I'm a 44 year old working full time, and about to transition into starting my own business over the coming year. Currently studying part time also.
I enjoy living in Geelong and have previously either lived on my own or with previous partners, but currently looking to share with others.
I am a very clean and tidy person, I enjoy being outdoors, getting in out in nature, swimming or going for walks etc.
I enjoy cooking when I have time, but usually very busy so I only get to do that probably once or twice a week.
I am looking for a sharehouse with one or two people, ideally friendly and social like me, but can also be someone who prefers to keep to themselves.
I will respect your space and property as I'd hope you would do with me.
I am financially stable and can pay bills inclusive of rent or happy to spilt it when the bills come along.
Can also pay upto 1 month bond and 3 months in advance rent if required.
