Hi , I am an Indian guy , looking for a private room from early November , I prefer living in northern or western suburbs and close to public transport , currently living in Coburg, thanks Ravinder
I am down to almost anything and everything. I don't care what you do with your life as long as you don't make mine annoying when it doesn't have to be annoying (truth). I like my art and my music, if you don't mind some guitar playing here and there then great! I hands down love to smoke up but I always respect the distance of where I do it in the house (basically outdoors). I also do like joining peeps on drinks because why the heck not. Anyway, pick me. You already love me.
Hey there! My name is Sohila, and I'm a 22 year old backpacker from California here on my working holiday! I love travel(obviously), hiking, sports, cooking, a good beer, and great conversation :) I'm used to living in very close, shared spaces (11 people in a 5 bedroom..California prices are nuts) so my living habits have been built around respecting those I live with. I will be working near full-time, and I'm fresh out of uni so I completely understand the need for quiet around finals. Please let me know if we can work something out! Looking for a room ASAP. Cheers!
Hi I'm Rob, originally from NZ, been living in Melbourne almost 5 years now. I'm 28 and currently working in the events industry. Grew up with 3 sisters so very much house trained, friendly and considerate of others. Have a fairly busy life from work, but always try to have a catch up when i have the time. Happy to live with quiet or sociable people, have lived with both before and get along great with either. Love animal's but don't have any myself. Non smokers preferred

Hi, I am looking for two new housemates to share a spacious, comfortable unit with sensational city views. One room is available from the 12th of November and the second room from around the 18th of Nov. The unit is located in a peaceful pocket of Footscray on Moreland Street, set among elms and gumtrees just 100 meters from the Maribyrnong River, which is great for relaxing or exercising!! We are walking distance (8min) to the main Footscray Railway Station, (12) min to Safeway, Footscray's best cafe's, bars, restaurants and markets are all within a short walking distance. Vic Uni is very close, 10 min walk if you are studying!! Yum Yoga is in our street, along with White Dog Pilates. I think you'll love this townhouse, as it's very light and spacious, with a large comfortable living area, and outside has a large furnished balcony. Our lounge has a 3 and two seater leather couch to relax in after your day at work or uni, a 10 seat jarrah table, with magnificent unrestricted views of the city!! The rooms available are comfortable and warm with great light due to a large sliding window to air. There is space enough for a queen size bed, and small desk or bedside tables. It comes with a large double mirrored wardrobe and currently has a double bed with bedside table. which can be left or moved if you have your own bed. There are two bathrooms, your one is right beside the bedroom with shower/bath, toilet and large vanity. The unit has two floors, this is most handy as it means we are not crammed in, two bedrooms on one floor one bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is both modern and large, with a fantastic round window above the sink looking into the trees. We have a stainless steel fridge, a new kettle and toaster, plenty of cupboards. We have a fairly good array of all kitchen utensils you'll need for cooking, including plates, cups, knifes and forks. There is one car space available. The Footscray Arts Centre cafe is literally up the road, Lentil as Anything is also here, an awesome vegetarian restaurant offering great food and very reasonably priced. I am a mature aged student, studying social work at Vic Uni, friendly, like being able to come home and say hi to my housemates, I like music, hiking, travel and during summer I'm often not home as I stay down the coast. Currently In the other room is Michael, 23's, polite, friendly German student. Preferably we would like to share with others who are also easy going, friendly, courteous of their house mates who keep all shared living spaces clean and tidy. Looking for housemates who see home as a place to unwind and relax, not a party house. Someone who on occasions would like to share the odd chat over a meal. We are very respectful of privacy and would wish for the same. If this sounds like it might be something that will suit you, feel free to send a message...to organise a look. Bills such as electricity, gas and water are equally divided between the three of us. Averaged out over the year to about $10 to $15 a week. Unlimited Internet ($65 monthly) is FREE inclusive in the rent. The rent is $195 a week, paid monthly. ($195 x 52) /12 = $845 per month. There is no Bond to pay, there is 3 weeks rent in advance instead of $585 which will be returned to you at the end of your stay. Look forward to hearing from you!! Cheers David Quiet Location Large Balcony with beautiful city views Generous living space On the River - great for relaxing walks/exercise Leather lounge 5 seater, and a 10 chair Jarra table. Great light Good area, friendly neighbors.
Hi, we're an Aussie/Irish couple in our mid-20's looking for a room in inner Melbourne. We're tidy, easy-going and sociable... hoping to find somewhere friendly where we can hang out in the living room, watch TV, share a drink and play the odd board/card game. Michael is studying Masters and working as an accountant, Hannah has just finished uni and is doing a bit of work/study before a backpacking trip in a few months. Pop us a message if it sounds like a good fit!
I'm an easy going, 31 year old Scottish guy in Australia with my girlfriend on a Working Holiday Visa. I'm clean, tidy and pretty low key during the week - at the weekends I like to explore Melbourne and catch up with friends for food and drinks. We are looking for a place ideally in the CBD or inner suburbs. If you have any questions please fire away.
I am a friendly, easy-going, fun and empathetic person who loves nature and animals (I am not bringing pet). I am a clean, tidy and organized person. Besides, I love coffee, listen to all kinds of music and going to the gym to maintain a healthy lifestyles. I am open to different kinds of opinions and multicultural perspectives. Besides, I respect other people concerns and privacy. I like to offer help to people in need. Prior to undertaking this Master Degree, I worked at The Asia Foundation in Cambodia as a Program Officer managing Mobile for Tech for Women Empowerment Program. I will be studying in Melbourne for a year and return back to my home country - Cambodia.
I'm an easy-going, Finland-born guy who has adopted Melbourne as a home and is used to sharehouse living. I'm tidy, courteous towards other people and respect other people's space and privacy. I work in a small architecture firm and in my spare time pretend to dabble in woodwork or pot plants if there's room for it. I enjoy getting a drink or a coffee with my housemates, and try to do some sort of regular exercise.

Hi! Kai and I have recently relocated to Victoria (from Brisbane) and are looking at moving a bit closer towards Melbourne city/surrounding areas. I will be commencing my university degree throughout 2017 and working part time whilst Kai continues with his full time auto-electrician position. Both non-smokers, no pets and no children. We’re are pretty laid back and enjoy getting out and about. Kai loves to surf and play any kind of sport. He is a huge NRL supporter as well. I am a fan of art, music and travelling. I really value tidiness as well, especially in the kitchen and bathroom (not a neat freak just believe these common areas are best kept clean). Chances are we both won’t be around too much during the days (especially Monday to Friday). We enjoy socialising with others but both really value our down time. We are not fussed if the location is not directly in the city, nor are we fussed if the bedroom is furnished. We will happily bring along all of our own kitchen utensils as well. Ideally we are looking for a nice place that comes with a spot to park the car as well as friendly housemates. We would prefer to move out as close to the start of January as possible yet are willing to negotiate for the ‘right’ place. Please contact me with any further questions or potential offers, Thanks :)
Hey! I'm Crystal and i'm currently on a gap year after finishing my VCE studies last year. I'm unemployed currently, but i'm a model and an artist and enjoy spending alot of my time working on my art or walking the catwalk. My partner and i are ready to face the world and find a place of our own. I do have a cat, whom is litter trained and also has a very pleasant, loving temperament. I'm a very clean and tidy girl, always happy to help out with anything you may need and of course i'm organized when it comes to payments on time. Being unemployed, i would need to be able to pay the amount set but i'm happy for discussions on the matter. I am looking for work and i am prepared to pay more p/w than asking as long as it fits my current budget. The reason i'm in need of a place of my own, is due to a recent death in my family which is making it hard to stay at home with my parents. The stress is putting to much pressure on me. I would gladly attend any meetings or interviews before you make any decisions. My partner is also currently unemployed, but he is waiting until we find a place together to start looking for work due to distance and not being able to transfer when the times come. Please don't hesitate to ask me any further questions! :) -Crystal
