I’m building a brand and business, so I really value a peaceful, clean, and quiet home environment, something that supports focus and recharging. I’m friendly, tidy, and easy to live with, but not looking for a super social household right now, mainly just a calm space to build from. I prefer a smoke-free and party-free household. Outside of training, I enjoy stretching, a good meal, some time at the beach, and the occasional deep chat. Hey there, here’s what I’m looking for and a bit about me: I’m moving to GC to start a new job on site in Surfers Paradise as a Site Engineer on 20th Oct. What I’m looking for: - Move in date 10-12th Oct ideally but I can get an Airbnb to bridge a small gap - Max 3 person share house. - Walking distance to the beach is ideal but not a deal breaker - On the tram line to get to surfers or a short drive (early morning starts) - A quiet home, I’ll be working 6 days per week so Friday nights ideally will be chilled. More than happy to have a beer on sat! - Similar minded people, I’ll be training for Comrades marathon (90km run) so anyone sport/fitness related will be a bonus to train with $350pw max. Who I am: - Structural Site Engineer. 30yrs old. - I exercise almost every day, gym, swimming, running, cycling. I’ve done an Ironman. - I’m single - I’ve traveled a lot and still try as much as possible. British/South African. - Happy to socialise and meet new people - Keen for most outdoor activities and to just hang at the beach. - Big on a lot of sports, all types of footy, cricket, F1, I’ve got a board and want to learn to surf! - I do enjoy my own space during the week after work, but also happy to chill in common areas if somethings happening. - I meal prep for the whole week so I don’t cook every night. - Would prefer a cleaning schedule and rotor for buying communal things to avoid unnecessary discussions. I’d prefer being on the same wavelength of what we expect from each other and happy to discuss in a friendly way depending on the house agreements :) - I’m efficient, clean and neat in communal areas. - I’ve lived in share-houses for 10years so I’ve seen it all!
