I'm fairly social and love meeting new people but I am usally at work all day (incl.weekends sometimes), so would not be home very much. Looking for a quiet place, close to my office (Cremone/Richmond area). I'm clean, tidy, organised & and very easy going. I'm a clear communicator, very respectful of people's space & boundaries and I try to always be considerate. My interests are physics, AI, neuroscience, art, history but I like meeting people from all walks of life. Beyond the general nerdiness, I sketch/paint and I used to really enjoy tinkering with cars & motorbikes. I get along with pretty much anyone/I'm not super fussy, as long as it's not too wild especially on work nights and people are respectful etc. Walking distance would be the primary criteria, convenience to the office etc. Would be staying either 3-6 months, or long term 1yr+ if it's the right vibe.
