This is a conveniently located ground floor unit, right across from Gaythorne station but still nice and quiet. You can walk to shops and cafes, and a couple of small bars are close by too. Parking is available off street, but it's first come first served, it's a quiet street with plenty of parking though. I like to keep it clean and tidy, but leaving a dish in the sink isn't he end of the world. It's fully furnished, but if you have a few things I am sure we can work something out. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Must be down with respecting the space, furniture etc. My room has the ensuite, so you would have the main bathroom mostly to yourself.

The apartment is about a year old and we are the first original tenant's in the whole complex, it's a great area with Coles in a 10 minute walking range or basically a 2 minute drive down the road.
