Hey there! One of my housemates has moved out into another joint and so we're looking for someone new! It's a bigger place than the photos do justice - the room itself is a queen sized room, it comes unfurnished and has built in wardrobes and a full length mirror. The house itself is fully furnished with free Netflix on a big TV. The bathroom is shared with one other guy, as I have my own en-suite to use. You'll be sharing with with two people; I'm a 26 year old who working full time and usually am out and about with friends or just relaxing to a drink or two at the end of a long day. The other person is a 35 year old male who's currently studying and working also. We're a chilled out household looking for someone who is tidy and considerate and doesn't mind a chat over a drink on the weekend or even a cheeky wine here and there. If you'd like to come and see the house or see more photos, feel free to send me a message! Looking forward to hearing from you To add: - Bills can be all included in the rent for $175/W total (electricity, gas, water, internet, & gardening) - Two separate living areas - No pets allowed, sorry
If you are looking for a house to call home come and check our amazing place out! With a very large kitchen, bathroom and great living areas it is my idea of the perfect share home. It has been well renovated and is in a peaceful street with public transport near by and street parking if you have a car. We have fig, olive, mandarine, orange and lemon trees! Four chooks, a couple dogs and plenty of space to hang a hammock. We are a new share house looking for the right third person We are after someone who has a stable job, is clean and tidy and will be happy to get out in the garden with us!
Hey, I'm Ryan. I'm pretty easy going and happy to adapt to the house norms. I study Occupational Therapy and in my spare time I'm usually doing yoga, meditation, BJJ, watching documentaries or comedies, going for long walks or hanging with friends. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
I am a friendly, outgoing, clean (mostly) person. I am easy to live with, I don't throw a lot of parties, take drugs or smoke. I have one small cat who is both indoors and outdoors. I'd prefer to live in the eastern suburbs (as I work in the city and study in Magill), but am also willing to look else where.
Hey there! I'm Hannah, I've just finished uni and I'm moving from Geelong, Vic, to be close to my family in Adelaide. I've got a part time job lined up already but I aim to have full time employment ASAP. I like spending time with people, having a chat and generally hanging out, but I also like having my own space, so I'll respect yours! I make a lot of handmade knit and sewn things in my own time, so chances are if I'm not at work I'll be sitting somewhere in the house making something. If you have any indoor pets, I will try my hardest to get them to hang out with me in my room at all hours. My past experiences in sharehouses have always been great, so I'm looking forward to meeting some great Adelaidians... Adelaidens... Adelaidites... people, soon!
I am a part-time teacher and SSO. I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before so i am quite familiar with household courtesy. I like to socialise, go on hikes and enjoy a casual catch up with a drink or two.. looking forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
I'm an easy going 25 year old, who is just looking at living close to her work. I love my sport, a movie, a couple of beverages on the weekend and to seek adventure. Cooking is something I do enjoy to do, and I'm a little OCD when it comes to cleaning. Hahaha.
I'm a final year law student at Adelaide looking for a social household with a laid-back atmosphere. It goes without saying that I know how to respect others' personal space. Looking for flexible length of stay but will probably stay till the end of the year. Do let me know if you have anything close to north east corner of CBD. Furnished room + Parking essential.
I currently work part time around 25 hours a week and I am studying my degree in economics at Adelaide university. Looking for new accomodation as currently living in the hills and looking for something closer to work and uni I am friendly and easy to get along with and enjoy going out, however I do appreciate alone time and spend a fair amount of time gaming and binging netflix. Smoking household (outside) preffered.
The pictures of the house show it in a just moved in kinda state. This share house will suite the discerning and considerate yet social and interesting housemates who want to contribute to a functional and friendly share house. Basically the second room is a big room that might suit someone wanting more privacy. It has its own A/C , sink and even a wood heater (BYO wood). There's no dedicated bathroom for that space so you still have to come inside BUT there is a second toilet next to the laundry. The house is very large with different spaces which can accommodate social activities as well as quiet times. There are outdoor spaces, fruit trees and even a chicken run. I'm hoping to negotiate with the landlord to get 1 or 2 chickens so that we can have fresh eggs. The plan that I've uploaded should give an idea of the layout of the house. The kitchen is substantial in size with reasonably modern appliances and will have a large table and chairs for dining. The lounge will have comfortable furnishings and be a good space to retreat. The bathroom is large and functional and freshly painted throughout.
I am independant, have travel stories from Japan, England and Eastern Europe. I like fireplaces. Allergic to cats. I have a pet turtle in a tank. Looking for an unfurnished room. I have a Bachelor in Social Science, Psychology Honours and Diploma in Education. Work as a relief teacher, looking for contract work. Love Tai chi and Buddhism.
Hi everyone! So I am looking to move into a new place, as the lease for my current place is running out in July. I would prefer to stay somewhere that has a lease of at least 12 months, but am okay with a 6 month lease. I would also prefer to live in an all female house, as this is just what I am used to. I work part time as a youth counsellor, and have graduated from Psychology, Social Work and Addictions Counselling degrees at university. I also tutor university students when I get the time in between my counselling job. I am a bright and bubbly person, who is easy to get along with. I enjoy talking to housemates and catching up at the end of the day, but I do like to have my own space as well. I like going out partying every now and then, but not all the time. I enjoy reading, tv shows, music (I have a record player, love to collect records) and I am obsessed with cooking, so can certainly whip up some yummy meals to share! Love a good wine and cheese movie night. I love animals, so would be more than happy to move into a home with pets. I also love gardens, so a place with a garden would be awesome!! I am looking to move somewhere not too far from the city, and with easy access to public transport, as I do not have a car at the moment.
Hello future flatmates! I'm Stephen, 26, gay. I love a good book, gaming, writing, cooking, and heading out to see a gig or performance. I've recently deferred from my Bachelor of Arts degree and now I'm just a plain ol' job-seeker. Mostly just after somewhere cozy, close to the city, and affordable to spent a year while I sort my life out, but friendly housemates are a huge plus. I'm a clean, introverted person, but I'm also comfortable with hanging out and getting to know everyone, too. I'm queer friendly, a non-smoker, with no pets, and generally a pretty agreeable kind of guy. In terms of "stuff", I have a couch set, television cabinet, and a treadmill that are all in pretty good nick and I'm happy to contribute them towards household use. Otherwise, just let me know, and gumtree can take care of it. Hope to hear from you soon!
