Hi there. I'm an engineering graduate looking to relocate to Melbourne from Perth WA, to start my full-time employment late January 2020. I'm looking for a nice and comfortable place to live, one that offers building up some genuine connections with people/person. I'm specifically looking for a place in or around Footscray VIC 3011. A little more about myself: I'm a very kind-hearted person, my friends describe me as being chill and out going, easy to talk to and funny. I like to keep things tidy and organized. I'm always physically active, I love playing soccer and futsal, going for a run and gymming. Apart from that, I also enjoy playing video games, watching TV shows and having a quiet time. It would be awesome if I could find people similar to me and that likes to explore, however I'm completely comfortable with people having different interests. I may be coming to Melbourne for a few days in November/December 2019 depending on company event. If anyone is interested, I am open for a team up, don't hesitate to message me. Thank you. Kind Regards, Haseeb
Bright, clean, private room in a Footscray apartment, 20 mins to the city centre. With access to shared bathroom, full kitchen, and living room... Hi There! We are two girls in our mid 20s looking to start a share house. We are looking for someone to sign the bond and move in with us from anywhere between the 15th of December 2019 to the 1st of Jan 2020 for a 12 month lease. Your housemates will be Josie and Sarah. Josie is from Shanghai, and is an honours student at the University of Melbourne. She is 23 working part time as an export assistant. Josie likes wellness, cooking, gardening, going to the gym, socializing and painting (not very well though, she tries). Josie is friendly, easy going and generous. She respects privacy and always tries to feed you. She has a partner but he won't be around. She likes to keep it that way. Sarah is from Perth, and a masters student at the University of Melbourne. She is 24 and working part time as a tutor. Sarah likes wellness, yoga, foooood, eating food, cooking food and reading in the backyard. Sarah is down to earth, friendly, laid back and always down for a chat. She respects privacy and is always happy to listen to your day (she will probably ask anyway). She also laughs at everything, so she makes you feel funny, even if you probably aren't. Both of us are Vegetarian/Vegan and into health and wellness. We are looking for someone who is vegan/vego too. We love a very clean house and having a house dinner or outing every now and then. We are big on respecting privacy and investing in our shared space to make it as lovely and comfortable for everyone. We occasionally have friends over and are open to inviting yours over too!
Coming from Hong Kong and looking for a place to stay for a couple of weeks while I look for a full time/part time job. Can be a room in a shared apartment or a studio apartment, with an AC and internet.
Kaan - A creative lad into ethnic house music, visual arts and soccer. Talented cook with bunch of Turkish recipes from mom, and always keen to share. Working FT as engineer and volunteer for an animal shelter. Basically I'm looking for a cozy place but absolutely tidy and clean (some peep have a different understanding of cleaning) and also good friends to share the place I can call home. Stay length, dates, rent, bond, bills and everything else is just a detail and I'm very flexible with most of them. Please drop a message if you're interested
I’ve lived in share houses for the last 5 years and know the type of housemate people don’t want. I can cook, clean and enjoy spending time with others. I won’t spent all my time in my room but also understand people’s boundaries. If you’re looking for someone who loves a chat, beer/wine and you won’t need to bitch about to your friends, I’m your guy.
Hello, I'm a 28 years old responsible and reliable French man, came in Melbourne earlier this month, and seeking for a long-term accommodation as I will be focused on work and therefore would prefer a stable home. I usually work in supply chain management and health & safety but will just try to find the best deal I can. People generally say about me that I'm a positive-minded, easy-going and straight forward person. I also think to be very tolerant with everything, don't like judging people and gossip, and prefer to see the half-full glass than the half-empty one. I play sport (running and soccer), play music (I brought my electric guitar), like to go out and see live gigs, like going outdoor in general. I like cooking at home and chat with housemates while eating, which it doesn't mean I'm a sticky person because I also appreciate being enclosed in my room some evenings after a shitty day at work. I'm flexible on dates although the earlier will be the better. If you have any question, please just mail or call me :) Good luck in your search, Gilles
