I work full time in the CBD and am looking for easy transport to and from the city. I'm tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. In my spare time I play football, socialise with friends, watch movies/TV and go to beach. I am hoping to stay in the north west and am open to most things. I need a place for my car, even if it's just street parking. My move date is flexible.
I would like to move to Floreat or City Beach. I might consider Cottesloe/Swanborne too. I enjoy keeping fit and play tennis/squash at least once a week. In terms of films - I like Indie films. Other than that I tend work too much. Ideally I would like a separate living area. I also have quite a lot of stuff bandsaws, workbench, lounges etc. Dogs are fine as long as they are well looked after and don't live outside. I work in the patent area from home and have been told that I am kind of messy and but hey ... no one is perfect. NB: if you call I have a speech impediment so be patient I will get there (it is worse on the phone)
I am a 23 year old female professional who is looking to move into a share house long term. I'm a Perth girl, always lived in western suburbs, currently live in Cottesloe and I am looking to move into a new house in the same area. I am sociable, respectful of other people's space and like to be super clean. :)

With a big back yard we like to entertain and would like a housemate who could join us for a drink every now and then! Room is unfurnished. Own aircon unit. Clair, 24 part time student part time hospitality worker. I'm pretty easy going, tidy and i'm trying to teach myself to cook (it's not going well sorry in advance). I loveee to go out and socialise but im also a big fan of chilled nights on the couch. Hoping to join a home or build a new one :) and if you have a pet i'm probably already in love with him/her
Very easy going with with everyone's different considerations, yet also want a clean, tidy house. Am happy for a quiet night in or to entertain as well.
We are tidy and clean, open minded, easygoing and always happy! We are from Colombia, I'm studying English at Kaplan School and planning be in Perth for long time. We like cook my own lunch but not every day... I want to practice my English as well
Ahhoy! I am looking for someone to share a lease with. Preferably only 1 or 2 other people. I have been in Perth for about a year now and looking to find a place to call home with my four legged friend, Peppa. She is a sweetheart. So if you are interested, you would have to be dog friendly, chilled, does not need to be a clean freak and wanting to pay up to $200 per week sharing a lease. Please contact me if this sounds like you. I'm open to any availability. Please note my location preference and I ask not to message me if you are offering a room outside these areas as I am not interested. Thanks in advance
I work fulltime so I am barely ever home during the week. On days off I like to relax and read a book or catch up with friends. Super clean and tidy person, used to be a primary school teacher so organisation is embedded in my lifestyle. Love a good laugh & meeting new people, but also enjoy my privacy (me time).
Working as a nanny & child care worker. Have some flexibility on move in date my current lease runs out first week of March 2017. Clean and tidy, reliable and friendly. References available if needed. Need to be close to public transport as I don't have a car yet. I clean up after myself, love to cook and socialise, have a chat. A good sized kitchen would be nice as I like to cook for others and for fun. I'm friendly, like to have a laugh. Need accommodation for at least 3-6 months with some flexibility. Preference to inner Perth suburbs or north of the river close to the cbd, would like a nice house, clean and kept tidy, in a nice area and friendly people who like to have a laugh and socialise sometimes. I don't mind cats or dogs if you have them. Preference to share bathroom with only one other person or my own bathroom, either works for me and bathroom in great condition.
friendly 23 year old working full time looking for a private room to rent ideally walking distance to Subiaco or easy access with public transport. I am friendly and easy going and I love to chat and hang out but I also like my own time as well.
I'm Clean quiet and respectful of other people's properties. I treat them as if they were my own :) I'm only in Perth Tuesday night to Friday night (leave Saturday) so you can enjoy weekends alone. I run my own business (gym) in Subiaco and in Bunbury so I'm at work a lot. Usually just at home to sleep and relax. I have a small pooch that comes with me every day to work. He's a good boy (bit of an old man) my biggest flaw is I work early so am up at 4.30/5am to start work at 6am. I'm pretty quick in the morning- coffee, shower and off! :)
Relocating to Perth from Brisbane with work and looking for somewhere nice to live and close to the beach. I work fulltime in Human Resources and will be based out of Perth from mid Feb. I am looking for a place that has 2 rooms available one for myself and one for my sister Meg who is looking for a place in the same area also! We are both very chilled people, love staying active and healthy and also like a clean home :)
Hi folks! I am an Italian girl planning to move in Perth for six months (maybe more, who knows yet). I am a very chill, funny, and neat girl, looking for friendly flatmates who are not wild animals (possibly living without wild animals either 'cause I am quite allergic to cats and dogs). I don't have an ideal flatmate because we are all unique and beautiful for that reason, but I'd prefer living with someone who favors living in a clean flat. By the time you know me, you won't be disappointed...worst case scenario you will see me cooking lasagna in your kitchen!
I am a Norwegian psychology student looking for a place to stay during my exchange semester at UWA. I will arrive Perth on February 18th. and stay until the beginning of July. Since I will use most of my time at school during the week, I`m not looking for a party house, but that being said, I do really like a glass of wine and a good chat in the weekends! :) In my spare time I do also like running and swimming and just hanging out with friends. If you have any questions, don`t hesitate contacting me! Charlotte
Looking for a nice, clean and friendly place. I work full-time in an executive position, am considerate, respectful and a non-smoker. Have a small (5kg) well-behaved quiet dog 'Tilly'. Looking for something between West Perth and North Fremantle, furnished preferable. Outside area a bonus but not essential.
I'm a nursing student at ECU and work (almost) full time in Fremantle for a company that services the veterinary industry. I need to find a place that can accommodate me and my two whippets (inside and outside dogs). Am looking for somewhere for 3+ months and am flexible on move date. Would love to hear from you if you'd like to chat. Sasha
Hey! I am an easy going, happy person who enjoys being social but also happy to do my own thing. As I've lived in share houses before I am super tidy and respectful as I understand close proximity! I work full time Mon-Fri, occasionally needing to travel so may be away for a random week here and there. On the weekends I love being outdoors whether it's at the beach, going on a hike or camping out somewhere. Looking to live with like minded people around the same age and preferably by the coast. Look forward to hearing from you if you think I'll make a good fit!
Hey! I'm a 24 year old female looking for a new place to live while I complete my thesis for Anthropology and Sociology at UWA. The room must fit a queen sized bed and have room for furnishings (like a study desk). My budget is about 200/week, and I would like my own bathroom for that price. I love the beach, keeping fit and healthy, art and photography, wine, and diving! Looking for somewhere close to the beach :) Looking for social but respectful housemates that will have a wine with me or watch some Netflix, but also appreciate that I will be studying a lot. Please don't contact me if your house is not kept clean! Prefer to live with people 22-30. I also have a car so a consistent parking space is a massive perk. Cheers! Alicia
I am sociable, polite and clean. All the features you need for a stranger to move into your house I think lol. I work full time around 50hours per week so am not home very often. Outside of work I am out quite a bit with friends. I have my own furniture so will be looking for an unfurnished room. Must be a decent size with fitted wardrobes and preferably aircon. Wi-fi is also a must. I can provide references if required. Thanks for reading 👍 Scott
Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
Hi, I'm 23 years old, just finished my law degree and am commencing full-time work in the CBD. I'm a long distance runner, so between work and training won't be home too often during the week! Looking for a friendly place to live, with the right balance between fun and privacy.
I'm a 22 year old full time worker and part time student. I work in HR at a construction company from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. When I'm not at work I usually exercise, cook, study or binge watch in my room whatever TV show i find interesting at the time. Single non smoker, have some furniture if required but not a necessity to bring with me. I have no living dependables except for a few plants.
Wembley is situated close the city and also the beach. The house is quiet and has a great vibe to it . People love staying here and always stay long term. There are numerous bus stops that take you directly in to the city. There is a park opposite the house and shops and coffee places in walking distance. Herdsman lake is at the end of the street which is great for exercising! The room you will be renting is fully furnished and very spacious with a large desk, chest of drawers, built in robe and timber flooring. Linen can be supplied if necessary. You will be sharing the bathroom with two others.
Herdsman lake / parkland is right on your doorstep. Double room available. Newly renovated property! This property is a must see especially if you enjoy running / walking / biking or just enjoy sitting outside in a calm atmosphere after a days work. There is also a swimming pool and tennis courts available to residents of the complex. Bus stop is just 1min walk from property. Bus routes to City (20 mins), Innaloo (10 mins), UWA, Scarborough Beach and Fremantle. The property is newly renovated with aircon throughout. There is one double room available to rent. The room has a built-in robe and new carpet and blinds. There is also a new Double Bed in the room Rent: $250 per week. With 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond upfront. Utility bills are included in rent (gas & elec). In total there are 3 rooms in the property. Max 3 people can live in the property to maintain a level of comfort when sharing the space.
Our housemate is moving out so we are looking for a new person to move in with us. House is very lovely, 3 bedrooms (one is always spare for visitors) so it does not get too crowded. Max. 3 people living in the house including us. We have one bathroom and two separate toilets. Bedroom is nice, not crazy big, but it is enough for one person. Bedroom has a built in wardrobe, and if necessary, the current flatmate is willing to leave behind the double bed and a chest of drawers. Basically, up to you, we can get rid of it as well. We have a huge Herdsman Lake park just 2 minutes away from our place, bus stop is 3 minutes walking distance, plenty of busys towards the city and towards the beach. 24 hours IGA 3 minutes drive, shops and a bottleshop walking distance. We have a spare bike if you want to use it. The price is $180 weekly and $30 for bills, so $210 in total and nothing else on top, covering water, electricity and internet. If you are interested to see the place and meet us, give me a call or text and we can arrange a viewing.
I rent a unit in Wembley (125 Herdsman parade) with a room on offer once current housemate leaves in two weeks. Quite small but plenty of room in unit. I'm a Physiotherapist and very relaxed. Looking for a friendly and tidy housemate who enjoys a laugh and occasional wine! Looking for $180 p/week including unlimited wifi. Bills extra split 50/50. Pool on property and gym. Situated right on Herdsman lake! Cafés and shops all around too. Anyway good luck in your search! Kira
This is an apartment in a great convenient location close to public transport, Wembley IGA, Floreat Forum, Westfield Innaloo, cafes and not far from the beach. The living area is air-conditioned and the complex has a pool and is safe, secure and managed well by the strata management. Apartment has a large balcony to relax and enjoy a drink on a summers day. The room available comes unfurnished. There is no built in robe however are happy to organise a clothes rack and can organise a double bed if you need this. I am willing to accommodate and negotiate with the right fit about rent and furniture in the room.
I've just about to move to Perth for work from Melbourne (around the 20th of February), and I'm hoping to find some friendly people to live with and explore Perth with. I'm a Graduate Engineer just starting full time work, so my hours are usually 8-5 Monday to Friday. I'll be moving with all my bedroom furniture from Melbourne so I'm hoping to find an unfurnished queen sized room at least :) I'm a easy going, social person, who enjoys a few drinks with friends but I'm not a party animal. I'm considerate and respectful of others and I am trying to stay fit and active, but do enjoy a binge watch of TV. I try to keep the common areas of a place neat, and making shared meals is always good fun :) Please send me a message if you think we'd get along :)
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness.
I'm looking for easy going house mates who enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. I'm easy to get along with - i am a happy, positive person who enjoys being around people who are the same!
I am neat, clean & tidy. Considerate of the people I live with and the house I live in. I train and play social sports four evenings a week, and on the other nights, you'll either find me out with friends or on the couch with a book or watching the latest TV show or movie.
I am from Margaret River I am friendly, neat, tidy and easy going. I love the beach, music and to travel and try new things. Am a student at Curtin University so I spend a fair bit of time studying but like to relax in the evenings. Looking for a place to rent until the end of the year
Gorgeous character house with large rooms and large backyard and garden (maintained by landlord). Two very friendly, mostly indoor Burmese cats to snuggle/play with. :) prefer vegan or vegetarian housemate but flexible.
Relocating from South Australia over to Perth. Looking for a comfortable place to share. Honest, bubbly, hairdresser. Working full time.. I love the beach, being active, exploring new places and being social but also enjoy some quiet time at home. Ideally Subiaco or somewhere close by or close to train line.
I am a 25 year old female non smoker looking for a fairly quiet share house to call home. I work part time in a retail job as well as hospitality on the weekends. I like to relax when I can but am always up for joining in house activity's. I'm down to earth and would love to live with people who live a healthy lifestyle. I'm a very creative person and have my own clothing label that I enjoy working on. I'm not a messy person as I don't do a lot of cooking. I love to chill out in front of trashy t.v with a glass of wine and I love eating out at cafes that do all day breakfast. Ill occasionally go out and party but I'm definitely not a party gal. I'm currently moving from a house that was furnished with most of my belongings including a couch, washing machine and kitchen stuff, so ideally I would need to be able to shift these things with me to use or have somewhere I can store them as I'm not looking to get rid of any of it. I also have a 3 and a half year old female Labrador. She is happy to live outside and is one of those dogs that just wants to love everyone, she doesn't dig and very rarely barks. I've never had any complaints from my current landlord or neighbours. I am happy to pay a pet bond if necessary. My max budget is $150pw (looking for 6 months min) in areas such as Innaloo, Karringup, Joondanna ect but needs to be accessible to the free way as I work in Joondalup. Because I have a car I would prefer to be able to park in a driveway/garage for security reasons but if street parking is the only option available then its not a problem. I"m happy to move into a house looking for an extra person or team up with others to find a place.
I am a studying at UWA, a Master in Professional Engineering. Enjoy fitness, healthy life and animals. I am organised with cleaning habits. Like to help in home duties. A noble person with interesting stories to share around the table.
Hi there, I'm originally from Ireland and have been living in Perth almost 4 years. I'm looking for a unfurnished large double room in a friendly, social house-share. I'm looking for a homely spot where the housemates socialise together from time to time. I work 9-5 and I'm also studying yoga teacher training. into health and fitness. I'm easy going, active, friendly and enjoy getting out and about, cooking, traveling etc. I'm considerate of others, clean and tidy. Look forward to hearing from you if you think you may have a suitable place :)
Two friends looking for one or more roommates to set up / move into a share house. A full time video editor in Mosman Park and a primary education student at ECU + working part time. Generally pretty all right people.
I'm a super clean, friendly, social person to live with. I'm looking for room mates who have similar respect standards, and who I can hopefully become fast friends with. I study at ECU in Mount Lawley so I'd ideally like to find a place as close to there as I can get. Flick us a message if you have any other questions :)
Seeking a room for rent in Perth CBD or any south/north of the river suburbs within 15km. Young professional who enjoys a healthy social life, i am a tidy person (sometimes a little OCD) cooking is a hobby of mine and i have a Thai background so there will be lots of yummy food to go round! Looking to share with people of similar age. Not looking to share with more than 3 people in one house. Due to travel plans i won't be looking at moving until April. Should i find a great deal however i'm happy to pay for the room whilst i'm away :)
25 years old and working part time in retail, looking to move closer to the city and meet new people. Keen to get to know housemates and don't mind a drink or two on the weekends, and quiet nights in during the week.
Hey, I've just moved to Perth from Margaret River and I'm looking for some people to get a sharehouse with. I'm just about to start my second year of Secondary Education studies at uni. I enjoy anything sports, the beach, live music and movies. Hoping to find some like minded people to team up with that don't mind some drinks on the weekend and maybe a bit of Netflix binging as well 😀
I'm a hard working full time worker that loves a good social chat at the end of the day over a beer or glass of wine. Looking for a shared house that is like a family type friendship that we can all be social but also have a healthy share of alone time. Ive grown up in a house hold where cleaning up is was taught early. I would prefer house mates to be friends rather than strangers. I am a pretty respectful person and a lot of people think I'm older than I am. (mature for a Male my age apparently) I look forward to meeting you all.
