I am a female Singaporean student, clean and tidy (not spotlessly so but I try my best!), and considerate towards people I live with (read: no loud noises or messes). I'm generally friendly but also enjoy my own personal time. My studies are pretty intensive so I may not be around that much. If anything crops up, I'm pretty easy-going so am open to discussions. Not a smoker and enjoys a good work out or sports(: Am looking for a place preferably near a train station as I need to commute a fair bit!

The property is conveniently located approx 600m walk to Gaythorne train station, bus stops, (approx 30mins on the bus to QUT Kelvin Grove or appox 15min train to central station to QUT Gardens Point) Brookside shopping centre, cafes and parks. I'm tidy and respectful, completely independant and easy to get along with. I come with my own furniture (including fridge) and would prefer to have my own space. I do tend to keep to myself a bit but that doesn't mean I'm standoffish, I'm just a bit of a private person. I work at McDonalds, at the moment working 5 nights a week. I plan on studying once I've settled in, so possibly won't be around much. Happy to hang out and binge TV or have movie marathons, or have any sorts of fun adventures. Will look at staying for up to a year, but definitely plan on moving on.
I'm relatively new to Brisbane.I'm 32, originally from the Philippines. I came to WA last year but have to move to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.
Situated right next to Gaythorne Train Station, and walking distance from Charlie's 24 Hour Fruit Market and Juice Bar, as well as coles, woolworths, grill'd etc. Relatively quiet neighbourhood, with a good amount of sunlight through the windows.

Looking for a 3rd person to join us in finding a house in the Brisbane Northwestern suburbs. Kaylah is a full time student at QUT and Alison works full time as a landscape gardener. We both have pets so so being an animal lover is a must! We also enjoy music, the outdoors, cooking good vegan food and kicking back with a few wines at the end of a long week. Looking for someone like minded who is tidy and knows how to respect shared spaces. If this sounds like you then please get in contact with us! 😊
A beautifully renovated Queensland style home, brand new modern kitchen, bathrooms, with fresh paint, polished floors, close to amenities. With an open plan lounge & dinning area, large deck perfect for entertaining, a front deck and a huge back yard in a quiet location. There is lots of space with two separate lounge and dinning areas. Close to the train station (10 minute walk and a 15 minute train ride into the city), buses close by, plenty of easy parking and a 15 minute drive into the city. The entire home is furnished, as is the room, which will work great if you do NOT currently have furniture. If you need a lot of storage space i.e. a garage, this place is not for you sorry as there is no garage. However plenty of safe easy parking front and back of property, quiet area. All the bedrooms are the same size 3.5m x 3.5m. We have unlimited internet connection, for $20 per month. Seeking a relaxed, positive and clean housemate to join two professional women aged 34 and 26, respectful but very chilled and easy going. We are happy people and look forward to welcoming our new house mate.

My name is Caitlyn Adams, I'm 19 and currently studying education at QUT. I am open-minded, friendly, considerate and always clean-up after myself. I am wanting to find someone who is mature and friendly to team up and start a new share house with. I always pay my bills on time and appreciate people who do the same. You wont have to worry about furniture as I own all of the household furnishings so all you would need is yourself and your own bedroom furniture, but any other furniture you have would be a welcomed addition. I love to socialize and don't mind a social drink or two on weekends, however am quiet during weekdays and do like some time alone. I enjoy cooking, travel and music and am always up for an adventure and meeting new people. On my weekends I quite like to go out with friends, chill at home with a movie or even explore the city and surrounds. I would to move in with like-minded people who don't mind to have a chat and will make the place feel friendly with a good vibe. Please feel free to send me a message or find me on facebook. I'd love to hear from you!
Hello! :) I work full-time in an accounting firm Monday to Friday. I'm fairly quiet during the week and usually spend weekends with family or friends. I gym a fair bit and eat healthy so living with people who are similar in that regard would be a huge plus! I'm also super clean and tidy and like living in a well kept house. I'd ideally like to live north side around enoggera, ashgrove area but not too fussed. I have all my own bedroom furniture but nothing else furniture wise. Currently living back with my folks after getting back from an overseas trip at the end of last year so I'm flexible with move in dates :)
G'day! My name's Coen, I'm 29 years old and I am a socially active introvert. This means I'm out many nights during the week, but love my quiet time alone to recharge. Of course I'm happy to catchup and have a drink or two when we cross paths occasionally :) I work full time Thursday-Sunday currently and am often at the gym or out with the dogs around that, so we may not even run into each other too often. Very mindful to leave as little impact on the common areas as possible, cleaning up after myself as i go, and open to communicating chores. My greatest selling point: I come with two big old lazy, friendly doggos who you will just fall in love with... Meet Henry the Labrador, and Arrow the Irish Wolfhound! We can't wait to meet you! :)
Married, father of 2. Working away from home need somewhere close to Brisbane cbd to live. I love going to the gym training eating good food and love coffee. Laid back live a quiet lifestyle and easy to get on with. Will be away every other weekend to be with the family.
