We have a good sized room available in our apartment in Teneriffe/Fortitude Valley. Looking for someone to sign onto the lease with us until February next year. The room is carpeted with big built in wardrobes and a nice sliding door that looks out over the complex pool. Rent is $200 per week and includes a shared carpark (one month on/one month off), however there is street parking available with a residents permit. All bills inc internet are on top of rent however our gas is currently included (may be subject to change). We have most of the furniture/appliances we need for our apartment however Giorgia who is leaving will be taking the fridge so it would be ideal if our new roommate has one. We also have Netflix, Playstation, complex pool, air conditioning, deck with good city views, quiet building. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops, James Street and the Valley.

It’s a bit difficult not being able to physically meet and check out the place since I’m 1000km away but if anyone is willing to offer, I will shout you food for the rest of your life. That’s my proposition. I’m open to anything, just as long as there is plenty of parking out the front. I do have a massive 8x5 tradesman tool trailer hooked on to my Ute most of the time.
