I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .

Hello! My name is Kara and my housemates and I are looking for someone to join our home as our current housemate is moving to NZ. We are all friendly and sociable although not a party house. We work professional hours and are out most days. The house has all modern features such as heating/cooling, alarm system, outdoor entertaining area etc. The house is fully furnished including the room available (although can be unfurnished if needed). The room is a good size and has built in robes. Main bathroom is directly opposite and is shared with one other. Close to Norwood and the city. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk as is Coles supermarket. Goodlife gym is a 3 minute drive and Anytime Fitness is a 5 minute drive. Feel free to send me an email if you're interested.
Very easy going and friendly, education student at Magill Uni SA. I like having friends over a fair bit however I am very respectful in regards to noise etc. I think everyone needs to pitch in to keep common areas clean, and work together to make it a nice home. Very respectful of privacy but also looking for likeminded people that are happy to sit down and have a chat every now and then. I would prefer my own bathroom but understand that can be hard to find! I would prefer to find 1 or 2 housemates to find a new house together, but am flexible!
I work full time so rarely home during the weekdays. I am in stable, full time employment of 6 years . I spend a lot of weekends out of the house surfing, running or riding. I love keeping fit. I am clean and keep to myself (will of course say hello and how was your day etc etc) , not into parties, and I don't smoke. I have no kids. I have owned my previous place so I understand about respecting personal items and space etc. I would like a room to myself where I can store a small amount of furniture and would prefer my own bathroom. I would like to rent a room in the Modbury area as it's convenient being close to my work or alternatively near the western beaches as I love the sea.. I would like bills and Internet included so hassle free. I have a car so would prefer a safe neighbourhood or driveway to park in. I have also lived in Adelaide for 30 years...gone to school and Uni here, so not your typical Sri Lankan...very Aussie.
Any Area East, South preferred, happy to move further away from the city, clean and non-smoker, drug free, alcohol occasionally, non interfering, single, happy to help around house work, walking, like to travel, looking for 3 months plus.
Looking for a place in a share house, less than a half hours bike ride from Adelaide's CBD (<10km). I'd love to move into a fairly social and easygoing place, but I also understand the need for a bit of quiet time. I'm clean and tidy, and more than happy to chip in with jobs around the house. I work part time at the Adelaide Central Markets, and I study medicine at UofA. If you've got a place available let me know; ready to move in whenever you are.
We are a quite and easy-going couple, studying for master degrees in Adelaide in the next two years. We prefer a stable and cozy environment to live and we are willing to help others. We can cook traditional Chinese food, so if you are a big fan of Chinese cuisine or you are just looking forward to kind roommates, please contact us
The house is large with plenty of open space. Located in a prime location in between Glynburn and Portrush rd, across the road from a deli, with a H33 (goes through town) bus stop literally in front of the house, ideal for students at Adelaide Uni as well as UniSA Magill campus which is a short 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk! It is also a shorter than 5 minute drive to Firle plaza (kmart and coles) as well as Marden shopping centre. The house has a chill relaxed vibe and the two house mates are easy to get along with and very welcoming. The available bedrooms are numbers 3 ,4 and 5 (as seen on the blueprint). Bedroom 3 is the largest. The lease ends early October.

I'm a 19 year old student in my fourth year of Uni and am looking to move to Adelaide for my final year. I don't mind having some fun but also don't like things getting too untidy. I can cook and won't complain when housework needs to be done.
It isn't just a house it's a home. Inviting. Peaceful. Clean. You have your own room with built in mirrored wardrobes and your own bathroom. The area is desirable, close to the city, close to Norwood. The home has a spacious lounge room, nice size kitchen for those who like to cook, private dining room for those who like to entertain and comes fully furnished. Feel free to bring your own bedroom items, but otherwise, I have you covered!
Hey there! As one of my current housemates is moving in with her friend, I'm looking for a new person to join myself and my other housemate from the beginning of March. The room (only slightly different to the photo above) has built in wardrobes and a full length mirror - it's unfurnished with the house being fully furnished. The bathroom is shared with another girl, as I have my own en-suite to use. You'll be sharing with with two people; I'm a 25 year old professional working full time - I enjoy fitness and socialising and coming home after work to relax and occasionally watch Netflix. The other person is a 24 year old female, professional working full time, also. We're a chilled out household looking for someone who is tidy and considerate, and doesn't mind a chat over a drink on the weekend or even a cheeky wine here and there It's in a great location with Magill Uni within walking distance, less than a minute to the Firle shopping centre, plenty of eateries around and only 10 mins drive from the city and a bus stop near by. If you'd like to come and see the house or see more photos, feel free to send me a message! Looking forward to hearing from you Bills all included in rent for $175/W (electricity, gas, water & internet) House fully furnished Queen size room (easily fits a queen size bed) Built in robes Two separate living areas No couples please No pets allowed, sorry
Hi there! I'm fun loving, easy going and easy to get along with. I've lived in shared accommodation before and enjoyed spending time with others and independently. I'm a new professional working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. I do have a cat, however I have friends/family who can care for him in the event I am unable to have him with me. I'm an active person who is currently on a lifestyle change which includes weekly hikes - I always love company! I do have a whole house worth of furniture, so I am able to bring somethings with me if needed, if not I'll be putting my belongings into storage (unless there's storage on the property). I would love the opportunity to meet and have a chat about being your new house mate!
Hi, I'm Kris, If you want a stable, sensible, neat housemate, who is an excellent cook and mixer of exemplary cocktails, look no further. I run my own business, whilst studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience full time. This keeps me quite busy and has me sequestered in front of a screen or book, and out of trouble for much of the day. I don't play loud music, and late, raucous nights are something that you do not need to worry about. If there is a shed or space available for my tools, I would be very happy, but it is not essential... just preferable. I am a capable gardener and handyman. I am looking for an unfurnished room, big enough to fit a queen double, I will also need room for a desk and a metric tonne of books... I may be exaggerating a little... maybe. Complimentary bonuses that come with my residence: Tools and someone who knows how to use them Regular kitchen knife sharpening Costco Membership Jar opening and top shelf reaching services The understanding ear of a professional counsellor Free cocktail making lessons A free set of steak knives! * One, maybe two housemates would be great**, I am, however, allergic to drama, gangstas, regular illicit drug users, people who throw their phones, angry drunks, and bees*** If this all works for you, and you are on the eastern side of Adelaide, within a stone's throw of Magill Rd, I look forward to hearing from you *While stocks last. **Furry housemates don't count towards the total. Especially dogs. Bring on the puppies. *** Actually I'm not really allergic to bees, I quite like them... and their sweet sweet honey.
Great location, easy access to public transport which is pretty much a 10 - 15 min bus ride to the city!! Great outdoor area, air-conditioning/heating. Waiting for internet but once its installed its unlimited! The room available is very big, a queen sized bed can be supplied or unfurnished. I would like to find a person who participates in the running of my home, this includes cleaning and gardening. (The gardening and lawns are done professionally every 3 weeks) but it needs watering and leaves picked up ect in between. There is also a work area available in the shed or storage which is secured behind a locked up carport.
Living with 3 housemates, 2 males 1 female, all young professionals in a large house with two living areas. House is modern and fully furnished except for the room, room does include built in double wardrobe with mirror. House also has air conditioning/heating. No pets & prefer non-smoker. You are 5 mins from the Parade, 7 mins from the CBD, on a direct bus route. Rent $160 p/w + utilities Bond $880
Hey there. Looking for a potential roomie to rent one of the unfurnished rooms in this home. There will be one bedroom free used as a spare or a study if needed. I'm a 26 year old female professional. I'm quiet, clean and respectful. I like my solitude and privacy, but also up for a social chat whenever. Would preferably like someone between the age of 20-35 who likes living with a dog, even a potential roomie who has a dog of their own. About the room: there's two to choose from, both can comfortably fit and suit a double bed. One of them could possibly fit a queen. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops and the gym. Bills will be 50/50 (electricity and gas only) and 50/50 cable, very fast internet. I have most necessities (aka washing machine, fridge, toaster). Hit me up if you're interested!
We are looking for a house or room that is modern and spacious with a decent sized kitchen. When we find the accomodation that will be perfect for us and we were hoping that we could take it for a 3 month lease with the option to renew for another 3-7 months based on Tiff's University. We are both down to earth and really simple to get a long with.. and fun! Tiff studies Law and I am a property developer and entrepreneur migrating from NZ. I'd like to say that we would take the place without looking at it, we are keen to nail something down and I know that anyone would enjoy living with us, we are clean, friendly, fun and respectful. Talk soon! Jamie & Tiff
Moving from Sydney to Adelaide in the next week or so due to work opportunity. Would love to live with someone who's happy to spend some time helping me to get to know the new sights and sounds. Fun, 21, polite, driven, sociable young male originally from a country area. Plenty of hobbies so am not a complete couch potato: skateboards, surfing, music etc Lived in share accommodation for past four years as a student and enjoyed it. Have lived with slightly older people before as well as students. All options considered. Would like to live with students or people 20-28 or there about. Would prefer a place close to the coast, but will be working in the Norwood area. Close parking would be a benefit. Happy to provide social media and have a Skype chat or similar if interested.
I'm a 22yo final year law student at Adelaide. Jamie (24yo) is moving from Auckland, will be working full-time in property development. Both have rented before so we know how to be sociable but also respectable to others' personal space. We are clean, open-minded and love good coffee. Please let me know if you have anything close to the Adelaide Uni.
My name is Jonathon and I'm currently entering my third year at uni studying Journalism and International relations at UniSA. I have had 18 months experience living in share houses so I am clean and considerate. I work in a busy cafe in the city and will always pay my rent on time. I enjoy being social and will love having chats with my housemates and meeting new people over a drink or two or some good food! :D I also enjoy my down time and am looking for housemates who won't get offended if I want to spend a lot of time in my room. Let me know if you have a room available! :D
Hi I'm Claire (in the white hat the other girl is my twin and my best friend), I am 19 year old female and working full time. I am very clean and very house proud wherever i am. I like to be tidy and stress free, happy to share cleaning duties and pull my weight. I play lots of sports, go hiking and hang with my friends in my spare time. Enjoy going out on weekends and being active but also like a little bit of down time, watch some Netflix. Wanting to move into an all female house if possible. In no rush to move out urgently but if i find the right house mates and home I'm ready to move. Be great if you have a dog, love dogs.
We are Sunnny and Jenna. We come from Hong Kong. This is my second time to Adelaide. We prefer to stay 1 year. We like to keep the environment clean and comfort. Our flatmate said we are nice and they would like to live with us. We can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. We are now at Hong Kong. We will reach at 20/02/2017. Hope we can live with you. Cheers =)
This upstairs two bedroom unit is ten minutes from the city. There is a shared swimming pool and a supermarket across the road which opens again after midnight. It is behind a bp and the service sa building. The room is painted pink however the Landlord will not let me paint it. I have an indoor female cat named Lilu. Shes great. I have wi-fi which is $35 a month and the unit is close to Magill Uni. If you smoke it would preferred to be outside.
Hi! I'm Yihan Fu (that's my full name, you know how to find my detailed information and contact with me haha), a female student in University College London, like reading, opera, soccer (Liverpool and AC Milan!), and beach. Respect each other's space, but glad to enjoy beer, dinner and chatting with my roommate. Seeking a room in a house with ONLY ONE housemate. I am quite and no party, so hope you are the same ^ ^ NOTE: I can move at the end of next Feb. So if you do not want to wait... sorry ^ ^ Pls contact me if you are interested. Cheers, Yihan
Hi, I am looking for an easy going house to share. I am a vet nurse and have and have a small, old cattle dog x with 3 legs. Mav is quiet and very tidy and respectful. So am I. We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
Hello my name is Amalia. I am a support worker for young people in care. I have a cat called luna who is well loved. I consider myself to be a social person who is mature and caring. I have a creative artistic side. I am pretty down to earth and clean. I have been living out of home for 10 years in share houses so I have a lot of experience. Please don't hesitate to ask me questions as I am very open and honest.
Hi, I'm Sophie, I'm looking for someone to move into my family's flat in Klemzig with me. Due to current tenants, I'm unable to make a listing at the moment, as I'm unable to take pictures. The flat is fully furnished and priced at $125, although negotiating a price that includes bills is ideal. About me, I'm an independent, country girl who loves to spend time and socialise with others, however, I do enjoy having my own space and time to myself. I am a very organised and clean individual who gets along well with others and enjoys getting out with friends. I'm a very easy going, considerate and non-confrontational person. I play netball, however I play for my home town in the country (about 2 hours north of Adelaide) so most weekends I won't be home. If you're at all interested in the flat, flick me a message and I can pass on some mot details!
Hi, my name is Haleigh and I'm currently living in Klemzig. I am looking for someone to move in with me, but have had no luck so far, only time wasters. As a backup plan, I would happily move in with others. I have furniture and appliances, but can negotiate some or all going into storage. I have a small house-trained indoor or outdoor dog (a pug) and a very relaxed and quiet 8 year old cat. I work/study 6 days a week, am quiet and don't smoke. I'm a casual drinker, don't do any drugs. I would prefer an air conditioned room, but as it's going into winter it's not a huge issue. Please feel free to contact me, I'm very friendly!
Moving from Brisbane with work. I'm fairly quiet, tidy and respectful of others' space. My interests are trailbike and adventure riding, off roading, reading, playing cards. Will need garage / secure parking for my 2 motorbikes...
I'm laid back, approachable, friendly, clean, low maintenance, and always pay bills/rent on time. I'm from the United States and going to be working in Adelaide starting in April. For the past three years I've been living with friends and working in Atlanta, Georgia. I enjoy going out for drinks, live music, hitting the beach, traveling and meeting new people.
On a holiday at the moment. Needing a place when I get back :) I'm friendly and open, I like to go out once or twice (as you know, I'm still young hehe) but apart from that, I am independent and I work part time as a waitress. Would love to meet a great roommate.
Hey! My name is Jack and I'm moving from Brisbane to Adelaide to start a new job working in the financial sector! I am a fun guy who likes to have a nice glass of red after work, along with a home cooked meal (and the occasional UberEats for the lazy days). I am not a party person at all, but I do enjoy having a good drink with some friends. I am moving down with my best friend, Taco - who is a 2 year old black pug. She loves people and is pretty much the embodiment of a lazy cat... She's still fun though! I am looking for either a room in an existing house or to start up a new share house. I don't know anything about Adelaide so I am very open to all locations! Please feel free to message me if you want to live together :)
