Hey there! I'm a full-time mobile game dev/office jockey working in the CBD, and I'm looking for a place to call home. I cycle to work each day so somewhere that's near(ish) a cycle path is a big bonus. I'm a vegan and more a cook-for-myself kind of gal, but I'm always happy to share extras or have a roommate cooking night here and there. I like my space in the mornings so I can get things done and get to work on time but am a bit more prone to chats in the evening. I'm also a bit of a handpan enthusiast- the quietest and most apartment-friendly of instruments! (Seriously, go look up those videos of people playing for cows and things. It's adorable). I come with a bunch of chilli plants too if you're a fan of hot stuff! I'm pretty neat and tidy, I like to clean up as I go (no post-cooking mess in the kitchen) but am happy to do a roster too if that's more your jam. I'm flexible on move date so give me a holler so we can chat! (Bonus points if you have a dog! Big or small, they're all cooly even if they're drooly!)

It is super close to the CBD! Rose Tce is ideal for anyone studying or working in the city. It's only 10-15 minutes bike ride or even 25 minutes walk. The Adelaide Showgrounds train station is about 100 metres away (6 minute train ride to Adelaide station!) and you have the choice of Belair and Seaford/Tonsley trains. There are a couple of close bus stops which go to the city or Marion or Glenelg or anywhere really. The house is really big and great for entertaining and the bedroom is big and gets heaps of morning light. The showgrounds are just across the road which is awesome if you like to go to the farmers market on Sundays for cheap fresh food or if you want to go to any events of interest. The parklands are also just across the road. There is good air-conditioning, couches and also a garage or on street parking in front of the house which is very convenient.
