Large house in quiet suburb. Spacious kitchen, dining and living areas. Close proximity to shopping centre and recreational facilities, short distance to city, beaches and UWA. Parking and public transport access. Air Conditioned
Working as a nanny & child care worker. Have some flexibility on move in date. Able to pay 2 weeks advance. Clean and tidy, reliable and friendly. References available if needed. Need to be close to public transport as I don't have a car yet. I clean up after myself, love to cook and socialise, have a chat. A good sized kitchen would be nice as I like to cook for others and for fun. I'm friendly, like to have a laugh. Need accommodation for at least 3-6 months with some flexibility. Preference to inner Perth suburbs or north of the river close to the cbd, would like a nice house, clean and kept tidy, in a nice area and friendly people who like to have a laugh and socialise sometimes. I don't mind cats or dogs if you have them. Preference to share bathroom with only one other person or my own bathroom, either works for me and bathroom in great condition.
I am a super cuddly ball of fun! I'm 19 but most people mistake me for 15 - but that's okay BECAUSE when I get excited I seem 15 anyway! I am an EXCELLENT cheap wine drinker (love a good glass or four of passion pop), though I do enjoy my double blacks and a solid spirit here and there. I am an avid beerpong/slap cup/drinking game enthusiast - though my shit fine motor skills and shaky hands mean I am not as good as I like to proclaim. I am very pro-sleep!!! sleep is food for the soul oh my goodness! !!! I'm not much of a party gal BUT if you give me a bit of a warning ( like 3-4 days bc anxiety) I will TURN UP in the club/bar/whatever!! ummm I am a second year psych student at UWA. I'll hopefully be doing honours and then masters and PhD - so looking for a stable place to live!!! I am a neat freak and often stress-clean (see this is good for you). I will clean my room then I will clean the kitchen then vacuum the house and sanitise life. (I hate germs) (so much). Dirty bathrooms (in terms of dirt/hair/dust/other yuck stuff on the floor/in the shower/IN THE AIR/anywHERE) are my pet peeve - I will be so uncomfortable and distressed that I won't use that room!!!! (can't do germs I am sorry) I do have a pup BUT I'm doubt I will be taking him with me when I move out, I am thinking of adopting an old old old dog to give it a happy home to live out the rest of its days in warmth with the safety n love it deserves :))) (but if the house is no pets it's not a drama) I coach kidlet gymnastics (3-10 year olds omg) umm I was working at bakers delight for 4 years but I'm in the process of finding a new job, there's only so much bread one gal can deal with. I HAD AN INTERVIEW WITH AESOP WHICH IS EXCITING!!!!!!!! HOPEFULLY BEAUTIFUL SMELLING THINGS TO COME!! i have no idea what else to add in here so YAY none of that makes sense enjoy deciphering it xoxo
Hi I am a 30 year-old Aussie female and work full time in the city as a commercial lawyer. I'm not home much, as I tend to work long hours during the week and like to make the most of my weekends. That said, when I am home, I love some good banter and maybe a bottle of wine with a shared meal or a good Netflix binge (or all of the above!). I am planning to move overseas in the new year, but need a place to live until about April. It will be close to the beach and shared with one or two like-minded people in their mid to late 20s or 30s. I am keen to hear from anyone who keeps a tidy house, and is looking for a beach buddy and / or someone to drag out of bed for runs in the morning. I'd prefer for the room to be furnished with a built-in robe and AC, but this is negotiable. Please drop me a line if you're keen to know more about me, or if you think you (and your place) tick the boxes. I'm not interested in team-ups, places with more than three people in total or areas that aren't within a few kilometers of the ones I've listed. Cheers Alicia

I work full time as a travel consultant, so travel is one of my big passions! I am laid back and easy going, very social and prefer to have casual drinks with friends at a bar or a glass of wine at home than to go out partying. I love sports and getting out and being active, and am very family oriented.
Hello, I am a health professional about to start working in the city next year and am looking for a nice apartment close by. I prefer to share with 1-2 others only and would love to have my own bathroom, although this is not a necessity. I prefer to share with another female. Have just moved back to Perth after living overseas for the past 1.5 years, so I am a well seasoned renter and am respectful, clean and tidy to live with. I also enjoy the occasional housemate wine night! Looking to move in anytime after 6th January 2017.
Mature - I'm 51. Very interested in Teamup's as I have some furniture. Working in Subi in the TV industry. Looking for somewhere in the Western Suburbs or possibly South of the River like Bicton, Attadale Mt Pleasant etc. Quiet, easy-going, tidy, honest. Perth born. I don't have a pet but I prefer a house with a backyard in a quiet area. If that sounds like you - please drop me a line. Cheers, Steve
Great location close to the beach and city. Close to plenty of restaurants, parks and gyms. We have a good outdoor area with a little pool and a garden full of lemons and limes. All looked after by a pool cleaner and gardener (included in rent) Two pets. A indoor ragdoll cat (Shakira), and a super friendly Cavoodle pupper (Finn) who lives outside during the day. Hi ! My name is Charlotte, I'm a 29 years old French girl working FIFO (2/1). I'm very easy going and looking for a house share. I would prefer a house with girls of my age. Also it would be great if I can park my car somewhere (street or car park) Thanks :)

Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
Working fulltime and looking for a place to live nearby. Prefer Floreat/Wembley/Churchlands area, definitely a property North of the river. Friendly and social, but also love my quiet time at home, so not looking for a party house.

I arrived mid-July in Perth where I started a one-year-living-experience in OZ! Since then, I've been busy with some remote IT work and preparing both a bike trip from Perth to Adelaide and a 100km run. However now, I've decided to stay longer in Perth and I postponed the latter projects... I am curious and I love discovering, exploring possibilities, nature, adventure, long-distance running, organic/natural vegan food, playing board games, sharing our stories and perspectives, memoirs/travelogues, documentaries, movies questioning things in life, smiles/laughs/hugs, learning/teaching, helping... I value friendship, honesty, clear communication, sobriety, freedom, harmony, simple happiness, and love for life and the living! I'd like to think I am open-minded, respectful, clean and tidy, as I try to impact others the way I'd like others to impact me. I like to interact with people and share time and space, still I enjoy myself and I do well on my own :)
I'm looking for a relaxed, respectful and tidy apartment/unit/townhouse/house to share with one or two others who are like minded in living arrangements. I am social but respectful. I like to do my own thing when I'm not at work but also up for a drink and a chat :) I like gardening, cooking, reading & spending time with friends when I'm not at work 9-5, Mon-Fri
Hi all! This swede is coming to Perth in January to try something new. The plan is to get a job as a barista since that's what I've been doing the past 2 years. I am very easy going and relaxed. I don't mind taking a beer or two, going on smaller trips or just play cards. I am a very active person, so i do workout a few times a week. However I am looking for a place to stay when I arrive in the end of December till Mars. Cheers
Clean , tidy and respectful
Hey guys, My awesome flatmate is moving out due to work relocation so I’m back on the quest looking for nice folk(s) to share my beautiful unit on Hay st. West Perth (less than 5km from the CBD). If you’re looking for that perfect, private place that you can dive yourself in after a long day of work; • A whole furnished master bedroom with lots of nature light and a beautiful European garden are all waiting for you. • Your bedroom also has a separate access to the bathroom • Also air-con because Aussie summer! • Also I will take care most the cleaning since I like being clean and taking care of the place :) • Our neighbours are professionals and retirees. They are respectful and considerate to others. • This is a quiet, peaceful area with security gate, and private car bays (both covered and outdoor). If you’re looking for ultimate convenience; • Ever dream about driving straight to the CBD and back without making any turn? Now you can! My ex-flatmate love this! • Shopping centres (Coles, Subiaco centre, Wooworths), restaurants, train station (Daglish stn), bus stop, fuel station, bottle shop, etc. all are nearby. Some are literally just across the street! Now what are you going to own: - If you're a single lad/lass, you're going to own a spacious master bedroom and your own private storage room; handy if you need somewhere to keep all your extra stuff. The rent is 250/pw including all bills. - If you're a couple, you're going to own 3 different rooms: a furnished master bedroom, a private storage room, and an extra medium room readying to be converted into a study or however you guys want it to be. :) The rent will be 370/pw including all bills. All utilities (Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and oven) are new and in excellent shape and condition. However, since I'm still buying new stuff for the place, if you guys need any other stuff I will simply put them on the house if I find them reasonable. ;) I also more than welcome if you want to change the look of our place. As you can see, it is designed for a family (5 rooms with a storage) so it is too big for me to handle.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Clean and tidy person, who loves to socialize/catching up with friends or spending time outdoors. But does enjoy quiet times at home, either reading or watching a movie. I work in retail, so great with people and love meeting new people.
Moved to Perth from England 4 years ago to study a PhD in Sport Science, now working full-time as an Exercise Physiologist. Love all things sport, exercise and the outdoors. Very friendly, considerate and sociable. Hoping to find an ensuite room and secure parking bay with a likeminded housemate(s).
Hi! My name is Kate, I am a 21 year old Canadian girl. I am currently on a working holiday visa, just completing my regional work and looking to move back into the wembley/ subiaco/ west leaderville area! I am fun, outgoing and enjoy living a social life. My ideal home would be somewhere that I look forward to going home to, to share a couple beers with housemates or have friends around. Thank you!
23 year old male. Mostly work in construction and the mining industry doing shutdown work currently. I'm pretty chilled out enjoy the simple things. Spending time with friends, having a beer down the pub or going to the beach is what I like to do. Love to travel and am always looking for new places to go. I'd be great to live with as I'm always out and about, open to new ideas and willing to have a chat about anything.
I am friendly, outgoing, very clean, non-smoker, social and loves wine and cheese. I have been renting for 3 years so fairly experienced with it all. I work 5-6 days a week and I'm also a full time uni student. I am currently living with two others although our rental is being sold and my housemates are leaving Perth. I am looking for somewhere secure that is central, preferably close-ish to the beach but I'm not fussy about the suburb. I have everything for a house except a fridge but I am able to put it in storage if it is not needed. I am happy to move into a house that is already being leased or to find a place with someone.
Hallo! We are two friends (Maggie + Allan = Australian and Brazilian) looking for a room to share together until end of March. We work full time and both study in the evening. We are very fun people who like to relax but also be adventurous in our (limited) free time! We are extremely clean and respectful and hope to find people similiar!
Hi there, I'm Verity, a 27 year old, female professional, working full time. I'm generally pretty quiet during the week, but am always up for a wine and a chat. I go to the gym most days, so like to keep pretty fit. On the weekends I'm pretty busy, and do like to head out for some drinks or a dinner. I'm looking for housemates who I can enjoy spending time with and who can have a good chat and laugh. I do have a small to medium doggy with me, so I'm really looking to find a place that allows pets, and with people who are happy to have a dog with them (but she is 100% my responsibility). She is super friendly and affectionate, loves all people, and gets along very well with any dog. I look forward to hearing from you :) V
Hey guys! My name is Arielle and I'm 25 and doing a graduate diploma in Counselling next year. I'm wanting to move out to a house with housemates who are laid back but considerate of everyone. I'm really chilled out, enjoy a couple of drinks, love cooking and going to the beach.

Heya everyone, I'm Karo, currently looking for a new beautiful place to live. I am from Germany and moved to Australia about 2 1/2years ago and absolutely love it. I am studying my Diploma of Business at the moment until I am finally sponsored (to stay permanently), so Internet is essential I work in Subiaco so if your place is in West Leederville, Leederville, Subiaco, Wembley or West Perth area would be ideal. I wont consider moving anywhere else as the public transport is terrible, sorry:) Also very important is that I have a lot of storage in the room and fully furnished if possible please I don't have a car, no pets and am a non-smoker. Look forward hearing from you. Cheers, Karo

Hey peeps! I'm searching for a room to rent in a house north of the river, preferably close to the beach. I won't be needing a room until the beginning of February next year as I'm spending my summer back home after being in Perth all year. I am a 21 year old fron Margaret River, studying secondary teaching in Joondalup. I'm a very active person who spends most afternoons/nights playing sport or out exploring. I am pretty social but also enjoy time to myself and will respect privacy but would also love to have housemates I can hang out with when we're all around :) looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers :)
Hi We are both recent graduates from the dental school and school of population health at UWA and looking for a place to live with flexible lease options so that we have the flexibility to move if we find work out of Perth.
Comon, i am dutch :) I get things lost in translation, which sometimes it is funny (don't worry if it's not i will laugh myself, u wont have to feel bad.) I am considerate, quiet and very relaxed and easy going, there is not much that can stress me out. Work full time for a government department in IT, love a drink in the park/beach in the process of learning more australian slang and i love to kitesurf.
Low maintenance, retro-ish two beddie in a safe, peaceful street. Fabulous location - 15 minute drive to the beach, 7 minute walk to train station (Fremantle line), close to Subiaco & the city, & directly across the road from a beautiful, spacious dog park. Off street covered parking. Fully furnished with all the mod cons; Foxtel, internet to be arranged; lovely back yard space with vegie garden (plenty of potential;)
Two rooms are available in a spacious, renovated 1930s Wembley home. You will be sharing with one 28 year-old female, an sculptor and art therapist who works with children, and one 27 year-old male, an op shop manager who dabbles in sewing and is currently learning violin. We're both pretty busy but will always make time for the occasional cheese and wine night together. We're looking for friendly, relaxed housemates, preferably working or studying full time and aged between 20 and 35. If you're into music or art, all the better, you'll fit right in! The house is a fifteen minute walk to Subiaco, and a short drive or bus ride into the city or to the beach. Right around the corner there's a 24 hour IGA and what is probably the best little suburban bar in Perth. House is open and spacious, with classic high ceilings keeping it cool in summer. With two living areas and a front and back verandah there is plenty of space to relax. Includes the essential luxuries like a dishwasher and unlimited wi-fi internet. The first room is large enough to fit a double bed and some smaller pieces of furniture, and has newly installed built-in wardrobes, but isn't furnished. A second room is also being offered for $145/week, furnished with a single bed. This room also has built-in wardrobes
Hi! I work full time in the city during the week and in my spare time I go to the gym, love watching a movie or two and run my own little small business! I come with a cat who is very chilled, loves a cuddle and is probably more like a dog. As you will learn I love food and in particular cheese and will always have an abundance to share so would love some housemates who enjoy a bit of company over dinner or dessert!
I am a Uwa student from Manjimup, WA, I am a relatively quiet person who enjoys reading and netflix binges, as well as swimming. I am working at the Bras n Things in Morley Galleria shopping centre and I also work at The Reject Shop.
