Hoping to find some cool cats to build a leafy, sunny, arty, creative space with (or to join an existing place). I'm studious, and read and write a lot, for work and for pleasure, and I value space as well as companionable cups of tea and meals and drinks. Would love to live with friendly, left-leaning people who work/study who don't mind a harry potter movie marathon every once in a while
I'm a uni student who is also working part time, i'm pretty laied back and enjoy a good chat but also enjoy my own space. Im looking for a room in a share house or a granny flat. I have a boyfriend and while he wont be over all the time, I would like for him to be welcome in the place I stay. I have a large t.v, fridge and an abundance of kitchen appliances all of which I'd love to share or can keep in storage at my parents house. I love cooking and baking and I love sharing food, if thats not your thing thats ok too. I'm a very openminded person and im completely open to spirituality and other religions. I don't party often but I do enjoy going out with friends when the opportunity shows itslef. Most of my time is spent at uni, work or working on a photo book and youtube channel with my boyfriend. I get along well with most types of people and have a pretty diverse friendship group.I love animals but don't have any myself at the moment. Theres a lot more to me but if you're cool with what you've read so far; send me a message and maybe we can have a chat or meet up :)
Looking for a private room with ensuite and carpark. Ideally, I'd like to start/join 2-3 other people in a share house or large modern apartment. I work full time at an environmental engineering consultancy 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Outside that I enjoy hanging out with friends, hiking, playing tennis, touch footy and going to the gym. I like to stay quiet during the week but am always keen for a drink and meeting new people on Friday and over the weekend. I am orderly and clean after myself, and am looking for likeminded people in that regard.
A beautifully renovated Queensland style home, brand new modern kitchen and bathrooms, with fresh paint, polished floors, close to amenities. With an open plan lounge & dinning area, large deck perfect for entertaining and a huge back yard in a quiet location. Close to the train station (8 minute walk and a 15 minute train ride into the city), buses close by, plenty of easy parking and a 15 minute drive into the city. The entire home is furnished, as is the room, which will work great if you do NOT currently have furniture. If you need a lot of storage space i.e. a garage, this place is not for you sorry as there is no garage. However plenty of safe easy parking front and back of property, quiet area. All the bedrooms are the same size 3.5m x 3.5m. We have unlimited internet connection, for $20 per month. Seeking a relaxed, positive and clean housemate to join two professional women aged 33 and 26, respectful but very chilled and easy going. We are happy people and look forward to welcoming our new house mate in the New Year, room available from January 14.
The second bedroom with main bathroom is available in this open plan unit in Gaythorne. Unfurnished, carpeted bedroom with built-in wardrobe and French doors to the balcony. Everything else in the unit is furnished, including washing machine and dryer. AIR-CON! for summer. Plenty of street parking available. Street facing unit in a quiet complex of 6. There are two cafes and a restaurant nearby (Grub Street, Hansel & Gretel, Gypsy's Wagon). Brookside and Stafford City shopping centres are about a 5min drive. The train station is a 5min walk away, if that. Also close to bus stops on Pickering Street & Samford Road. You will be sharing with me - I'm a 30 year old female, working full time. I'm fairly quiet and like to chill out but up for a sneaky wine and chats. I spend about half my time at my partners house and vice versa. Looking for a respectful, clean, kind flatmate who is responsible about rent and bills (not included in price). No preference as to whether you're a guy or gal. Prefer age 25ish-35ish, nonsmoker. The room is available from 17th December.
I am neat and tidy, mature, quiet and flexible. I have moved back to Queensland after working in Canberra and Melbourne for many years. I am not currently in a relationship so will be looking for accommodation only for myself. I am very dependable and honest.
Modern & spacious apartment in a quiet area. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen/living area, so there is privacy. Ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning throughout. Good size built in wardrobe in the room. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Gaythorne train station (7km from CBD on Ferny Grove Line). There are a couple of gorgeous cafes down the road (Grub St & Hansel & Gretel). Close to Blackwood St in Mitchelton & Brookside Shopping Centre.
Hi, my name is Allie. I work full time as a midwife after graduating from uni last year. I like to keep busy but also thoroughly enjoy my downtime. I like to socialise and am always up for a chat, yet time to myself is also important. As a midwife I work shifts of anytime, any day of the week I would appreciate someone with similar qualities/lifestyle to myself. I am fairly easy-going, independent and self-sufficient. I like to keep tidy, organised and am respectful of communal spaces. I am happy to cook meals when I am available. After working night shifts I need my sleep during the day, so someone who is respectful of this would be great! I am happy to cook meals, share food and shopping. I am not fussy with food and am happy to try anything. I have limited furniture and white goods but am happy to supply whatever is needed, and can store my things elsewhere if required.
Hi! Me and my boyfriend are looking for a place\room anywhere near easily accessible public transport. I am currently working part time at a cafe and he is studying a cert 3 in visual arts at southbank tafe. We are looking for a place with easy going people. When we are home we prefer to keep to ourselves and like our own privacy.
I have been taking solo care of my dad's house in Alderley while he has been away overseas, however I must find a place to stay for 2-3 months while he turns it into an investment property and searches for a new house. For the past 3 months I have been living by myself so I understand the responsibilities that come with living away from home and how important it is to stay on top of things. I work full time in the CBD and pretty much keep to myself when I'm at home.
Hi I'm Sam. I work most weekdays at a little cafe in the city. I'm originally from Rockhampton but moved to Brisbane over two years ago for something new. I like to think I'm fun and pretty chill. Always up for cool adventures and love a good movie night.
Recently seperated, just looking for somewhere to get my 2 kids and i back on our feet. Looking for something short term. Have own transport, can cook, like a tidy house, animal lover and i enjoy craft, especially sewing.

Hey I'm Jess and I'm a registered nurse working at RBWH. I come as a package deal with my lovely cockatiel Jeffery. He's super cute. I'd love to live somewhere that would be happy to have Jeffery fly around and do his thing, or otherwise be in a big rumpus style room/granny flat that has fly screens so the little lad won't get out. I'm very clean and tidy and love to have a good chat and a giggle, but also love my down time and respect that of others too. My party days are over so i'm looking for people who have a similar mind set - that doesn't count me out for a casual afternoon beverage every now and then though. I'm a friendly, healthy person who loves bush walks, cooking and to just generally be outdoors in the sun.
I will be moving to Brisbane from Sydney to study law at QUT. I will also be looking for a causal job on weekends so probably won't be around much. I am clean and respectful. I am friendly but don't want a party house. Prefer friendly chats and shared meals :) I should clarify that I cannot move before late Jan due to the lease on my current house.
I am Bronte, I am 21 years old, studying Primary Education and working part time in Brisbane City. I am respectful of others, clean and organised. Would love to move in with someone/people that are fun and friendly! Looking to move in between 10th - 20th of January :)
Easy going full time working professional (IT / Projects) looking to house share within Brisbane region. Clean and Tidy and social personality but also always respect my flatmates space. Good with pets (especially dogs! lol) and easy working in with flatmates when it comes bill sharing, etc. I commute to CBD daily for work so would be great to find a place close to train lines. Originally from NZ and been in Brisbane for almost 3 yrs now, during the week i'm pretty boring (lol) normally just busy working, gym, and a little study or TV comprises my daily routine, but on weekends love to get out to the Sunshine Coast or GC when is sunny, or hit the local and watch rugby / sports. As mentioned I'm super laid back and respectful as a flatmate, and looking to fit in with a cool bunch who would hopefully end up awesome mates as well as flatties! Feel free to ask me any questions.
22yo Female - works full time in Brisbane. I am an easy going & considerate housemate. I look after myself but also more than happy to share house duties/bills etc. Looking for a room in a existing share house or a team up. I have a friendly, full grown, vaccinated inside cat.
Hi there, My name is Amanda and i am looking to find people to sign a lease on a property with. I am looking at 2 or 3 bedroom places in most parts of inner Brisbane. I have a small dog called Indie too. She is a black and white Beagle x Cocker Spaniel that is super chilled and loves all people. I have all the furniture for the house including couch, tv, dining table, fridge, washing machine, outdoor furniture and all pots and pans and things so you would only need your bedroom stuffs to move in. I would need a place with a courtyard or outdoor yard for my dog so i would be looking at either townhouses or houses mostly. I would like the house to have 2 bathrooms and aircon is a must. I work full time as a Personal Assistant and do Yoga and Dance on a few of the week nights so this takes up most of my time during the week and i am only rarely in the house to eat, sleep, and a little bit of TV. On my weekends i like to get outside with the dog and friends and love my coffee and good eats. Not much of a party animal anymore. I don't smoke and don't do drugs. If this sounds like you please be in contact and we can chat about future living arrangements. Looking to move into a place by mid February 2017. Amanda
I am a social person who likes a chat, but I also value my privacy and quite downtime. I have been living in share accommodation for the past 4 months, and believe that I am a tidy and easy going person to live with. I am currently in between jobs, but am actively looking for work, I am currently on Centrelink payments. While I am 17, I will turn 18 in January. I have been told that I am mature for my age, which my current housemates would agree with.
Pretty open about life and tolerance levels are high. But if you are religious we probably won't get along. Officially a contractor to Dexion and will operate out of a storage shed. Part of the production crew at Blend Line TV and can get passionate about motorsport as I am a race driver in a past life. Gaining an interest in philosophy. Probably a spin off from practicing yoga. Board game enthusiast and likes being around dogs and cats. Likes dog memes. Chases food trucks around Brisbane and is a light drinker. Only speaks about himself in third person when filling out profile descriptions. I'm resettling in Brisbane after many months of coming and many months of going all over the world and Australia. It's been a long migration from Sydney over the last 3.5 years but i really feel Brisbane is home. Work has been low on the priority list lately but once settled I will be pushing that up the order. Please don't think that because I haven't been working that money is lacking. I'm pretty well covered on that front and if I can travel the world and race cars i'm pretty sure I can cover rent and bills. I choose to share for a few reasons- i'm on a minimalist streak so less is more, I'm happy to help others, and freedom of choice and not having to commit to buying or signing contracts. Prefers unfurnished room. Can provide fridge, washer, lounge room stuff etc.
Laid back, tidy, mature, friendly gal looking to share with similar aged people. I work part time in hospitality and spend the rest of my time working on my online business. I am sociable and enjoy a wine and a chat after work but also enjoy my alone time. P.s. as much as it saddens me, i am allergic to cats :(
Hi My name is Fabian Svensson and I am a 19 year old student studying at QUT for the past year doing a Bachelor of Business & working at a 4 star city hotel. I'm a Chiropractor, from Sydney originally but living in Mackay and will be moving to Brisbane for work. I'm tidy, i'm big on keeping communal areas clean for others. Can cook, love my Italian food and wine or friday arvo balcony drinks after work but into being healthy and green when i can. I have steady work, love music and football. I'm pretty easy to get alone with and keen to meet people in Brisbane
22yo Male, from CQ. I've been living in Brisbane for a few years. Currently I am working weekends at an Aero club and looking for a second job. I love flying, coffee, Formula 1 and beers and reluctantly go to the gym/running. Always down for a beer/coffee and chat (have my own espresso machine) Reliable with rent and clean and considerate.
I'm a pretty easy going, friendly 25 year old working full time in real estate. I have rented/shared before and am very neat, tidy and considerate. I keep to myself but also don't mind the odd catch up with housemates. I am looking to move to be closer to work. I have a little cat called pepper who will be coming with me. She is very friendly and loves to play and have pats.
I'm an easy going guy who keeps to himself most of the time. I love cooking so if you've got a favourite dish I am usually happy to make food for everyone. I have a cat who spends most of his time outside. He generally gets along well with other animals after getting to know them. I work full time and like to enjoy my free time relaxing in front of the TV or out and about.
Hi there, I am a 22 year old female (turning 23). I have completed all my studies and now working full time in teaching (primary). I am respectful, clean and easy going. Love the occasional wine and socialise but also like my downtime as well. I live what I like to think an active and healthy lifestyle. I am looking for like minded people. Ideally, I'm looking at places that are more on the modern/newer side and my own bathroom. My current lease is due to run out on March 16th but may find someone to fill my current room earlier. If you think I'll be interested in your listing or would like to team up, please feel free to contact me. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. Annie
Hi there. I'm Riko. 27 years old girl. I'm working in hospitality field. I like chatting with housemates when each of us have time , but still can respect their private time. I love traveling and hiking. I like clean place. I can keep your room very clean and tidy.
Hello there :-) I'm Antoni, im 28 years old currently living in kedron. I work at di bella coffee as a customer service rep. I dont drink or smoke, and like to keep clean and tidy. I very rarely head out clubbing but dont mind going to a bar every now and then with some friends. I live a fairly healthy and active lifestyle so I do enjoy being in the outdoors and getting out and about but also like my stay-in nights too. im also quiet and usually keep to myself and not interested in parties. I also have a motorbike which is my pride and joy, and prefer it being locked up in the garage. I'm happy to leave my car on the Street. feel free to ask me whatever you like :)
All my friends are now married, so I'm seeking to share a unit/townhouse with one other person. Preferably two bathrooms and a carpark (although a place with ample street parking is also fine) - these are not a prerequisite however. Looking anywhere Brisbane Inner North (I have listed many example suburb options but not further North than Chermside). Looking to move now, as I have had to extend my lease a further two weeks to Feb 1st. I work at Eagle Farm so closer to there is ideal. I have all the gear required to setup a place (indoor/outdoor furniture, TV, kitchen stuff etc etc), so if you have a place for rent that is already kitted out (or nowhere for me to store) chances are it might be tough for us to manage. Unfortunately it seems many of the rooms listed for rent are also already kitted out. I have storage options available for some of my items but not all, so perhaps something could be negotiated there. Happy to meet up this week to discuss teamup possibilities and gauge suitability. My work is understanding with me needing to find a place to rent so anytime can be arranged. I work as a logistics manager for an IT company have just completed two degrees (Diploma of Graphic Design / Bachelor of Communication Design) in the past 2.5 years. Weekends I like to go to the beach / hiking / visiting friends. I would like to find someone who is open to the possibility doing a bit of meal sharing because I enjoy cooking for others more than myself and I appreciate that communal aspect of it. I like to have a couple of hours later in the weeknight evenings to myself to work on projects / wind down. Flexible with leasing options but would rather something 6months+ Cheers!
Looking to move somewhere Northside Brisbane. I'm 21 years old and work full time 60+ hours weekly. Clean and tidy, always clean up after myself. Practically have a brand new car so I prefer undercover car park.
I'm turning 19 in a month and have always lived in a small-ish town in Northern NSW, but am keen to move to Brisbane and have always loved the city, so I'm very keen for a new adventure. Next month I will be beginning a year long course, studying at the Brisbane Academy of Musical Theatre in Stafford. I'm an easy going person who loves getting to know knew people, but I also understand the importance of down time and personal space.
We are a very loving and calm couple. I am an intelligent young lady, looking forward to studying health throughout 2017 at university, whilst also looking for a part-time job. I recently graduated this year, as I was on an academic scholarship in Thailand. We are currently living together renting off family, but want our own space. Tim is a 2nd year apprentice electrician, who graduated high-school last year. We do not own our own pets but are maybe looking at buying our own sometime soon. However, at the moment, I am a successful pet and house sitter on a website called Mad Paws. I have thorough veterinary experience and a passion for animals. We will be looking at residing for around 6 months until we save enough to find our own place. We are not quite the party type, but may go out once or so a month. Both of us are devoted to our successful futures and simply want somewhere to revive ourselves before the next work day. We are open to meeting any types of people, as we just want somewhere to call home! Somewhere stable, and preferably vibrant. I have lived out of home for over 12 months and can offer a reference.
I am a no dramas, no complaining easy to get along with type person. Clean, tidy and enjoy chatting to people create friendships. Paying rent on time is no problem and easy to talk to. I enjoy having a good time, with little to no hassles.

I am a family-oriented, neat and tidy, non-smoking/drinking/partying, people-friendly, caring, responsible person. I'm looking for unfurnished accommodation (1-2 bedrooms) for myself and my 5 years old daughter. She goes to school in Everton Park.
