Travis

The name is Travis, I'm 34, friendly, single, gay, super clean, super tidy, non smoker, bit of a night owl. I also have ADHD and I am on the spectrum (mild).

Currently renting a single bedroom apartment and I'm considering going back into share housing at the end of my lease in October to save money... Life's getting a bit too expensive. :(

I'm work full time at St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside as a Environmental Services Assistant (cleaner) and have been there for 8+ years. I work Monday to Fridays working late shifts.

Considering maybe dropping some hours and going to Uni next year to do my bachelor's of IT.

Ultimately a self contained granny flat would be ideal but other than that I'm looking for a place with preferably the following:

- Pet free
- Smoke free
- Drug free
- LGBT friendly
- Air-conditioned bedroom
- high speed internet
- Non party house
- Off street parking
- 1 other person maybe 2 max depending on the person/situation
- Queen size room with built in and ensuite
- space for storage

I like to keep common spaces clean and tidy so ideally I'd like my future housemate to share the same kind of values.

I do have my own bedroom and lounge furniture, kitchen/cookware including fridge, microwave and washer dryer but am looking at potentially just selling everything except my bedroom stuff or probably just all of it... See what the future holds I suppose.
