My partner and I are a young professional couple (M/F) who are seeking a granny flat or something similar to call home I Daniel (M25) a fully qualified landscaper who has been stably employed working full time under the same company for 7+ years. Due to a back injury I have had to rethink my whole working future and make the tough call to change industries now my body can't take the strain. Ive just started a new job as an electrician. I Ana (F30) am currently working As a waitress at a restaurant in Caroline Springs. We are, friendly, reliable and respectful. We're down to earth and easy to get along with. We don't have any pets of our own, however- we are very pet-friendly and love all animals. We are very much 'homebodies', as we much prefer a quiet night in over going out and partying but we also don't mind the occasional social event with our family and friends. We are 'people-lovers' and get along with everyone, so we don't mind if you enjoy entertaining guests in moderation. We're also 'initiative-takers' within our own/shared space. So if something needs to be done, it gets done/we do it. I (Daniel) am very handy when it comes to fixing things around the house and being a qualified landscaper I am very good around the garden and not afraid to get my hands dirty. I am a laid back, fun and friendly person, who can parent myself. Thats right guys, I can cook (the basics...), clean and make good choices. Although my ex.. that was a poor choice.. hence the need to find a place to settle for a while.. I have two gorgeous dogs. A 5 year old male Maltese Shitzu named - Alfredo (Alfie), and a beautiful 4 year old female English Staffy - Ravioli (Rav). Both pups are extremely friendly and get along well with other dogs, but cats.. well.. not so much. But anyway! The three of us are on a mission to find the right place to settle for a while. My puppies spend most nights as inside doggies, because lets face it, we all have attachment issues. Rav loves to play fetch and Alfie, well, he loves to chase Rav while she plays fetch, he's got not interest in the ball at all... So a decent backyard is essential and if the property is located next to a park or similar, thats a bonus. I love to go boating, camping, fishing. Its BCFing fun. Don't really know a thing about it, but as long as the company's good and beers are cold, I'm a happy camper. I also do pole fitness. So would love a place with a flat ceiling, enough space and laid back house mates that don't have a problem with pole fitness so I can keep my sweet tooth, dessert obsessed arse in shape! It takes 5 minutes to set up and even less to take down. It's safe, leaves no marks, and trust me, it's a whole bunch of fun!

The house has a reasonable back yard with a big vegi patch. I'm in early 30s and I work full time. The rest of my time tends to be spent away with my horses or working in my garden. So its a pretty quiet house. I have 2 cats already, so no pets are allowed. Also please note that the room is for a non smoker only. Out side smokers and occasional smokers won't be accepted. And while i'm here saying what I do/don't want; you must be over 18 and be employed. The room is only for 1 person, not for couples. I would also prefer to not have someone who works night shifts as we'd end up waking each other up all the time. And the room is for living in not for things like music lessons or tutoring.
