I'm a 28yo guy who works Full Time and is looking for a room that is unfurnished, my preferred housemates would be clean, respectful fun and out going.
Looking mainly for teamups to ensure a fair split. Please only contact me if you are interested in this, otherwise I will contact you if I am interested in your rental listing or teaming up. I am a single full-time working professional looking to move out and become more independent. Ideally, I am trying to find something fully-furnished that can be shared in the heart of the city with another person (male or female). I prioritise tidiness, privacy and self-sufficiency (ability to cook, clean, pay bills etc) in the household and expect to find like-minded roommates to make our stay as easy going as possible. Also would be nice to find other first-time movers so we can share the same experience, but it's not a deal-breaker. I'm quiet and keep to myself mostly but the experience of moving out and sharing a place will help to change things up and get me more active.
I work at the airport part-time, sometimes working full-time hours so not always home. I am clean and always tidy up after myself. I'm easy going and always down for an afternoon drink or chit chat. I'm flexible with room space but would prefer the bigger room due to furniture. I referee on weekends but also like going out for a well deserved drink with mates, however won't disturb you at three am like most other party animals, I know what its like so I respect that. Looking for a good bunch of flatmates with the same level of ease and respect for the house and for each other's space.
22 year old female, I am a clean/tidy person. Don't have a specific move in date. Please message me if you would like to know any further information
26, moved from NZ in October :) looking to live with guys or girls that are friendly and enjoy hanging out and doing things together but also likes your own space sometimes. I love being active and staying healthy. Loves a good movie night in but always up for going out and having fun too :)
Hi, I'm a 28 years old french man who comes to Brisbane to work as engineer for a french company. My travel is planned the 13th July from France and I will stay at least 2 years in Australia. I'm looking for a flatshare close to the CBD (20min max by walk or public transport) in a nice part of the city (West End, Spring Hill, Teneriffe,..). I lived few years with a flatemate when I was a student and I'm pretty easy to live. I like music, concert, sport, cooking,.. Look forward to speak to you :). Antoine
Hey! I'm moving to Brisbane on secondment from England (working full time in Financial Planning) in July and I'm looking for a place to stay for around 5 months. I'm looking for a house/flat share as I don't know anyone in Brisbane and I thought it would be a good way of meeting people and hopefully making some friends. I would love a place with walking distance to the city and with an outdoor pool...just because I would never get that in England and I plan to make the most of this opportunity! :) I've lived in house shares before in England, I'm very respectable of peoples space, property and belongings and I'm also clean and tidy. Although I do appreciate my own space, I am very sociable so it would be great to live with people who would be up for socialising, either at home or going out for dinner/drinks. I'll be available to move in from 21st July. Ideally I would like to view the place and meet the house mates before signing up to anything and I'm sure likewise you would like to meet me before too! I arrive in Brisbane on 17th July so will be able to view places from 18th July. If you think I would be a good fit for your place, please get in touch! :) Also, if you would like to know more about me, just ask! Thanks Tracey
Quiet professional guy working in the CBD, looking for an inner city room. My main focusses are my family, friends, work and living a healthy lifestyle. I'm tidy and respectful of communal spaces. I have no pets, but love all animals. I enjoy playing tennis, bikram yoga and heading to the beach on the weekends.
The names Dean. Like my sport and I like having a good time. I moved up from the Gold Coast last year for rugby league but have recently stopped playing. I recently started a job in sales where my office is in the city. I'm looking to move closer to my office and I'm in the city quite a bit anyways so I thought it was time to be closer. I'm looking to move as soon as possible but would have to give 2 weeks notice. I can say that I'm polite, respectful and have courtesy of others in mind!
Hey I’m Caity, I’ve been living in a studio flat on my own in Brisbane my lease is up in August and I’m looking for a new apartment more modern and “fancy” you could say. I’m very clean! I do occasionally like to have people over before clubbing.... I go maybe once a month. I’m pretty chilled and good to live with.
Originally from Melbourne, relocating to Brisbane after living abroad for the last 5 years. Currently in London. Start full time work with an old employer 1st August. Work fairly long hours and travel regularly. Free time is for gym, yoga, beach, travel, outdoors and beer. Laid back, social whilst respecting others privacy. Looking for a place that feels like home, open to starting a new place with another like minded person.
Hey guys I'm pretty social, love to come home and have a chat/laugh with the people I'm living with, but also like to have some zen/me time on occasion. Working full time in project management. Love to cook and entertain, get out and about to gigs, restaurants, festivals, hiking etc. as well as have chill nights with netflix and pizza. I'm clean and tidy (but not obsessively so), always have a good collection of wine on hand. Looking to rent with one or two others who also work full time, preferably no couples. I'm a big animal lover, but unfortunately can't live with cats. Look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm clean and tidy, well mannered and very respectful. I'm a easy going guy. I just wanna find a part time job and study english in Embassy. Also i'm friendly and loves any kind of pets, cats specially. I enjoy playing video games, make exercise and watching movies.
Heyyy future roomie! I am a full-time student who works part-time at the Story Bridge Hotel. I am at the last semester of my double degree, so can imagine the commitment here ;) Super easy-going, loving a good chat at the dinner and a glass of wine. I love animals, though don't have my own! LOVE LOVE LOVE meeting new people and going out for a bit from time to time (not a party animal :D ) Feel free to text and ask more!
OPTIMIST | CLEAN FREAK| TRAVEL ENTHUSIAST ✨🌞 Looking for someone to share my smashed avo breakfast with whilst we discuss the Baby Boomers ruining the economy. 🥑 22 years old. Recently separated and looking for mid-term accommodation whilst I finish renovations on my house. Spend my time adventuring when I’m not working (full time) and studying. 🌴 Fun and social, but also love quiet downtime.
Hey team, I'm super clean and tidy, and prefer the same. While I enjoy my own down time I do enjoy socialising with the housemates when we're all down for that! Wine fanatic and don't mind a g&t either. Work full time hours on a rotating roster. Just moved to Qland from South Australia. Am a single gay male who is outgoing
Hi I'm Sinead, I'm 25 and from Ireland. I would make a great housemate as I'm very reliable and always pay my bills on time. I'm fun and outgoing but also respectful of other peoples privacy. I work full time so am always kept busy, but in my spare time I enjoy socialising or just chilling.
G'day, mates! I am an open-minded 26 girl from Germany and moving to Australia for work. It would be great to have like-minded and fun flatmates and who would hopefully become friends quickly. I love spending good evenings with a good bottle of wine together. But I also respect your privacy and need privacy for myself too. I like a healthy lifestyle but I also love going out for sushi, nice restaurants and bars. I am looking for a nice, clean and tidy place with my a furnished single room for at least 3 months (which I could maybe extend.) Cheers :-) Julie
Im an exchange student from germany and will be in Brisbane for the next 4 month. During that time i plan to see a lot of brisbane and meet new people like my roommates, i would like to meet u in person
*Note: I have a cat, so the place has to be pet friendly* I'm super chilled and laid back and spend most of my time either listening to music (music is my life) or bingeing Netflix shows, when I'm not studying. I'm doing a Bachelor of Science at UQ. I go through phases where I do heaps of art and crafts. I'm a little bit of a hippie in many ways. I'm LGBTIQ+, I don't really put a label on myself, I'm just definitely not cis-gender or anywhere close to straight. I hate cooking with a passion even though I'm great at it, but weirdly enjoy cleaning (except dishes and sometimes vacuuming). I love all animals so much...except crickets, they scare me. In fact, I have a cat and 5 snakes (which all live in locked enclosures and have never escaped). I enjoy a healthy debate and intelligent convo, but also like just dishing about life. I like to drink but I'm not a party animal anymore, though I don't mind if you want to throw a party/ have friends over, I'd just either join in the fun or chill in my bedroom if I'm not feeling social. Personally I usually just have one or two friends over for drinks. I'm currently single and I'm a smoker sometimes. And I think that pretty much sums me up. If you have any questions, fire away. Oh also, I'm eligible for NRAS properties in case you want to team up.
