$680 a month bills extra. Or $750 a month all gas, elec, water, unlimited wifi bills included. Furnished bedroom with build in wardrobe in 3 story townhouse/apartment on Paisley st in Footscray. Close to library, shops, restaurants, medical services and Victoria University. Looking for someone who is clean and friendly. One month rent required as deposit, no couples, kids ok. The apartment is just 2 minutes walking distance from Footscray station. This allows you to reach the CBA in less than 10 minutes. Victoria University is just a few mins walk too. Our current flatmate is a Thai Victoria Univ exchange student and has completed her studies so the room will be vacant. You will have you own private room with a huge built-in wardrobe. It is furnished with a queen sized bed and coffee table. The photo attached here shows an empty room, as our flatmate still occupies it and is currently out of town, and we don't want to get in her private space while she isn't around. Rest assured that it is fully furnished. The apartment is fully furnished, so you can cook as often as you want but may not need to. We cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner so we can just add you in. You will, of course, need to pay your share of the groceries. You won't find this offer elsewhere. If you are new to Melbourne, this will save you tons of money as eating out is expensive. The bathroom is huge, as has a washing machine for usage. There is a small balcony, and this unit is on the 2nd level.

Hi there! I am currently living in Adelaide, moving to Melbourne in Mid February 2019 to pursue a manufacturing engineering career. I will be working in Spotswood Mon-Fri, but I may disappear from time to time for work travel. I am particularly interested in teaming up with a fellow young full-time worker and getting a lease on a townhouse (500-600pw split between two). Non-negotiables: - Private bedroom - Parking option for large 4wd (Can be in a garage or on kerb) - Not a (frequent) party house Preferred: - Own/Ensuite Bathroom I don't drink much or often, however I was a cocktail bartender for 2+ years so I know my way around a bar and would gladly show my wares for pre-drinks or special occasions. I generally cook all my lunches and some dinners on a Sunday afternoon for the week; I am quite routine based and value exercise and positive people. I keep clean shared spaces and would expect the same from my housemates. While I am often up for a chat after work over dinner, I don't force the issue and I respect the privacy of others. I love all cats, and like dogs, so long as they don't sit on my belongings.
Hey, I'm an Indian boy who studies and also works at 2 jobs, who is hardly at home, but when I'm at home I like to cook, eat, netflix, and have a conversation, I'm very keen on cleanliness and I'm very easy to go to.
Hello, My name is Jessica, I’m 26 & work full time Monday - Friday 9-5. I am very clean, social & active. I have a pet Rotti named Diesel, would love to have him live with me but understand not all rentals accept pets. I am an outdoor smoker with own furniture looking for a place to call home. Cheers, Jess
Hey guys! My name is Kri and I'm on the hunt for a place to live from early 2019. I'm from Brisbane and I'm moving to Melbourne where I'll study a Master of Environment. I don't know Melbourne very well (although I do have family dotted around) so I'm looking for a place that is lively and welcoming towards a newcomer to the big smoke ;) I like to keep a clean shop and am well accustomed to communal living. This means I'm pretty easygoing and up for a chat whenever, but I can also gauge when you might need some alone time. I'm quite a social person but this Master is going to be challenging for me.. so its all about balance, right? My interests and hobbies include marine conservation, diving (free and scuba), yoga, mario kart, camping, playing piano, eating cheese, 4WDing, dancing, wine (love red but won't say no to a rose' when the afternoon is inviting), bushwalking, beers, sunsets, sunrises.. the list goes on. I guess I'm pretty outdoorsy and would love to live with some likeminded people so I ain't feeling all cooped up in the city. I've spent this year living in Malaysia on a pretty remote island so this is gonna be a big move for me - but I'm excited and I hope my new homies would be too!
I keep to myself and am very easy to get along with. I don't make a mess if did I always clean up after myself. I'm simple and easy to please. I work monday to sunday so most of the time I'm not home.
How’s it going? My names Aaron, I’m 27 and am currently working full time in warehousing industry. I moved down to Melbourne about 4 months ago from North Queensland. I am a easy going, chill guy that probably eats a bit to much fast food, but am looking to change that. I am very neat and tidy, respectful of peoples privacy but I do also love to have a chat as well. I am looking for a room in a house that doesn’t feel cramped (living with 4+ people). If the room comes with its own bathroom as well that would be a bonus. I do have a car as well, so I would need somewhere where parking is available, whether on or off street. That’s pretty much it. If you are interested please feel free to message me. Hopefully can find someplace soon
Im very social ,adjusting and looking for a good place with only females.I have a 1 year old kid along with me who might stay with me as my husband works in saudi arabia and might visit me once in a while. I am coming to australia to pursue masters from victoria university. Looking for a place in footscray, werribee n nearer suburbs
I'm a full-time teacher which keeps me busy during the day, exhausted at the end of a day and in need of glass of wine or beer at the end of a long week. I'm well house trained, don't smoke and love to cook for others. I won't hog the TV as I'd rather outside be in the running in the sunshine. Looking for something with a nice atmosphere of people, lots of natural light, good heating for winter, a room big enough for my extensive wardrobe and I plan on staying about a year.
I am looking for friendly accommodation with like minded people. I've been living in Melbourne for just over a year, and I love this city, and wish to explore more of it. I'm currently studying contemporary and jazz music performance. I also perform around Melbourne and work part time.
I am very laid back and friendly. I like to keep my house clean and am considerate of people's space. Don't mind socializing and sharing a meal every now and then though with some Ntflix-ing. I like to cook but not so enthusiastic about it so order food every now and then. Work fulltime at Target HQ. Will be paying rent on time. I have a good bunch of friends so most of the weekend I'll be out and about. I like to go the gym 3-4 times a week after work. Williamstown area is where I'd prefer to live as it is closer to my work. Happy to team up as well. Ideally would like to move in by end of December. I like pets and would love to have a dog of my own too in the future. Sadly wherever I've lived before wasn't pet friendly. Planning to stay in my next place for at least 6 months or more. Happy to provide references :)
