Beautiful home, very presentable and set behind a secure motorised gate with fence and security cameras. Directly across from the park, bus stops and pools within walking distance. Large deck with pergola and a spa which is great for entertaining. The house has air-conditioning but it generally feels pretty cool inside anyway. The house itself is roughly 200m²/21.5 squares so it's pretty decent, on a 600m² block there's actually 2 rooms available, one at 210 the other 190 the property is actually in frankston north...
