Hey, I'm moving to Sydney and looking for private/single room - LONGTERM. My UNI is somewhere at Ultimo, so I'm looking for something near(don't want to spend hours of traveling). Something about me: I'm 21y old from Czech Republic, I'm web designer and will be studying mobile app development at AIT - Academy of Information Technology. +NO drinking +NO smoking +NO partying +Tidy +Friendly +Responsible -My english is not perfect :( almost all of the time I'm spending with coding websites. My budget is +- $300
I'm newly graduated and have just received a job offer, so need to relocate to Sydney ASAP. I'm easygoing, tidy around the house and looking for somewhere that will be a home. I am not a big drinker, i'm more interested in cooking, health and the outdoors. That said, I don't mind the occasional cheeky bevvy after a long week. I'm a vegetarian, but i'm not going to try and force my choices on anyone else and am fine with my housemates eating whatever. I'm heaps chill and easygoing and friendly and it would be great to live with similar people! Also love pets so if you have them then great :)
I ll be travelling to sydney in the last week of july possibly. I have a long time experience of working in a multi-cultural and a multi-national environment. So getting comfortable around me and knowing each other will be an easier task. I like to keep things neat and respect people's personal space. I am a kind of guy who loves to read about history and politics around the world. I am going to pursue my master's in structural engineering at University of Sydney and its going to be an year and half long stay for me in sydney. So the greatest thing about me would be that most of the times, I would be in my university campus :P. I live a vegetarian life and I m an occasional guitarist on the sides also.
Hey guys! I'm an Italian girl of 30yo, I've already spent almost two years in Sydney and I'm going to be there for one more year, that's why I need a place I can call home, with a positive vibe. 🙂 At the moment I'm in Italy (I had to take a break from Australia if I didn't want to be killed by my family!), but I'll be back the 7th of July. I'm trying to organise some inspection in advance on the same weekend (8-9 July) so that I can move asap. About me I can say that I am a shiatsu therapist and waitress, peaceful, clean, respectful but also keen to share a glass of wine, a beer (also two) in good company and to cook some Italian dish for few friends. I'm not a party animal (even if I'd like to find housemates to hang out with sometimes), I'm vegeterian (not the kind of person who would start being annoying about that ;) ), music, animals and green lover! I'm looking for a single room with a double bed for not more than 250$ pw (bills included or part of them). If you want more information about me, feel free to contact me. Cheers Maria 🙂
We prefer staying alone. We are here for study and love peace. We aren't partying animal so no unwanted disturbance. Most of the day we'll be out working or in the university so less hustle and bustle. We don't drink or smoke and are easy going people. We tend to keep our staying place clean and tidy.
**open viewing between 12-4pm on Saturday, 1 July. Message me for address & more details** This cosy flat is all about the views! Amazing value for money and the flat's huge windows offer the most beautiful views of Blackwattle Bay and Sydney CBD. Watching the beautiful sunrise over Sydney will make you wake up happy every morning, promise. The flat is also really close Glebe Point Road, which is home to the best and loveliest cafes, restaurants and bars of Sydney. We also have a parking spot available and I don't have a car so it'd be yours if you feel so inclined. My flattie is moving away and she owns the couch and table in the living room so I'm currently working out a plan to replace the couches etc. So if you have nice furniture, that'd be a huge plus! If not, it'd be nice if you could pitch in with one or two items, I do plan to cover most of it. So happy to chat through! Your bedroom would be the bigger one without furniture by the way, I'm currently in the smaller room with the balcony. Look forward to showing you round! P.S. We can be reasonably flexible with move in dates but hope you'd more in between this weekend and 9 July. Look forward to hearing from you! And if you can't make it on Saturday, we're also planning to hold viewings early next week.
Hi, my name is Xavier (29) from France and I'm looking for a place with my partner Romina (28) from Chile. We are working in Sydney, myself like a landscaper and my partner is studying and working in a child care centre. We are planning to stay here for at least two years.
Hi there! My name is Eric. I am a 27 year old Operations Manager, living in Sydney and working in Circular Quay. My lease in Rosebery is due to end shortly, and I am in need of a new roof over my head. I am a quiet person, who likes to keep my room and house clean. I also have a passion for photography, so I am often finding excuses to drive to scenic places with my camera. If you think you might have room in your household for a Photographic, film enthusiast, who work in the Quay, please send me a message. I'd love to arrange an inspection. Hope to hear form y'all soon. Sincerely, Eric.

Hi! I'm moving to Sydney from Adelaide with my current company for a full-time role. I'm arriving on the 19th June, and will start the new position on the 3rd of July. I'd like to sign a shorter lease (3-6 months) while I find my feet in the city, but I'm also happy with longer leases if available. I'll be working in the CBD so will either use public transport or ride my bike into work, I have a car so would love parking options but I do have a back-up plan to store it, so if there's no parking that's okay. I'd personally prefer a female friendly place and a private room - I love 'me' time but I also like mingling so I think it's nice to have a great balance. I really need to make plans soon so I'd love it if you could message me! Also, I'm used to my own house in Adelaide so I love keeping it clean and tidy :) *** no shared rooms thank you ***
Hey guys! Currently moving out of a sharehouse (ideally with 1 of the friends I live with now, but if there's only one room available I will make do) and need to be out by the 7th. I work late in Newtown but am starting another part time job in Surry Hills so would really like to stay around these areas! I'm a pretty easygoing guy just looking for a place to be comfortable. When I'm home I mostly keep to myself, but I would like to live with people that are also friendly and sociable. When I'm not at work I'm generally out with friends, playing games, sleeping or studying, but I do love a few beers and some tunes. Let me know if there's anything I can help with!

Hey! I'm a Sydney born full time student who goes to the University of Sydney. I'm currently doing an arts degree, psych and economics major. I'm the youngest of five in my family so I'm well accustomed to sharing bathrooms/space and am used to a full house where people would always pop over and we were always entertaining. With a lot of people can come a lot of mess so I'm very conscious of tidiness and cleanliness. As you can imagine, because there was rarely a quiet moment in my household, I value my space and down time a lot and respect the space of others. Though I'm not the best saver, I work part time and budget so paying rent and utilities on time shouldn't be an issue for me. People have said I'm bubbly and friendly, loves a vino and is pretty laid back. I'm looking for a room in the inner west/inner city. I have all my own bedroom furniture but don't have anything else yet! So preferably looking for a place that is already padded out but happy to contribute as well.
A young couple looking for a relaxed environment to chill after work! Looking to save and work for an adventure! Honest, hard working and reliable! Always looking to meet new friends and connections and happy to cook meals! Looking for 2 months, with option to extend further.
Hi! I am a 25 yo French girl, coming to Sydney to do a placement at USYD to finish my studies. I am clean and tidy and have done flat-sharing all along my studies and in different countries, so I am flexible and easy to live with. I am looking for a welcoming place and nice flatmates to chat with when I come home from work, though I like some time alone too. I like cooking, enjoy going to the cinema or for dinner or drinks and enjoy a good night out from time to time. During the weekends I like walking around to discover new places or go hiking to get away from the city. I hope to hear from you soon! :) Cheers, Aurélie
Hi!! I've just arrived in Sydney and starting work in the CBD next week!! Im from England, really easy going and get along with most people. I am very sporty and usually play netball/gym and enjoy beach days and hiking, would be great if housemates had similar interests. Love a good brunch and going for drinks, or staying in cooking with a film. Looking for a private room in a friendly house with easy transport to the cbd / central station. I don't know Sydney well but ideally a house/flat share close to local amenities/ shops etc for ideally a couple of weeks but could be a couple of months. Really want a house to call home with friendly housemates. Just let me know if you would like to know more :) Thanks Emma
Hello, I'm Minh, mature tidy individual looking for a decent size unfurnished room ideally with my own bathroom for a long term I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me.. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised- very clean and tidy, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers :)
Hi future flatmates! I'm a 21 year-old female from a little town in WA called Mandurah. Have recently graduated uni with a degree in Journalism and have landed a job at radio 2SM! Am looking to move over to Sydney around the start of August, and am looking to live with a group of young like-minded people who will help me settle in and show me what the Sydney life's all about! Am a bubbly, easy-going girl who loves a good laugh and banter. Am clean and tidy and respect other people's space and privacy. My interests include art, music (especially live), good food and keeping active (so I can eat more of the good food haha). Love to go out and socialise but also enjoy quiet nights in with a wine and whatever tv series I'm currently binge-watching. If I sound like a good fit for your place then feel free to flick me a message and ask me any questions! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey flatmates! I will be a great flatmate if only you are a great flatmate too! Please hit me up if you are not passive aggressive but respectful to personal space. I would love you if you are a social, genuine and straightforward one. Details details details; I have been in Sydney for couple of years now, and used live in Brisbane for a few years before then. I work in the city Mon-Fri 9-5. I love my current house where I live more than a year now, but my flatmate has bought a house, so she is moving out with all the furniture. I thought moving to another beautiful house would be a lot cheaper than taking the lease on, and also why not for a change. I love dogs and cats, would be fantastic if you have pets. Cheers Ez
