I will be living with three other Filipino individuals who I’ve been living with for more than a year — Alexander Gementiza as the main applicant, Dave Gurtiza, my partner and Melede Angel Teves.
We are a responsible and respectful household of Filipino tenants who deeply value cleanliness, organization, and the proper care of the home we live in. In our culture, we take pride in maintaining a well-kept and tidy living space, treating every house as if it were our own.
For the past year, we have been living on 22 Vermont Avenue, Corio, where we maintained a positive relationship with our landlord. We are highly mindful of the property and its furnishings, ensuring everything is well-maintained and looked after. We always pay rent on time, follow house rules, and create a peaceful and harmonious living environment.
