Hi I'm Grace! I'm a third year Medical Science student at Flinders University. I play a lot of sport and I won't be home most weekends because I play netball in my home town. I like to cook and I'm a pretty clean person. Look forward to meeting you!
Quite working guy looking for a furnished room. * Quite room especially at night; * Closed to public transport & supermarket will be nice; * Parking space is a plus;
I'm always glad to meet new people and have to train my English. I will teach French at the school start as part of my study in France. I'd like to live with Australian people to discover the city and to share two different ways of life. I love cooking and enjoying a good wine or beer, I really like to walk through the city or hike in the wild. Glad to meet you soon! Friendly, Aurélie
I'm a 24 year old ex-dirtbag climber/skiier who's traded in the seasonal lifestyle for the student life! Starting Paramedics at Flinders this year after having spent the last five years traveling around Australia and the world to ski and climb. Hoping to move out to the South side of the city, currently up North which isn't super convenient as far as going to uni is concerned. I'm a bartender at the Austral and if I'm not doing that I'm usually climbing, planning my next trip or (occasionally) studying. I have an interest in prop manipulation (poi, juggling) though I never practice enough and am way open to learn new things that can help me procrastinate! Not a massive party animal, happy to socialize with a few beers but will probably end up asleep by the 3rd. Get in touch!
We are graduated students from Adelaide uni and are currently full-time working/intern. We are tidy, friendly and outgoing. We also have pretty high respect to others as well as have responsibility to keep clean shared areas.
Welcome to our home! Hey:) Molly (23) and I (30) have a large furnished or unfurnished room available with built in robes. A little about us; Molly is studying Medical Science and working hospitality, and I work 9-5 with the RAA. Our house is very homely, we enjoy home cooked meals, and when the weather is warmer the backyard is our favourite spot. We have a dog each, a Kelpie X Collie called Mungo and a Kelpie called Cujo (dog lovers encouraged). We are looking for a a friendly, easy going person/couple to move into a large room. Obviously we like cleanliness, dishes done after you cook and once a week the shared spaces are cleaned. Someone who enjoys a few laughs, good conversation, quality tv shows, decent music, and a weekend beerski. The house is full of character, huge rooms, high ceilings, and a spare study is available if you need it. Perfectly located between the CBD, beach and public transport. Unlimited internet is included but water/gas/electricity bills are split between all. If you feel this place could be your next home feel free to contact me. :) Kate ps couples are welcome to apply but the rent would be split between 4, approximately $120 each person per week. Note from Kiera: This is the best house with the best flatmates you could ever wish for!! I came here for a uni exchange semester from Austria and living in this house is the main reason why my stay here has been so memorable. Kate and Molly made me feel so much at home <3 if you love skiing, food, dogs and wine you're allowed to replace me ;)

Female, 23 with one cat! Looking to team up with someone reliable, clean and friendly and you will be offered the same in return :) I am pretty conservative and work relatively long hours, so would not want someone who wants a party house. I can be social on occasion but usually keep to myself. Want someone who can kick back and relax on the weekends, happy with some quiet during the week and willing to have a chat at the end of the day. Females preferred, or very clean males :) Can be flexible with moving dates, but would like it to be within the next month (Feb). If you are interested please let me know as I have a few properties I would like to put in an application for
I am a mature professional gay man, actually looking for a place where I can stay overnight for 2 or 3 nights a week, as I live in the Clare Valley and work part-time in Adelaide at the Urrbrae TAFE. OPTIONAL - I have two quiet older labradoodle dogs, that do not shed hair and are very house trained, that I board out, that I would like to have with me rather than board out, but only if agreed and the property has a backyard. I work in pr and am a social person, but you would only see me for a couple of days a week! Might suit someone just wanting to make a dent in their mortgage payments without having to share full time?
I'm 24. Studying a masters degree full time and working part-time. I'm a respectful and relaxed person - somewhat active, love good food and don't mind a drink or two. Looking for housemates I can be social with, but also like my own space.

I have lived with other students for 5+ years so shared housing is not new to me, I know what to do and not do to be a good flatmate. I'm also good at cooking! *according to all my friends haha. Hi Ive been living in Adelaide since the past two years. Studied at the University of Adelaide and have been doing event management. Respect others privacy and would like mine to be respected. Chill person and mind my own business. Before moving to Adelaide I was based in Cambridge, UK.
I am looking for a furnished room in a share house or larger apartment, rent should be max . 150 $ . including all bills (internet included). If any possibility I prefer no bond option but if it is needed, it should be no more than 2 weeks rent. Prefer to live in an all female flat, but am open to a mix gender place as long as we have common living expectations. So about me: I am 30 years old, international student from Europe. Have been in Adelaide for a year now, I am studying commercial cookery and work part time in a restaurant as a cook. I don`t smoke and not a party person but am very social and talkative, have a good sense of humor so you won`t be bored around me. I do like my private time as well so also keep things quiet around the house. I am tidy and take care of things that don`t belong to me so the place will for sure stay in the same condition once I leave ;) . I like to cook but always clean up after myself so the kitchen is spotless once I am done using it. Paying rent is always my priority and you will never have to worry about that with me. I am reliable and easy to get along with, also very considerate to others and respect other peoples privacy. Other than that, I love animals (don`t have any but don`t mind them being around the house - it is a bonus actually ), love going to the beach and enjoy swimming in this gorgeous ocean, like to watch movies and reading. I am also very interested in healthy cooking and keeping fit (I go to the gym as well and take long walks). I would really like to find a place that is somewhat close to the beach, Camden Park, North Plympton, Glenelg etc. would suit me most. I really hope there is also a nice outside area in the garden where I could have my morning coffee ;). If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me and I will reply shortly. Cheers, Katarina
Hey Im Lara and I'm looking to team up with someone and move in together. I'd prefer a female. I work full time in mile end so would love it if we found a place near there or close by. If you dont know where that is its around 5 mins away from the city, so plenty of options of suburbs to choose from. I'd like to move Feb/March. Im very tidy, i think you'll rarely see me cause ill be at work or playing playstation in my room :) i dont really go out that much kind of over it but love a drink from time to time. Im very friendly, love a good laugh,dont have any pets and I am a non-smoker. If your in the same boat, contact me :D
Hey There! Im Rachael, 24 years old and have been living in share houses 2 - 3 years so i know the drill by now. I work full time, and enjoy going to the gym after work. I think i'm pretty easy to live with and wont hide away in my room when i'm home. I'm clean and will respect others space and items (no need to put your name on your food :P) My lease is ending on the 20th of Feb and am needing to find a place before hand. Happy to team up or move in. I do have an indoor cat, she is no nuisance. She literally just sleeps all day and greets you at the door when you walk in the door and rolls over for a tummy rub like a dog. She doesn't scratch or bite like normal cats, shes very mellow and has been known to turn previous housemates who are dog only lovers in cat lovers by the time they leave, ive even had one request daily snapchats haha :) I am a great lover of coffee, cider and wine. Anything that involves those things, i will more than happily join in :). I love going out for brunch on weekends and having some drinks in the afternoon. I would love to find some housemates who would also turn into friends :) So please send me a message, would love to chat and get something sorted before i become homeless! :)
Friendly Young Couple, Quiet and Easy Going seeking a room to rent. We are looking at moving asap or next week - mid week. Looking for a place close to the city or in the city. One of us works full time and one of us is studying part-time and job-seeking. Happy to meet and get to know each other first so we can see if we will get along...Which I'm sure we will! If you are a couple and want another couple to move in, then we might be the perfect housemates for you!! We are looking for short-term e.g. a couple of months maybe but if it works out great then we could stay longer, as ideally we want long-term accommodation. We aren't noisy and prefer to chill out and watch movies and not to party and make noise. But if you have parties we do not mind. We are clean and tidy but not OCD and just want a peaceful place to live where we can relax. We prefer not to live with anyone that is OCD and has crazy, unreasonable rules because we've done that already and it didn't work out. Saying that, we will definetly respect your home and the way you like it to be. One of us loves to cook and doesn't mind cooking for other people. We are not nosey or annoying - just a cool couple that need a room to rent! Hoping to get something around $200/per week or less but we're open to all options within reason for the right housemates and place. We are pretty much ready to go-can move in pretty much straight away or next week sometime. We don't require furniture but if you include furniture that is cool too. If you have wifi that'd be a bonus and we definetly prefer to use minimal electricity to keep the power bills low!! So housemates that like to keep the bills minimal would be preferable. We will always pay rent on time so you can rest assured!! We have a tiny cat which doesn't make noise, is very small and will stay in our room if need be. She pretty much sleeps all day on our bed. You won't even know she exists! She has a very small voice-box, so she can't "meow" above a quiet whisper. She is pretty much mute. Very clean too! But if you can't accept pets we will have to find something else I guess but please have a chat with us first! Thanks for reading my essay!! Hope to hear from you soon!! Kind regards, Zak and Valerie.
**I know preferred move date says end of February but really looking to move ASAP, any time soon would be fine. **I don't actually have any social media due to a reason of personal disinterest. Text or phone call to contact me works fine. I'm Ashlee, an 18 yr old Female, currently living in Aldinga Beach needing to live much closer to the CBD for work; I'm an Apprentice Chef working full-time in the city. I am more than happy to house share and team up. I own a dog but is able to stay elsewhere if the property type is unsuitable. I wouldn't say I am a non-smoker or a smoker as I am currently quitting to save money, but I will am very conscious of other people and will obviously smoke outside, even far away from any doors or windows if need be. I also personally hate the smell of cigarettes so I promise there is no need to worry about any evidence or smell! :) As a housemate, I generally keep to myself and prefer a tidy living space, hence I clean up after myself!I make clothes and artwork, I am a creative person. I will probably be working most of the time so I won't be home much anyways. In my free time I generally read and listen to music, or else I am out and about, I enjoy being productive and exploring. If you need to know any more feel free to send me a message, I'll be more than happy to chat with you.
My name is Jonathon and I'm currently entering my third year at uni studying Journalism and International relations at UniSA. I have had 18 months experience living in share houses so I am clean and considerate. I work in a busy cafe in the city and will always pay my rent on time. I enjoy being social and will love having chats with my housemates and meeting new people over a drink or two or some good food! :D I also enjoy my down time and am looking for housemates who won't get offended if I want to spend a lot of time in my room. Let me know if you have a room available! :D
