Very large upstairs room in great friendly household. Owner has hosted international students for about 15 years. Great kitchen, bathroom, large pergola area and garden too. Air conditioning throughout house. In a great central location close to tram, buses and trains. Most students have stayed one or two years, but would consider 6 months. All bills including internet included.
Very chilled out and down to earth guy from New Zealand. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of other people so I'm looking for the same please. I like to socialise but I also like my alone time chilling too. I'm into fitness, dance, the outdoors, outdoor adventures, nature, animals, film and tv, music, 420 and just generally having a good time with a positive attitude and a smile
I'm 18 and working a part-time job in Glenelg as well as running my own small business making jewellery and doing braiding and dread locking. I'm interested in a room anywhere that is easily accessible to Glenelg . I am social, love nature, travel, creating & art. I live a healthy lifestyle and don't drink, am not interested in parties and don't stay up late so would be looking for a house that's not too crazy. Housemates should be social as I will be having clients over occasionally & I love having friends over. Message me if you have a room I would be interested in!
I am a part time uni student coming to wards the end of my degree. I work full time and I'll be looking for somewhere to live from February 2018, ideally in the south, southwest side of the city. I am vegan and would only want to live in a collaborative vegan household where meals and good times are shared. Somewhere with a veggie garden would be aces!
Just got back from living overseas, I have secured a new job and looking for somewhere to stay until I get settled. I am sociable, like to hang out with my housemates but allow personal space as well.
Hi there! I'm a Belgian guy searching for a cosy stay in Adelaide for long term (1 year). Personal information: My name is Mateusz Kuzmicki, I am 24 years old from Bruges in Belgium and I am here now playing soccer for the Adelaide Comets. I'm going to stay here for 1 more year. I'm an easy going person who enjoys food and a good glass of wine in the evening:) Thank you in advance, And hope to hear from you soon ! Kind regards Matt
I am a young at heart musician that is neat and tidy and I pay my bills on time. When I'm not out teaching, rehearsing, playing or enjoying live music, I like to relax in front of the TV. I would like to team up with someone to share a house with in the inner west.
I'm an energetic and social working professional that loves to meet new people. In my spare time I'll often be exercising, with family/friends or playing gigs on the weekend. I'm also super clean and respectful of privacy - I would live with me!
The house is in Ashford, close to Anzac Highway & South Road and ten minutes from the CBD. The common areas are fully furnished but the room for rent is not - the furniture in the photographs is not included. The room has a built-in wardrobe. The house has one bathroom with separate shower/bath and toilet. There is also a laundry and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Our flat is sunny, spacious and well located. It includes fantastic kitchen, laundry + washing machine, unlimited use of NBN internet, balcony & your own off street car park if needed. It's near Adelaide CBD and walking distance to all modes of public transport, Goodwood Rd shops and Adelaide Showground where Adelaide Farmers' Market happens every Sunday. We keep the flat clean and expect flatmate/s to do the same. The room available is as photographed; unfurnished with mirrored built in wardrobe. Note: A single bed can be arranged on request for a small transportation fee.
The location is awesome! Just down the road from the Capri Theatre, Eggless and many other good eateries. An easy tram or bus ride into town or bus to flinders. 15 min bike ride to the city. Its a bright little place that has been lovingly decorated. Please note there is no TV or microwave, thats the way I like it! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare all kinds of meals and is a good space to work in.
Heya! My name name is Viv and I'm seeking a housemate I grew up In the country and I've lived here in Adelaide for 3 years now. I study a bachelor of sport and health at flinders uni, work for netball SA and I also play footy! Move in is ASAP! My current housemate is one of my teammates and she is moving back to her hometown. My house is located between the city and the beach in Everard Park. Closer to the city by 5 mins. Shed for storage, entertainment area, house is fully furnished (finally 😂) so you will only have to bring your bedroom stuff unless you want to contribute something. I have a 5 year old blue heeler x kelpie and a 3 month old Australian Shepard x.. because of this no pets are allowed - we are at full capacity. I maintain all the yards and outside of the house as per rental agreement. I have 2 rooms to choose from in the house. One is a smaller room with built in wardrobes and the other is a massive room which is like a sunroom sort of thing which has plenty of space for a pretty sick setup if that's what you're interested in. I quite often have my friends over on the weekend for beers and footy or to visit puppy Meko! I respect weeknights and appreciate time on my own as much as I love having people over. Rent is $165 per week not inc bills (water, internet, elec) this is split between the two of us both rent and bills. Later on we may have potential for a third housemate which means cheaper rent. Depends on how we find space etc! Public transport is easily accessible and we are 500m from the Black Forest tram stop or south Rd tram stop. $1000 bond needs to be paid upfront. You must me working full time/studying full time and have good references to be approved by the landlord/real estate agent.
I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
I'm a professional who works fairly long hours. Looking for places in suburbs around Adelaide CBD. I'm quiet but sociable. I'm generally an easy going and relaxed person. Tidy and organised but not a neat freak by any means. Happy to cook communal meals and socialise. Very respectful of boundaries and personal space. I would be happy to share meals and have movie nights with my flatmates. I am looking for long term accomodation.
I am a full-time teacher and SSO. I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before so i am quite familiar with household courtesy. I like to socialise, go on hikes and enjoy a casual catch up with a drink or two.. looking forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
Hi I am a friendly person who works full time in the city as a tutor. I am a no fuss person and enjoy a nice conversation or hangout :)
Just started a new job on Richmond Road. Looking at the possibility of cutting down my new commute by moving close by or into town. Preferably looking to live with one other person. My housemate(s) will preferably be willing to put up with (or join in) a friend or two coming around sometimes and 3-5 people coming around for a board game afternoon/night once a month or so. Other than that though I'm pretty content to hole myself in my room and read/watch TV/play video games
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
Hey everyone! Let's start with the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, active. Lots of interests: food (it's my job), cycling, road-trips, camping, fishing, photography, music, movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), technology and much more. I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) My budget for the perfect place is $150-$170 bills included. If there are more people, or bills are excluded, etc that would be reflected in the rent I'm prepared to pay. I have used this website recently and it was a success, hoping to replicate! Now my current housemate just landed a dream job in Brisbane and is leaving by end of July. I don't want to take over the lease so I'm considering other share-houses. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico. - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer. - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - Apart from Italian and English, I speak fluent Spanish and it would be great to live with someone who can help me practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years time I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.

29 Originally from Adelaide, been away for almost 7 years now interstate and overseas... Love my outdoor adventures, cooking up storms, fossicking around in the garden and harvesting fresh herbs, nurturing the fruit trees... Getting out to enjoy the sunshine, whether it is a bike ride or a hike, or BBQ by the beach. Kicking back with wine, tunes and having friends around for great food. Driven for environmental social and economic justice, love a good chat about the big picture... Coming back for a gig managing projects in the Sustainable Energy and Agriculture.. I am hoping for a house with good vibes, laughter, and hopefully some meaningful conversations..
Hello, my name’s Erin. I’m a single, non-smoking, 26-year-old working full time in HR. Currently living alone in North Adelaide but my lease is ending in December and financially living alone is taking it’s toll so back to sharing I go at the end of the year. I’m a friendly and very clean housemate who is very considerate and respectful of others space. I would describe myself as a homebody who doesn’t really go out all that much but I do like a drink (hello Wino Wednesday’s watching The Bachelor). I spend most weekends either catching up with my fam when I can (have three gorgeous nieces), hanging out with friends, heading to gigs or binge-Netflixing. Not much of a cook unfortunately (packet pasta is life) but cleaning is where my strengths lie. I do have my own bedroom furniture and other bits and pieces (small couch, lounge chair, coffee table, bookshelf etc.) but happy to consider selling/putting in storage however would really prefer an unfurnished bedroom at least. I realise I’ve started my search quite early but I like to see what’s out there – plus I’m getting keen to move since I would like to start saving some money. Oh being an adult is such fun. Living alone has taught me to be super power conscious which I think is a positive and I am a house proud person so looking for someone likeminded. Ps. I have a dry sense of humour, a hideous laugh, sing in the shower and sometimes yell at the TV while watching Family Feud – these are definitely things to consider as a potential housemate haha. Anywho, that’s enough about me. Ask me any questions, or let me know about your place if you think I’d make a good fit. Looking for a place to call home and hopefully make a new friend. Looking to either move into a place with someone or team ups :) Ps. No offence dudes, but I think I'm better suited to an all female house and preferably 1 housemate than a full house.
