Hey there! I'm Ffion! My lease is ending, and after living in an apartment near the city for the past year, I'm really keen to live somewhere with a bit more energy and character. Somewhere with a better sense of community I work part time and I'll be starting uni next year. Aside from language, I really love music, art, animals, plants, parks, and going to markets. My ideal place is a cosy Queenslander with housemates who do their own thing but still like to catch up often. A place filled with plants and art and character. Somewhere clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet 🌻 I'm really excited to learn about you and stay somewhere longterm! (Sidenote: I'm trans, so living in a lgbt+ friendly house is a must) Thank you! 🏳️🌈☺️
I'm a Japanese female. I'm a beauty therapist.I may some time, not too often, bring my friend over to have a chat ,so I really need to have my private room for my life style, especially after work my body need relaxing time .I'm not a party person I like to live quietly.I like reading a book and want to relax ,and I do enjoying my bath time occasionally especially before sleep.Own bathroom is quite important to me for my body care. If anyone is happy to have me please contact me. Mai
I have two spare rooms, but looking to rent only one room. The furnished room has a queen bed and is the larger of two (therefore rent will be $200 per week). The unfurnished room (rent will be $180 per week) will easily fit a double bed or squeeze in a queen bed. Both rooms have large built in cupboards. You have your own bathroom (shower over bathub) and separate toilet (which is used by guests). The kitchen & living areas are large and there is a balcony where you can get the morning sun. It's close to shops, cafes, parks & the train station. Netflix is also included.
Hello potential housemate/s, *Please note I have an indoor cat which is a non-negotiable aspect of me as a potential tenant. Cheers.* Hello! I am a 38 year old female looking for a cat friendly place to live in north/north west of Brisbane. Preferences: A spacious home with lots of trees. An decent sized, unfurnished room as I have my own bedroom furniture, desk and belongings. A built in wardrobe. An ensuite bathroom is preferred. Plenty of storage space is needed for my camping and craft supplies. I would prefer to share with like minded people who are between 30-45 years old, and enjoy a peaceful life. My days of partying are long gone! LOL I also have quite a few plants, so a courtyard or backyard for gardening would be awesome. I enjoy bushwalking, op shopping, camping and kayaking, and art making. I come with a beautiful cat named George, who is strictly an indoor cat. A cat friendly place is very important! :-) I think I am good to live with because I am considerate, respectful and self aware; funny, friendly but I am also independant and like my alone time; I always pay rent on time. I am quiet, but not anti social, and like a harmonious living environment. Looking forward to meeting you! *Genuine responses only, and please have a current listing of your place/space with images for me to peruse* The more information you can provide, the less questions I will have to bombard you with. :-) NO TIME WASTERS OR SCAMMERS. CONTACT WILL BE MADE THROUGH FLATMATES UNTIL AFTER INSPECTION OR MEETING HAS TAKEN PLACE.
I’m genuine, respectful, tidy & quiet but can also be sociable. I’m not too intrusive, & keep to my own activities. Working full time and on occasion I’ll go out every so often. I like to play music in my home studio, (can play into headphones) If I’m not doing that I’m usually chilling watching Netflix. Also like to cook from home more often than not, so decent kitchen would work for me.
Clean and working professional. Enjoy a laugh and a chat, and love camping and scuba diving. Looking for a place preferably near public transport to the city and with my own bathroom but somewhat flexible on that. Not really keen on a party house but happy to be somewhere social. Love dogs but sadly allergic to cats.
31 year old female who works part-time but looking for full-time hrs. I am sociable but mostly stick to myself, clean/tidy and respectful and non - smoker. I have 2 Guinea Pigs (Eric and Taco) who I love to bits. I enjoy PS4, Bingo, Netflix, Horror movies, wine, fishing and spending time with my bf who lives in Samford. I am currently living downstairs of a house and flatmates upstairs are quite noisy and I don't have as much privacy as I'd hoped for, so hoping my next move will have abit more privacy. My bf and I take turns at staying at each other's place on weekends and mostly during the week I stick to myself. My current work hrs are 5am-1pm,6am-2pm,10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm, this is an alternated roster. If you have a place that would be suited for me or like the sound of having me as a flatmate please contact me.
Hi. I'm a quiet living 43 year old female wanting accommodation. I'm easy going, friendly and respect other peoples privacy. I have just moved from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane. My situation is that I am on a pension and will be looking for part time work and will be studying full time starting January next year. Having said that I do have the ability to pay rent etc and pride myself on paying my bills on time. I also have my quiet and well behaved 16 year old daughter every 2nd weekend and half school holidays, so would need a room for her that could be used on those weekends. Of course this could be factored into the price. I don't smoke, but do Vape . Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or think that I might be a suitable housemate. :)
