Anica
$400/week•22 year old woman
I’m an international student with a part time job in early 20s. I’m easy going and clean. I lived with a same roommate for more than 3 years together with no issues respecting each other and we had a great time. I respect my roommates’ boundaries based on what they prefer, I’m down to hangout or give them space I respect it either way.

Hi! I’m Isaac, 23, and I’m moving to Melbourne from the UK on the 1st of September. I’m a respectful, tidy and easygoing guy. I enjoy socialising and would love to hang out or grab drinks but I also respect personal space and quiet time. I’m responsible when it comes to bills, I work full-time and I live a balanced lifestyle so I’m reliable and easy to get along with. If you think we’d be a good fit to team up I’d love to hear from you! 🙏🏼 I’ve listed 6 months as my preferred stay but am totally flexible to extend if the vibe and circumstances feel right.

Hey! My names Alice and I’m moving interstate, preferably around mid September. I’m looking for an easygoing place that values cleanliness and respects each other’s space and downtime, but also enjoys the occasional shared meal or movie night. A bit about me — I’m moving down from Canberra and already have a part-time barista job lined up in Melbourne. I love spending time outdoors and checking out new cafés and bakeries. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me hiking, bouldering, watching the footy, or catching a gig. I’m also really into cooking, especially for friends Keen to have a chat, so I look forward to hearing from you 😊

Madeline
$275/week•38 year old woman
Hey there…..I’m Maddie🤗 I would love to team up with another female and sign a new lease together. Open to rooms in an already established household though. I had to move back into my family home, due to not being able to find another rental in time. I don’t think it was in my favour that I was applying by myself. So, now I’m taking a different approach and trying to find the housemate first😊 It would be great to look at places together and then apply. I had been looking at two bedroom units/townhouses up to $550 per week, with a small backyard. Currently, I have all household furniture. So, you would just need your bedroom furniture👍🏻 A little about me…… I am 38 years old, single and I don’t have any children. I do come with the most adorable and intelligent (obviously I’m biased🤣) 2 year old Cavoodle. She is my absolute world. She is toilet trained and crate trained. She is well behaved (most of the time, she does have a turd streak💩), doesn’t shed and doesn’t normally bark (except at animals on tv🤦🏻♀️) She will happily give you cuddles and kisses and would never say no to a game of fetch🥰 She would solely be my responsibility. I work as a visual merchandiser Monday- Friday, typically 9-5pm with the occasional early start. When I’m not working, I’m a bit of a home body. In my spare time you’ll find me being creative, bingeing a series, exploring with Maisie or catching up with friends and family. I’m a very considerate, honest and kind person, who can communicate well. Communication is key to be able to live in a happy and comfortable household. I love being around others, but also appreciate my own downtime. I like to think I’m an easy going person, except when it comes to cleanliness. I’m an extremely clean and tidy person and I enjoy a clutter free environment. It’s important to me that I live with someone who also holds these similar values. If you’d think we’d be a good fit please reach out. Talk soon x

Taygan
$180/week•29 year old woman
Hello, I'm Taygan (She/Her)😊 I am studying remedial massage, I teach circus casually, and am on centrelink. I have been living in Melbourne in sharehouses for eight years now! I enjoy my own space and company, and tend to keep to myself because I need time to recuperate from the day. Once I am comfortable with the people I live with I might spend a bit more time in communal spaces, however I need space and time to adjust and get used to all the newness (people, places, rules etc.). I like having housemate dinners occasionally, and really enjoy cooking for my friends and family (housemates included), so if you're up for some communal house bonding over food and drinks, I'd be very happy to join and make food for it. House board game nights and other social activities would be nice too!🌻🌸✨️ I like living in clean and organised spaces. It makes me happy. I would prefer to go into a place that has a cleaning roster (or is willing to start one when I join), as I find that when people clean when they want to, the job isn't evenly spread. I also like having the instruction of knowing what I have to get done in the week. I would also appreciate having a regular house meeting where everyone can share what is and isn't working for them, and we can all work together to find solutions to create a more pleasant living space for everyone😊 I enjoy doing yoga, and a bunch of crafty things, and love having greenery in my living space. I have a few plants although I'm still on a learning journey of the best ways to look after them all. Would also love to create or help out with a veggie patch! Art is a major part of my life, and I love immersing myself in arts events (and activities etc.) of all sorts🌻🤸🏻♀️🤹♀️🎨🎭🌸🌈✨️ I would really like to live with inclusive, artistic, thoughtful, and environmentally friendly people, who are open, proactive, and honest communicators. I don't smoke and would prefer to live in a smoke free home. I am queer, polyamorous, suspected neurodivergent, and I speak Spanish (although I'm a bit out of practice lately). I would like to move ASAP, and would really like to find a place to settle down for a few years, as I have moved a lot recently and would like to stop! Depending on rent price/bond, I may be able to move earlier (or later if you have a room and house vibe that suits). Let's have a chat!😊

Holly
$250/week•20 year old woman
Hiya I’m Holly! :) I am a student from Cardiff University moving to Melbourne for around 10 months to complete an ecology research course at Melbourne University. I am originally from England but have lived in Wales for the last 2 years whilst completing a biological sciences degree. I am looking to move early-mid October. I spend some of my time playing the guitar and drums (drums will be left in UK so don't worry). I also love to talk music and appreciate album recommendations. I like to go and watch live music and am always up to see a band play. I'm always up to go out and explore places, especially with my limited time in the city. I do like some time at home chilling out and reading. I’d like a house what’s nice and friendly. I am clean and respect the space I live in. Open to existing house shares and also teamups (think thats what they're called) of people moving at similar time
