If you have a car then you can park right at our front door. there are no guy sleep overs so great if thats what you prefer. Don't be fooled by the low cost, I rent from my brother and they generously haven't increased the rent in 7 years. It is a cute older house that has been renovated so has plenty of charm & a decent sized yard. I have everything a home needs, all you need to bring is a bed. Arguably the best room in the house, it is situated at the back and is nice and quiet (and cool). Has a ceiling fan and air conditioning along with block out curtains so if you work night shifts you can keep the place shut up nicely. It was freshly painted approximately 12mths ago, has built in robes and easily fits a queen bed. Also has beautiful polished wood floors. I love living in this area, it is so close to everything, public transport, shops, a library, Blackwood Street for brunch. Brisbane is so small it never really takes long to get anywhere. Will be required to go on the lease.
