in a share house. Please message me to know more and I would be more than happy to take the chat further

The best thing about this place is the location; 5 mins drive to Norwood, 10 to the city and 5min to unisa magill campus in the other direction. The house isn’t flash, but it’s wonderfully spacious. Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what you would prefer 😊 We are looking for others who are a similar age range (20-35). We like to keep it fairly quiet of a weeknight so it would be great if you did to 😊 having said that I am always up to share a wine or dinner. We are looking for housemates who are responsible, funny and happy to do their share of the dishes. Internet is not included in the rent but will be available. All other bills are also additional 😊 Rooms will be available from early feb

I work full-time-time and currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science at UniSA. I'll be fairly busy studying most nights or in front of the telly binge watching Netflix. I love coffee, the beach and enjoy having a chat over a glass of wine. I'm an outgoing kind of person but also enjoy my alone time. Interests: Reading, going to the gym, spending time with friends and catching up with family. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
Hey all. I work at an Accounting firm. Generally, keep to myself but would be up for a chat. I like things clean and tidy but not a neat freak as such.

Hi, we are a travelling Serbian-Swiss couple based mostly in Barcelona, Spain. We are coming to Adelaide as I (Jelena) have been invited to do a research stay at the University of South Australia. We are both freelancers and we have our own businesses. I'm an e-learning specialisit and Adres is a stock market investor. We are quite active, like to walk a lot, do cultural activities, travel, dance salsa, cook and eat amazing food. We're looking for a very comfortable bed, this is our first priority. We'd like to live with clean, tidy and respectable people, regardless of their age. Looking forward to meeting you!
Rent and energy bills are cheap, and unlimited wifi is included in the rent. The house is in St Morris, which is a friendly, quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes east of the city, 10 minutes from Morialta and Mt lofty and near to some lovely eateries and cafes. There are also two bus stops at each end of the street which go straight to the CBD. The room available is huge, with enough room for a queen sized bed, desk, cupboard and shelves. It will not be pre-furnished, and does come with air conditioning. The house is spacious and well lit, has a huge share fridge and is fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances which we share. You will have your own space in the pantry and there is heaps of extra storage space around the house and in the garage. The backyard is huuuge and there is so much room for activities!
A lovely townhouse close to the shops and public transport, multiple gyms nearby, down the road from The Parade, Norwood and close to the city. There is an ADSL connection available in the room for rent, I just use my phone data for the internet :) evaporative air con upstairs where the bedrooms are.
I live elsewhere (miles out). Just need somewhere to sit 3days per wk (Sun-Tues: 8am-8pm) / be able to cook lunch when am in town for work. Somewhere safe for my 2xchihuahuas to sit when i have to go off to meetings. I go home down south of an evening to be with partner take my dogs with me. I am very clean and tidy as are my two chi's.
Hi, I'm looking to find a room, not too fussed about the house. I am pretty social but also don't mind my own space. Work quite a lot during the week. Have previously lived alone and also with room mates.
I have great references, and plenty of share house experience. I am pretty easy going, like to socialise but enjoy my own space as well. Hobbies include learning foreign languages and reading. Clean, tidy and respectful of the house I'm living in. Main requirement is a stable internet connection as I sometimes work from home as a software engineer. Outdoor hobbies include bike riding and fire dancing. Definitely not one to stay inside watching TV all day - I'm usually off trying to learn some obscure skill or 'nother.
I’m a Professional manager. I’m fairly relaxed about life, but don’t want a party house. Work is reasonably consuming so I’m gone most of the day. I'm clean and tidy but not a neat freak. Opinion on my sense of humour is divided, me I’d say well - crafted and honed, others may suggest slightly warped. I‘m partial to a glass of red or more and don’t mind a chat.
CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP ...........get in early at a good price for the next Uni year. International Students welcome. We have a double size fully furnished room available for one person only. It is a very comfortable room in a quiet, older style non-smoking home with many inclusions and is similar to Homestay style accommodation but without food supplied. It just needs you and your luggage. We have a video of the property we can send to you if you are interested. INCLUDED in the rent are ALL bills (Electricity, Gas & Water) and unlimited Telstra BigPond Cable internet (fastest). The home is very cool in summer as all rooms have ducted air-conditioning (including bedrooms) and faucet/filtered drinking water is freely available. Cleaning of common areas, carpet and gardening is included. We are located 4klm east of the City. The bus enters directly into North Terrace/Adelaide Uni/UNISA City East campus from Stop 10 on Magill Road and takes about 15mins to get into the City in off-peak times. This B10 bus is also on the direct route to UNISA Magill campus via Magill Road which would also take about 15mins. We have accommodated overseas students from many different countries over the last 15 years. At this price for what is offered and the location we are looking for someone for twelve months or longer but would consider a shorter term for the right person (minimum six months/short term rates would apply). Someone who is quiet, clean and respectful would be great.
I work in a Hospital full time, and casually work in events on the side. I am looking to get a place by around mid-November that is possibly pet-friendly, as I want to get a doggo at some point. I have the house necessities, such as a washing machine, couches, fridge (If it fits) etc. I dabble in writing music as a singer/songwriter, and love a good beer on the weekend. I am a happy, sociable, respectful and clean guy! Happy for you to be locked away in your room or to be having some friends over. Let me know if it sounds like you could be a good team-up!
I work full time as a vet nurse and have a super friendly 6 year old Golden Retriever called Bill. He’s a retired Autism Assistance Dog so he is well behaved around the house and usually comes to work with me or goes to my parents’ house. I love wine, Pilates and eating at new places. I’m easy going, clean, and very respectful, and would love to share with someone similar (and who likes dogs)!
