***I'm looking for an unfurnished self contained flat, unit, apartment or studio or to join or form a sharehouse with space in the common areas. Please do not send me spam having not even read my ad! *** I'm a business professional who enjoys a peaceful homelife, social and upbeat flatmates who know what it takes to make home a haven, while still being fun and passionate people. I would prefer a garden to grow fresh produce for everyone in the house to share, enjoy the company of most people with balanced views, who are honest, respectful and real. I'm not after a party house; think vinyl records, Friday night drinks, house dinners and the occasional games night. I've had the good bad and very ugly of share situations. It feels like time for a good sharehouse experience again. I'm open to forming a new sharehouse (see my other ad - https://flatmates.com.au/share-house-geelong-3220-P1541875 ). I'm also open to joining an existing share - but really a share. Not a wedge yourself in sideways somewhere situation. This includes a formal lease. I'm would also consider a transparent and upfront landlord/owner that is willing to commit freely to a 12-month lease with a formal Residential Tenancy Agreement as I am open to sharing with an owner, or with others. I am not interested in extra conditions being placed on any tenancy or specific demands about how to live. And I'm certainly not willing to do cash in hand deals with no proof that I'm in a lease. That doesn't sound like a home to me or at all reasonable. Open to people with children or pets. Ideally I would like to have my own cat also later in a share house. I don't want to share with smokers for health reasons, or with people who struggle with dependencies as I need to ensure there are no complications with housing. If something has control of you, you are not my flatmate but I do wish you all the best. Life can be a journey.

Hi, I am a honest, trustworthy and reliable person and flatmate. I am chatty, sensitive approachable. However I also enjoy my privacy and quiet time. i am a fairly relaxed and easy going, caring individual, As long as you respect me and my belongings. Including respecting me and my personal space/items and special food items is a must!! As I am type one diabetic. I don't mind sharing general house cleaning tools and equipment. Including sharing the washing machine or dish washing machine I like the rule ' if you break it or damage something then just tell me or replace it. I am looking for somewhere to live with a minimum of 6 Months stay possibly longer depends on work. I work in Hospitality as a kitchen hand and I love it, ( Most of the time). I do have a mini Dachshund (dog) who is very friendly. I'd love for him to be able to stay over occasionally ( he can stay in my room or in the backyard if it is safe and secure. I don't like foul language, nastiness or bullying. or party animals. But I do love music and enjoy having my stereo on occassionly. Usually when I'm cleaning the house or doing my washing. I love country music the most. i do like the occasional drinking/ party night or card/board game day/night. I am a clean person and do my best to keep the house clean and tidy. But i am not a freak about it! I do occasionally find myself with a big mess especially in my room. However i will always clean up after myself. And I aim to stay tidy. always happy to clean the kitchen, bathroom/laundry room and any common areas. I also don't mind picking up after others if needed. I respect others and their things and there space. I love most styles of music. Especially country, rock'n'roll and most of the 70's - 90' songs. As well as the latest radio hits. I like watching on Television The Voice, Home And Away and The Big Bang Theory and a few others. I like listening or watching the News. And most types of movies. I hate horror or extremely violent movies or TV shows unless they are a bit funny. I am Type one Diabetic and Allergic to Lavender. i would like to have a shelf or section in the fridge/pantry that is mine. Anything Can be discussed further in person or via messages. And I don't mind pets in or outside of the house.
