The apartment's on La Trobe Street really close to Elizabeth Street, Melbourne Central, Flagstaff Gardens, train station and the 58 tram. In front of the city circle tram. 10 minutes to Queen Victoria Market, the list goes on but you get the idea. The place is split into two levels and has 3 bedrooms (and they all have windows which apparently is a big thing in the city) and 2 bathrooms (1 room and bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs). Kitchen, dining area and living room are upstairs. Comes with a washing machine and dryer (which are in the bottom bathroom). All bills, unlimited internet etc. are included. Additional fees may apply for two people staying in the room for extra energy bills and water usage.
